On December at 3:PM AS NOTED BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, I used my credit card to purchase CHEGG Textbook Solutions in the amount of $14.95(Enclosure A and B)This not have ethical business is conducted and customer retention maintained I suffered irreparable harm from your deficient service
