On 8/6/2015, I was charged $for a non-return feeI returned my textbook through my company's Fedex account, but I am unable to provide the tracking number due to the sheer amount of associated tracking numbers on our account and the time frameI have made multiple attempts to settle the situation with Chegg to no availIn the spirit of good customer service, I would hope they would refund the non-return fee since I sent the book back
