I have been ordering all my textbooks through chegg for two years now and couldn't be happier with the companyThey have great customer service as I had to chat with them once over difficulties with my ebook loading and they resolved the issue quicklyThey ship the books out fast and process rental returns just as fastOn top of having good customer service and fast shipping they also have some of the best prices for textbooks that I have foundAnd as an added bonus they send coupons and detergent samples in with your textbook order, as a college student anything free is a blessing
