I bought an etextbook in January from Chegg I was automatically signed up for "Chegg Study." It showed as $in my cart, I tried to delete it before checking out, it would not let me I did not know that starting in Feb I would be charged $per monthI noticed this in Nov and tried to call, was told to Tweet, was told to email, was told to call, and so on Finally in Dec I got an email that offered a refund of months of the months that were fraudulently charged I am filing my complaint to work towards collecting a refund of all months, a total of $175.67!
