Don't botherI ordered tickets through Charged.fm on Dec * to bring my little cousins to a Boston Bruins game on Dec **I emailed on the *** when I still hadn't received the tickets and immediately got an email confirming they would arrive "in plenty of time"By Saturday Dec **, they still weren't here and nobody was responding to email or phone at charged.fmI ended up ordering new tickets (at a substantial premium) from a reputable reseller and disputing the charge with my credit card companyThe aggravation isn't worth the savings, especially since they didn't come through

This response form the company is completely unacceptable. Based on prior complaints of similar nature, this is an ongoing problem with your company. What kind of business are you operating that you can not provide a timely refund to your customers for a product that they did not receive! And on top of that you expect the customer to jump through all kinds of hoops in order to get a refund via a charge back on their credit card that has to be done by the customers themselves---REALLY, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This response from the company is ABSURD at best. You certainly had no problem charging my credit card for the product that I never received and now you are asking me to contact my credit card company and ask for a charge back on a product that was purchased months ago with an expected ship date of not more than a month back. No, this is not acceptableIf you can not refund my credit card then I expect a personal check that I can take to my bank for deposit.

I have contacted my bank and put in a complaint as charged.fm has suggestedThis response from them is inadequate and very unprofessional because it does in no way address why I did not receive the tickets or why they didn't answer any of my phone calls or emailsVery poor business practice and I will do my best to spread the word how this company operatesA simple refund is just a fraction of what was lost that dayCharged.fm should be ashamed of the manner in which I was treatedThe credit card refund processor not working is a copoutNow I am even more upset with them for lyingIf they just said they were sorry for the inconvenience and refunded the money, it would have been a little more acceptableThis was a cowardly and deceitful response

Because the charge occurred last November, *** *** cannot do a chargeback I need to vendor to issue a credit to my credit card or issue me a refund in the form of a check The company's admission of widespread issues should give the Revdex.com pause The company has my order number and knows the details of my situation They stated to me they would issue a refund back in March I have tried to reach them through e-mail and phone numerous times I question the sincerity of their response to you I question it especially given the age of the charge back to last November I am free always at ###-###-#### if they wish to resolve the matter They are free to issue a refund to my *** *** card or to issue me a check Thank you to the Revdex.com for the invaluable service you provide consumers I hope you can help me with this situation

Something tells me that the positive reviews on *** about this horrible, shyster of a company, are bought and paid for I wish there were negative stars to really list this company because they'd be getting a -Star rating from me
I was routed to this *** company for tickets to see Sam Hunt/Hunter Hayes/Lady Antebellum from *** at *** *** for the date of May **, I bought tickets and paid $on March *, I was assured these were validated tickets But just to be on the safe side? I used a credit card instead of my debit card I am thankful for my inner gut
Flash forward to May **, I am on my *** round of *** To say I don't have a lot of energy is an understatement But I wanted to see this show badly so I sucked it up I drove to ***, which is almost 2-hours from where I live Never mind the nightmare that is parking and getting into the venue I have my friend and we go to enter the venue? Guess what? The tickets had already been scanned and someone *cough* likely the original purchaser, DANNY E***, was sitting with his side piece in the seats I had bought which he or this *** company decided to upsell by adding an extra $over ticket price Lovely I got absolutely NOWHERE with the staff there nor the police Charged.fm, of course, has no customer service available The people at the venue nor the police would even note that the tickets were fraudulent and already in use To say I was livid is an understatement
When I got back home I fired off an email and a complaint To this date they have never responded to my multiple complaints Nothing I turned it over to my credit card company to handle
BUYER BEWARE!!! Charged.fm, you suck so bad, I'm shocked you're still in business I am firing off a complaint to the attorney general in *** ***, ***

Please reach out to our *** at ***, however we cannot make payment on a refund if the bank is withholding the funds from us, which is why we need you the customer to file the chargeback so the bank can get those funds back for you

We have explained to this customer multiple times and on multiple platforms that she will be refundedWe have not denied her her refund and we will refund herWe have explained several times that credit card processors don't automatically allow refunds on transactions over daysWe explained
to her that we had to contact our credit card processor and speak to a specific department that deals with expanded servicesWe then had to go through an application process that allows us to send funds to a card without linking it to a transactionNaturally, since this process allows businesses to send funds to anyone, they have to do a thorough risk review of our company before giving us that abilityWe explained that in detail to the customerThat review required us to fax numerous documentation along with the application to the credit card processorWe have been in a state of review and have contacted the CC processor again who said that we are now approved for the expanded services so our hope is that by the end of business today we can refund everyone who needed refunds from this cancelled event.This customer has chosen to ignore all of our efforts to explain and assure her and has not even given us the opportunity to resolve this for her without slandering our company on social media and filing this Revdex.com complaintWe again want to assure the customer that this behavior is not necessary as we will absolutely refund her the moment we are able to, which will hopefully be within the next hourWe sincerely ask for patience as we are doing everything in our power to resolve this as quickly as possible

I reached out to my bank for a charge back to the amount of $but they need to investigate and contact the business like you have and that may take to daysSo at this time they cannot do a charge back to my credit card accountIt seems the business (Charged.FM) is a fault and if there system was working they would have given me the credit due back to me, I can't understand if there system is not working why can't they just send me a check for the amount of $156.50. This is absolutely ridiculous I have contacted my bank and filled out the proper forms could take up to days to maybe get my money backYour company has had my money since 12/**/Suntrust has advised me there is no reason that your company should not be able to intiate a creditIf your company can not truly issue a credit then why would a ck have not been mailed to me? Let me guess your company is not set up to issue checks because it is a fraudulent company? You have been earning interest on my money months nowAm I wrong in that statement no I am notAny reputable company would have someone answer the phone when customers call to offer assistance or at the very least return messages that are left for months straightThe only way to resolve this issue is for a refund check to be mailed to me today for the total of $PLUS THE INTEREST EARNED ON MY MONEY AS A COURTESYYou people need to realize we were coming from out of town we had hotel rooms rented and had to re buy tickets at the last minuteLooks like your company has screwed up a lot of people by all the complaints I see
