I have called several times now and have been told that they have misplaced my book in the warehouse and that I would hear back from a supervisor within a couple of days Each time I would wait a couple of days and once I haven't heard anything back I would call again They would give me a different excuse each time on why I havent heard from a supervisor yet and tell me that they corrected it and that I would here from a supervisor in a couple of days The last time I called I told them that I would like to speak with a supervisor the gentleman told me that I couldn't When I continued to ask he said that I was getting none compliant and he was going to hang up I ask to speak to a supervisor again and he stated that he would not let me speak with a supervisor and he hung up

On 12/27/my Chegg Tutors application required "additional verification." When I refuted the need the team denied my applicationThe company requests confidential and sensitive documents that include PII listed on them to 'validate' candidatesSince I'm no longer in their consideration pool; Chegg has not securely removed any PII sent to them in the process

I utilized minutes of my weekly free minutes of tutoring I was billed for those minutes of service
I signed up for Chegg on 2/20/I paid for the monthly service fee I signed up for tutoring I had a conversation with a rep via IM chat, who said I had free minutes of tutoring I took advantage of that time, used minutes I was billed the standard $0.50/minute, resulting in a fee of $that was pending on my account I called Chegg on 2/22/and spoke to a rep who said he would enter a ticket and someone would call me back in 2-business days I did not hear from anyone, and as of 2/22/16, the $charge posted to my account It still has not been removed as of 2/28/
