I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I'm not sure why this is an issue and just can't be refunded normally this has been going on for a while now and i've been very patient but it is not fair at all the money was taken within a hour of purchase and it has been over month going back and forth and still has not been resolved. I would just like this resolved. Thanks,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

It is the company's responsibility to take a loss and refund their customers if they work with fraudulent or irrresponsible parties or if they are having their own technical difficulties.  They are running a business and must take care of their customers.

Something tells me that the positive reviews on [redacted] about this horrible, shyster of a company, are bought and paid for. I wish there were negative stars to really list this company because they'd be getting a -10 Star rating from me.

I was routed to this [redacted] company for tickets to see Sam Hunt/Hunter Hayes/Lady Antebellum from [redacted] at [redacted] for the date of May **, 2015. I bought 2 tickets and paid $170.00 on March *, 2015. I was assured these were validated tickets. But just to be on the safe side? I used a credit card instead of my debit card. I am thankful for my inner gut.

Flash forward to May **, 2015. I am on my [redacted] round of [redacted]. To say I don't have a lot of energy is an understatement. But I wanted to see this show badly so I sucked it up. I drove to [redacted], which is almost 2-hours from where I live. Never mind the nightmare that is parking and getting into the venue. I have my friend and we go to enter the venue? Guess what? The tickets had already been scanned and someone *cough* likely the original purchaser, DANNY E[redacted], was sitting with his side piece in the seats I had bought which he or this [redacted] company decided to upsell by adding an extra $30.00 over ticket price. Lovely. I got absolutely NOWHERE with the staff there nor the police. Charged.fm, of course, has no customer service available. The people at the venue nor the police would even note that the tickets were fraudulent and already in use. To say I was livid is an understatement.

When I got back home I fired off an email and a complaint. To this date they have never responded to my multiple complaints. Nothing. I turned it over to my credit card company to handle.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Charged.fm, you suck so bad, I'm shocked you're still in business. I am firing off a complaint to the attorney general in [redacted], [redacted].

Review: I purchased two tickets on the floor for a TAYLOR SWIFT concert for my 7 year old niece (as big of a fan as you can get) and her mother. The cost of these two tickets was 582.00 (I'm a teacher, so this is an extremely large purchase for me). I bought them in JANUARY for a concert in SEPTEMBER! I had the tickets in hand and gave them to my niece for her birthday in April. They went to the concert tonight, and they would not let her in. They said that the purchaser was given a refund and the tickets were sold to somebody else. NOT TRUE AT ALL OBVIOUSLY!!! MY NIECE WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! There is absolutely no way this should ever happen....I don't care what the 'nature of the business is'.....it's their business and they should know how to operate it properly!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund!!!

Review: I bought the tickets from this company on Jan **/2015 for a concert in July ** 2015 in NY (Order # [redacted]). The tickets that Charged.fm provided were invalid and the personnel in the venue did not accepted. They have a warranty (gosafe) that if tickets are not accepted by the venue and prove invalid they refund full cost of the tickets, including service fees. I sent several emails informing about this situation and following the procedure they indicate to get the refund but I havent received any answer from them. I also call the phone number but directed to voicemail.Desired Settlement: refund full cost of the tickets, including service fees.

"We sincerely apologize for this issue as we have had widespread issues with our credit card processor and processing refunds. This has affected a large number of our customers. We have been working to resolve the issue, however, it seems that the only certain way for this to be resolved is for the cardholder to contact their bank and file a chargeback for the funds. We are simply unable to provide a refund via the normal method. Again we apologize for this inconvenience."

Review: I purchased 4 tickets to a Baltimore Orioles game for Sept 2015 back in early Decemeber 2014, with the understanding that the seller would realease the tickets closer to the event. Meanwhile that actual game date was cancelled and I received an email that stated I would be getting a refund of the $244.00. I received one email that said they needed my credit card info again, to issue refund and I have done that several times. I have emailed them daily and also tried to call several times a day, with no response. I have all e-mails and call logs printed that I can provide. At this point I am just looking for my refund of $244.00 to go back on my [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to again provide my credit card information to which someone will answer in a timely manner, and issue my refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Attached please find the copy of my [redacted] Disclosure Statement which I signed that reads no refunds could be givin if 60 days has passed. The tickets were bought and paid for on Dec [redacted], 12014. This company, Charged.fm has still yet to respond to me at all, I was never told about this problem. Please help me get my refund, even if a check is to be mailed. Thank you for your help, I have no where else to turn at this point. [redacted]

Review: I bought tickets from charged.fm on 12/**for a Detroit Red Wings Game the following day. I was supposed to get these tickets electronically. Their website was down the entire day of the [redacted]. I attempted to contact them numerous times that day. The only way I could contact them is via email as no one answered their phones. Finally I got a response from them that the seller could not submit his tickets because their web page was down. They told me (2 hours before the game) I wasn't going to get my tickets. They apologized, told me they would send the refund right away, which meant 2-3 business days and offered for me to get tickets to another event at a "deep discount". In asking for them to just get me tickets to that game that night their said their [redacted] "was unable to get them in time". They also said "unfortunatly we have already submitted the refund and cannot buy tickets from another site". I emailed them on the [redacted] because I still had not received my refund. I also asked for a "deep discount" on different tickets. I got a reply on the [redacted] that my "refund was not processed because it seemed you wanted to work out arrangements for another set of tickets." They again apologized and said I would be refunded for this order. It is now three business days later and have not received any sort of refund from them. The total amount I am waiting for is $168.24.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of $168.24 refunded to me immediately, I want charged.fm to be responsible for the $120 I needed to pay for tickets to that game, and I want 4 tickets to the Detroit Red Wings vs. Buffalo Sabres game on April [redacted]. We're sorry for any inconvenience that we caused you. Our company was dealing with many fraud, tech and bank problems at the time of purchase and we were not able handle things as well as we would have liked. We've sorted these things out, though, and handling customer service with the best foot forward now.

We paid the following to each:

~ The amount in ticket sales.

~ Any Banking Fees incurred

~ Interest on the money as if the funds were sitting in a money market CD.

Response:

Hey [redacted],

How are you? I'm new to your account and just want to apologize first for how long it has taken us to resolve the issue. Last December, we suffered through a tumultuous time with our credit card processor due to people buying tickets with stolen credit cards, and this led to a lot of confusion and problems.

Unfortunately, your account was wrapped up in the confusion, as we thought you were refunded only to later find that your refund was trapped in our frozen credit card processor account. Previously, we were convinced that we had done what was necessary and that there was an issue on your end. We see now that it was our credit card processor and therefore we'll mail you a check for the amount owed: $168.24.

Please confirm this today, if you can and feel free to call me back if you would like to discuss anything further.

Thanks,

Review: I purchased concert tickets from this company back in December 2014. for a concert on September **. 2015. As the months went on there were no tickets delivered. I sent them numerous emails asking what the status was because the status online said shipped. I had gotten no response up until 6 days before the concert, saying supplier never came through with the tickets and we can give you a refund. Fine I responded but that the original bank account used to purchase has been closed. due to a marriage. No response back after days of emailing them to find out how they were going to refund me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund Via check. The account I used to purchase these tickets is a closed bank account due to the fact I got married and we merged our accounts. Any refund trying to be put in that account will be rejected.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

How can I ask the bank to do a charge back for an account that has been closed!!? This is just some random email they respond back with, oviously they didn't read my complaint. I clearly stated that I closed that bank account months ago because I got married.

Review: On December *, 2014 I was attempting to order U2 concert tickets on Ticketmaster website when they went on sale for June **, 2015 performance at [redacted] in Chicago. Ticketmaster website redirected me to charged.fm website to purchase tickets. I placed an order for 4 tickets for a total of $748 charged to my credit card and received order number [redacted] from charged.fm. On January **, 2015 I inquired on the status of my tickets via email and charged.fm responded that my ticket order was accepted by the seller and the tickets would be issued closer to the date. On June **, 2015 I inquired again via email and just received a standard system generated email that there were checking on the status of my order. I really want my tickets to the concert that is a week away, but if it cannot be fulfilled, I want my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I really want my tickets to the concert that is a week away, but if it cannot be fulfilled, I want my money refunded.

Review: I ordered AND paid for tickets to a concert that ended up canceled. The very day that the concert was canceled I contacted them for the refund. They informed me that I would receive my money back in a few days. Even their GOSAFE guarnatee states that the money would be refunded in 4 calander days. I contacted them again today after waiting 7 days for my refund and all they would say is that my money was refunded. If they refunded the money I have no ideal where it went.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased 2 tickets to a football game on the 27th of September from charged.fm via the internet they withdrew $362 from my bank account and have been reluctant to provide a telephone number for customer service and have not returned my emails and the shipping number they gave me claims the tickets won't ship until the 9th of October roughly 2 weeks after the event is over withDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my $362 dollars and or the tickets in the next 3 business days

Review: I purchased 2 tickets on December *, 2014 for the U2 concert on May **, 2015. I still have not received the tickets.

I have sent several emails, called, and left messages with no response except a general bounce back email that the message was received. I found similar complaints for the same issue online, and have noticed that the company's website is no longer functioning for any type of purchase action which worries me. I am out $484.00 for these tickets that I have had to re-purchase elsewhere in order to still attend the concert so I am out of pocket a lot more money than before. My account online shows the tickets were delivered but there are no tickets in the download and the concert is next week. It's very stressful and unfair to the consumer to have that much money hanging out there with no help.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $484.00

Review: I purchased 2 tickets to a Yankees game back on 1/**/15. The tickets are electronic and suppose to be made available to print. I have emailed several times and recently left multiple voice mails with charged.fm for assistance printing my tickets. The tickets cost $130 and I don't understand why I have heard nothing. The game is 10 days away.Desired Settlement: I have since purchased other tickets after reading online that this is a normal thing they are doing. I would like a refund at this point

Review: I purchased tickets for a sporting event through Charged.FM and paid the full value for the tickets, but the tickets never arrived. I have been unable to reach anyone at the company to get a full refund for the tickets and have left countless emails and phone messages to resolve the issue.

My order number with the company is [redacted], and I still have evidence that I purchased 2 tickets for the game between the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Washington Nationals on April **.Desired Settlement: I am owed the full cost of the tickets that I paid for through Charged.FM, totalling $120.

I am also owed interest-accrued value for that money, and the time lost trying to resolve the matter both before and after April **, 2015.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Charged.FM claims that only certain way for this to be resolved is for the cardholder to contact their bank and file a chargeback for the funds. I have contacted my bank and they are unable to file a chargeback for the funds. Charged.FM has accepted fault for what amounts to fraud of my $120 but has not provided me recourse for their errors. They must refund my account the full amount + interest accrued during the extended time during which I have fought this case.

I will be seeking legal action against the company if they are unable to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Review: I ordered tickets to a Marlins game a day before the game was to be held. The tickets were to be delivered electronically to my email address but this was not fulfilled. On the day of the event, I verified that the money I had paid for the tickets was indeed charged to my bank account. I then proceeded to email Charged.fm to request for a refund. I have emailed once more but have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund of $99.00 as I was never delivered the tickets I ordered and paid for.

Thanks.

Business

Response:

We've responded to [redacted] apologizing for the confusion and giving him a full refund on his order. We had contacted the ticket reseller various times expecting him to fulfill the order as they normally do, but this time there was an error. We missed the fact that the broker did not send the tickets, accept responsibility for that, and therefore have issued [redacted] the refund to which he's entitled. This rarely happens and we hope that he won't be wary of using us again in the future.

Review: I purchased concert tickets 02/**/15 for $262.00 and the concert was first rescheduled then cancelled. I have made numerous phone calls, sent numerous emails regarding their policy to refund money if they are contacted within a specific time frame but this is impossible as no one responds to all attempts at speaking to someone.Desired Settlement: contact the company and have them refund my money. I looked on their [redacted] page and there were numerous complaints of the same nature.

Review: I ordered tickets for a Boston Red Sox vs. Baltimore Orioles game on December [redacted] for an April [redacted] game. They took the money out of my account immediately. The day of the game I still had not received the tickets. After countless calls, emails, and attempts to get in contact with anyone, I never heard back from anyone and ended up having to buy new tickets at the game. The following Monday I called and sent another email demanding my money back. They responded pretty quickly and said they apologized for the inconvienence and would refund my money and I would see the refund in 2-5 business days. It's been 3 weeks. I've called and sent multiple emails since and haven't heard back from anyone. They owe me $122 for the tickets I bought and paid for, yet never recieved for charged.fm order number [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my $122 back, and for this website to be shut down. After my nightmare I went online and read countless reviews (which in retrospect I should've done in the first place) about people having the exact same thing happen to them. They should not still be running.

We understand your situation, but we are in virtually the same boat where the bank will not release the funds to us just as they are not releasing it to you. I did explain that to my bank and they said there's nothing they should do. Your website is a scam. I have read countless reviews on how you have been doing this same thing to people all over. I want my money back! If you were a properly run business you wouldn't have this problem on the first place and you should do whatever it takes to refund my money because this is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered.

Review: I purchased two tickets to the Minnesota Gophers vs. Penn State Nittany Lions basketball game for March *, 2015. I live in [redacted] and the tickets were for my parents who live in [redacted] so I specifically ordered hard-copy tickets to be delivered via [redacted] and I paid an extra $8.50 in shipping and handling. My order confirmation reflects this with a [redacted] tracking number and the tickets were indeed delivered. However when my parents tried to enter the arena on the day of the game with these tickets they were told that the tickets were not valid. My parents are in their sixties and had to drive a long distance (approximately 150 miles) to attend this game only to be told they couldn't get in. I contacted charged.FM and was told via email I would "get a full refund we just have to verify with the ticket seller for a mutual refund." That was on March ** and I haven't heard anything from them since, nor have I received the refund. The cost of the tickets was $206 (not including the shipping and handling). I would like a refund of $206. I have copies of my order confirmation and the email correspondence with charged.FM if needed to substantiate my claim.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the tickets, which is $206 dollars.
