Chegg offered to purchase my book and pay me within to days after UPS picked it up It's been twice that time and no money!!
On July 26, 2017, I shipped Chegg a text book I wanted to sell them They advertise they will send you money for your book in to days after shipping the book to them It has been double the time they stated they will send me my money They do not have a phone number you can call and I reached them luckily one time I want my money for the book I sold tehm

This company is terrible! There are multiple complaints about study subscription and nothing being done it!! It is credit card FRAUD when a company charges your account monthly without consumer's knowledge! The study subscription was NEVER used for a year and they refuse to refund money!!!
