Review: I ordered 2 tickets on January [redacted] for an Orioles/Yankees game in Baltimore that was played on 6/**/15. I payed $426.00 for the 2 tickets. I never received my tickets despite reaching out to customer service on multiple occasions. Every time I would call I would be directed to a voicemail to leave a message. Nobody called me back. I submitted inquiries through the online form and as we got closer to the event date, I never got a response. The game has now come and gone, and I did not get my tickets. I can provide any documentation necessary.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $426.00 due to the fact that I never received the tickets that were purchased.

Response:

We sincerely apologize for this issue as we have had widespread issues with our credit card processor and processing refunds. This has affected a large number of our customers. We have been working to resolve the issue, however, it seems that the only certain way for this to be resolved is for the cardholder to contact their bank and file a chargeback for the funds. We are simply unable to provide a refund via the normal method. Again we apologize for this inconvenience.

Review: On 12/**/2014 I paid $448.50 for 4 tickets to a baseball game (4/*/15 Arizona Diamondbacks vs. San Francisco Giants). The tickets were never sent. I notified Charged.fm of this on 4/*/15. On 4/**/15 they emailed me saying they are refunding the purchase and should receive the refund in a few business days. The refund was never received. I've emailed them numerous times, opened support tickets multiple times, and called (and left a message) several times. I have not received a response to any of these communications.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me $448.50 for the refund. They can either deposit it into my checking account (they have the info) or mail a check certified mail. I am open to any method of payment at this point.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Since it has been more than 90 days since this transaction occurred, I am unable to file a chargeback for the funds. Here is a quote from my bank: "Thank you for contacting BBVA Compass. We certainly understand your concerns and will be happy to assist you with additional information concerning this issue. We would like to inform you that we may only file a dispute claim for items within the past 90 calendar days. Regrettably, the item posted to your account on 12/**/14; therefore, it has been longer than the allowed time frame. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."

Charged.fm needs to mail a check to me if they are unable to refund electronically.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

Your bank should start the 90 day period from the date of the event. You would not have known there was any issue with the purchase until the time of the event, so that is when the time should start. Sorry for the back and forth, but we are unable to provide any other solution.

Review: This company has failed to issue payment for tickets sold on their website. I sold several tickets through the site in January-February of this year and have not receive payment for any of the sales. When I contact an individual at the company they say they are working on acquiring the funds to pay out brokers, but can fail to give a definite timeline. In the meantime the company is continuing to sale tickets on their website even though they cannot pay on existing orders.Desired Settlement: Payment in full

Review: Ordered two tickets on 11/**/14 for SF Giants Game on April **, 2015. They were to be delivered electronically on April [redacted]. Never received the tickets. Called immediately and after over 25 calls, messages, emails and faxes over the next four days, I have spoken to no one! These tickets were a gift that involved hotel and dinner reservations. I have sent over two requests for a refund and the only reply is an auto-reply.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my $214 immediately!

Business

Response:

We have verified that the customer is correct that the seller was delinquent is providing the tickets. The seller will be reprimanded for breaking the terms of use. We apologize to the customer. We attempted to process a refund but encountered issues with our old CC processor. We will continue to rectify on our end, but we ask that the customer contact their bank to request a charge reversal or file a chargeback in order to ensure they receive their refund. Our apologies again to the customer.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have already contacted [redacted] and they said the charge is older than 60 days and the refund must come directly from the company. charged.fm asked for the full credit card number and I sent it to them. They must issue the full refund of $214 to my [redacted]. Their Customer Service is responsible for taking care of this. It won't be over and I won't quit complaining until a credit shows up on my account! In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Not acceptable! Your business practices are fraudulent and illegal. I want my money back! It is not up to the customer to go to the bank and beg them for a charge reversal. It is up Charged.fm to process a refund. If I don't receive my refund of $214 immediately I will continue to write negative reviews on every website I can.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Response:

We understand your frustration and we are frustrated as well because of the situation that the credit card processor has put us in by not releasing the funds that we have designated needs to be refunded to customers. Unfortunately our hands are tied and there is nothing we can do at this time.

Review: I purchased tickets on December **, 2015 for the Kenny Chesney Concert at Gillette Stadium. I received confirmation of the purchase and my credit card was charged the $518.00. On August **, 2015 I contacted them via email, to see if I was going to be receiving my tickets via [redacted] or an email. They contacted me via email on Monday August **, 2015 that stated they were going to refund me the money for my tickets because they were unable to get in touch with the seller. Since then I have called them everyday and emailed them multiple times. They have not replied to any of my requests for a refund verification number or when I should expect to receive the refund to my account. I contacted my bank and they stated that they can only follow up if it is within 60 days of purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded the $518.00.

Review: Charged.FM has still not paid me on tickets that I sold through their service (order [redacted]). The order was delivered in February of 2015. After many emails being assured that I would be paid, the company suspended listings on their site. No one could buy or sell on their marketplace. They later reached out to sellers informing us that their marketplace is back up and running, but I have still not been paid on my order. I have consistently been given empty lip service stating that I would be paid. I would suggest that no one buy or sell from the untrustworthy ticket exchange.Desired Settlement: I am seeking full payment for fulfilling my order properly.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business' response is unacceptable. This is a payment that Charged.fm owes me for tickets that I sold through their service. There is no charge for me to issue a chargeback on. This canned response is both offensive and an outright lie. If the company does not have the funds to pay the sellers who sell through their service, they should not be in business. This issue will not be resolved, until I paid on transaction [redacted] in full ($198.60).

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They have replied yet again with the same canned message they use on all of their Revdex.com complaints. It is not valid for my complaint nor is it valid for anyone else's complaints. What legitimate company tells customers to do a chargeback instead of finding a way to issue the refund that a customer is owed? In my case, I am requesting a payment from goods I sold on their website from back in February. There is no charge for me to issue a chargeback on. I would like to see some action from the Revdex.com on this issue instead of the constant back and forth of the same information that I've had with the business.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased four tickets for James Taylor at Fenway Park (date of show is 8/*/15) on December **, 2014 in the amount of $796.00. I received an email on June ** stating the order had been cancelled by the seller and there were no replacement tickets so they will be refunding my account. I booked flights and travel arrangements for my family to come into town for the show and now I do not have tickets to the show and do not have replacements. I have tried calling charged.fm 6 times and have emailed them 8 times looking for some kind of explanation or an idea of when my refund will be coming. No one has contacted me and there is no way to speak with a customer service rep when calling, only option is to leave a message, none of which have been returned.Desired Settlement: I want my $796.00 paid for the tickets back as soon as possible since they are not willing to issue new tickets or return my phone calls or emails.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have filed a fraud charge with my bank. If CHARGED.fm would like to respond to [redacted] (they have yet to admit that they have stolen $796.00 from me and held it for over six months without providing the tickets) then I will close my complaint. Simply telling me that they are not able to refund my credit card (considering I paid with a debit card) is not enough and does not resolve the issue. CHARGED.fm is holding my money, not a credit refund company.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business keeps giving the same generic answer which does not solve the problem of CHARGED.fm holding $796 cash from my bank account. The problem is not solved until they refund me my money.

Review: I ordered concert tickets from Charged.fm on 11/**/14 the total cost was $449.50 I contacted this company numerous times because I was concerned about my ticket arrival . They did not have a phone number available so e-mail was the only way I could contact them. They always stated that the tickets will be here before the concert guaranteed. Today 02/**/15 it is now eight days before the concert so I decided to shoot them an e-mail because I was concerned it was not going to show up before I left out of state for the concert. My ticket status said shipped yet when I checked my order status on [redacted] it just stated since 11/**/14 that a label has been created. Today on 02/**/15 I received an e-mail from charged.fm at 10:09 a.m. saying that my tickets has been canceled not to mention that my concert is 02/**/15 in a different state. I still have not received my refund yet so I can purchase my tickets from a more reliable source. I'm completely stressed out from this ordeal waited three months for some tickets I was going to never receive.Charged.fm failed to let me know that my tickets were canceled. NO explanation on why my tickets were canceled. I bought my tickets three months ago and they tell me after I e-mailed them about the status of my tickets that they have been canceled. The event is out of state in eight days. I want a REFUND to purchase another set of tickets if I do not receive my tickets before the concert which is next Friday 02/**/15 I'm going to file a law suit against them because it seemed like they had no intention of giving me my tickets. The website seems like a scam. I am really aggravated it took them three months to tell me the tickets are canceled EIGHT DAYS before the concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone please respond because I need the money before the event.Desired Settlement: They should tell their consumer or at least give them a 30 day notice if they have to cancel an order. I want a refund of my money and I should be reimbursed due to the fact that I was waiting on some fake tickets to never come.

Business

Response:

This order was refunded on Feb **, 2015. Attached is the refund confirmation sent to the customer.

Review: Nickleback cancelled their concert, I requested a refund for the tickets I purchased through them; they were non-responsive for a couple of weeks; then for a couple of weeks they were requesting one bit of information each week from me, like we need your email, then a week later, what is your name, etc. Finally, 3 weeks ago they said the refund was approved and I would get my money back within a few days; I still haven't gotten it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the tickets I paid for. Also, if I need to pay a lawyer to get this resolved, I want the lawyer's fees paid for as well.

Review: My company, [redacted], had two sales to customers that used Charged.fm in January through our point of sale system ticket utils and we have not been paid for these orders yet. The order numbers are [redacted] sold on 1/**/15 total owed is $63.64 and [redacted] sold on 1/**/15 total owed $252.70. The owner of Charged.fm and customer support has been emailed about these unpaid orders since February again in March and April. We have received emails from the owner of Charged.fm in each of those months saying to be patient, that the company wasn't going anywhere and that payments would be made shortly. We have not received payment for either of these sale yet. Any help in this matter is appreciated.Desired Settlement: we just want to be paid for the sales we haven't been paid for.

[Your Answer Here]the response received by the business is not really a response at all. all it was was a passing of the buck. This is ridiculous and just another way to pass the buck. We sent this email to Abraham H[redacted] on April [redacted] 2015 and have yet to receive an answer. You asked for patience and to understand that you aren't going anywhere as a business. Well we did what you asked and have waited for 2 1/2 months for payment for order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. As we said in our previous emails to you that we would have to stop broadcasting our 500 plus listings to your website until payment has been received. When payment is received we will start broadcasting our tickets to your website again.[redacted]The last email we received from ChargedFm was on May [redacted]. It was a generic email that was sent to numerous ticket brokers. It said that they were back and better than ever. There was no mention of paying us for our tickets that they sold. Here is the email we sent to Abraham H[redacted].We will be more than happy to list our 500 plus listings on your website again as soon as payment has been sent for the two orders from January. order numbers were [redacted] and [redacted]We have not received any emails from ChargedFm since then and our Point of Sale service provider, [redacted], has removed ChargedFm from the possible sites that ticket sellers can list their tickets on.Stop passing the buck and pay us for the tickets you sold thru your website.

Review: Tickets to a event that I purchased were never mailed to me. The company claimed to have trouble refunding my money. They requested my credit card info to do a refund. I felt uncomfortable with this since I already lost over 600.00 for the tickets. I asked for a phone number and was told that it was not working today. I did not want to give them credit card info and have money taken from my account. The company stopped answering my emails when I said I would report them to the Revdex.com and the police for fraud.Desired Settlement: 615.00

I received an email from Support saying, "I just want to assure you that your order has been confirmed meaning that you will definitely get these tickets." I never received the tickets, and my multiple email requests for support and status information were not answered.

One month ago (9/*/2015), Support finally answered via email and offered me a refund. I promptly accepted the refund offer, but I still have not received a refund. Once again, I have sent several emails requesting information that have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the agreed refund of my order.

Review: Ordered tickets in November of 2014 for a concert in September 2015. After waiting for authenticity check, the tickets were mailed. Tried to attend concert and tickets were fake. Tried to contact regarding the fake tickets and no response: only have four days to contact for guarantee. Venue said doesn't write letters stating tickets are fake, and the tickets should be enough proof.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my total purchase price refunded to me

Four days before the game (April *, 2015) I received an email saying the tickets couldn't be validated and they would refund my $94.50. As of today May **,2015, I still have not received my refund. After numerous emails to them, I received one stating " our system shows that order #[redacted] was refunded a total amount of $94.50". I asked when. No reply. I emailed daily for a month. No reply. Review: I used Charged FM as a ticketing agent for two events. One at [redacted] on Dec. **, 2013 and the other at [redacted] in NYC on Jan. *. 2014. The total owed to me after those events was 2910.00 as per their website. It clearly states on their website that I should've been paid no later than 5 business days after each event. It is now February [redacted], 2014 and I have not been paid as of yet. When I inquired about the monies owed, they apologized, stating their junior developer had made a mistake, causing monies to be sent to the wrong accounts. They then sent me a check for 2,000.00, 910.00 short of my total owed. I received the check on Tuesday, Jan. **. I emailed them about the final 910.00 but didn't receive a response until I threatened legal action on Monday morning(Jan. **). They then responded and said they resent the check early that morning. Wasn't sure what they meant by "resent" until I returned home to find that 2000.00 check from them returned by Chase as a bounced check. I immediately emailed them back and received no response. I had contacted one of their investors, [redacted], who was actually the guy who convinced me to use this service. He informed me on Wed. Jan. [redacted] that the company had some funds frozen in an account due to some mix up with their new payment process but now they were being released and that I should have my money by that Thursday or Friday, Jan. [redacted] at the latest. The monies never came and I haven't heard from the company since then.Desired Settlement: I would like my ticket money owed to me: 2910.00 plus the 12.00 bounced check fee that I incurred due to their bounced check.

Business

Response:

We're sorry for any inconvenience that we caused you. Our company was dealing with many fraud, tech and bank problems at the time of purchase and we were not able handle things as well as we would have liked. We've sorted these things out, though, and handling customer service with the best foot forward now.

We paid the following to each:

~ The amount in ticket sales.

~ Any Banking Fees incurred

~ Interest on the money as if the funds were sitting in a money market CD.

Review: I wrote to you on July **, 2015 and you helped me by getting a hold of Charge.FM, they said for me to have my bank do a chargeback well I did and the bank said they cannot do it it was to late. They said to try and get a hold of them so I have been. They are not returning my calls and not responding to my emails. Please can you help me again?

Review: Good Afternoon

I placed an order back on 12/*/2015 for a concert on 5/*/2015. These tickets totaled $186.00 at the time of the order. They had accepted the payment on 12/*/2015. These tickets were purchased for a Christmas gift and not to mention were electronic download tickets. I wrote an email a week before Christmas because I still did not have the tickets to be able to print. Months went by and I emailed them again asking where my tickets were. Charged FM had stated that most of the time the hold up is because the event is so far out that the tickets will not be available closer till the event. I have bought electronic download tickets for many concerts before and have them the day I buy them. I then emailed them last week on about the tickets again and they stated my order number was too old and they would be more than happy to refund the money to me. I never asked for a refund I would like to know where my tickets are and if I am ever going to receive them, as if I am not I will need to purchase new one's and not to mention the seats I have are now ranging in the $400 range where as I bought them at $98. This company does not provide customer service at all and you cannot get a hold of them by phone. Is there anyway to see where my tickets are and if I will ever get them and a possible refund out of this as well?Desired Settlement: I want my tickets that I purchased the exact row and seats and a refund as the customer service is awful and should not have to wait this long for electronic download tickets.
