I sold textbooks to this company, they lost one and I have been waiting for almost a month to receive my payment, that should only have taken a week
I sold my textbooks to this company on 12/15/and they have claimed to have lost the other oneThey said they mailed me my check on 12/and the email said it should take UP TO business daysHowever, talking to customer service, they said the email is wrong, and it can take UP TO business days, and I should have my payment by 1/18/well, that was today and I never received itwhen I called them, they told me that they best they could do is to write me another check and I would have to wait another 10-business days and that they could not expedite the check, I also have not received a call like they said I would about the lost bookcustomer service refused to give me a number to a supervisor and I have had the hardest time getting in touch with people about thisso now, they have my books and I have no moneythey
