The services provided are wrong and many of the answers I was searching for, came up incorrect

On 8/I purchased a psychology book from chegg.com (Order *** After the semester had concluded I used the quote tool on Chegg's website to initiate the buyback programUsing the ISBN from the original invoice I processed that buyback quote and was informed that Chegg would purchase my book back for $I don't recall exact dates, but I shipped the book back to Chegg prior to 12/25/After waiting a few weeks I contacted Chegg to check on my buyback book's progress as I'd received no communication from Chegg was told to keep waiting and that payment should be processed in 3-more business daysAfter two more weeks of hearing nothing I once again contacted Chegg and was told that a) They had received a book with a different ISBN, and that b) they would no longer be buying back the aforementioned book

This company appears to be highly hypocritical when it comes to its environmental impact and appears to be misleading in its policies
*** touted the planting of "over million trees"; every order offers consumers the option to actively contributeHowever, its shipping policies are noticeably detrimental to the environment as consumers are unable to cancel their orders after "minutes"Despite calling to cancel before receiving a shipping confirmation, *** ignores consumers' requests and continues its processing; unwanted orders are placed on trucks and forced onto consumers, then quickly returned on yet another truckThe frequency of this occurrence presents a notable negative environmental impact, from a company that already creates much pollution with its inherent business model
Additionally, it is highly misleading to have the crucial detail of a limited window of cancelation omitted from the "***.com General Policies" pageInstead, details are placed within the "Customer Service & Help Center" where it is still not easily foundThis process burdensome as consumers are required to type an exact phrase to find out the necessary detailsThough "what's your textbook refund policy?" is one of the "suggested" options for consumers, there is no mention of the 30-minute caveatOne needs to specifically state "how do I cancel my textbook order?" to see the necessary details
