Chegg agreed to purchase buy book back I have called several times now and have been told that they have misplaced my book in the warehouse and that I would hear back from a supervisor within a couple of days Each time I would wait a couple of days and once I haven't heard anything back I would call again They would give me a different excuse each time on why I havent heard from a supervisor yet and tell me that they corrected it and that I would here from a supervisor in a couple of days The last time I called I told them that I would like to speak with a supervisor the gentleman told me that I couldn't When I continued to ask he said that I was getting none compliant and he was going to hang up I ask to speak to a supervisor again and he stated that he would not let me speak with a supervisor and he hung up

i've trying to cancelled my membership with Chegg, but they continue to charge me $14.00 each month. I have submitted my requet via twiter, but they During spring season I singed for a membership study guide for my Accounting class which lasted until 5/12. Ever since, I've been trying in many occasions to contact chegg and have asked them to stop charging my credit card on monthly basis since I do no need the service anymore. However, they have ignore my request numerous times. I have sent the request via twitter and e-mail, but with any success. Not to mention that they made very difficult to try to find the option on their website to cancel the membership fee and they do not even provide a regular customer service number, the only way communicate is via Twitter, which I do not use for anything else.

Would not recommend to any students. I was told go ahead and purchase hundreds of dollars in books because due date could be changed free of charge (I am enrolled in 12-week postgraduate courses), therefore ordered books four weeks ago and now they are due in two days. Chegg is doing me a "courtesy" by extending my books for one month and wants me to repurchase them... why would I have even purchased the books at full price knowing I would have to return them in four weeks? Rented and purchased books for a year but will not be returning after this disaster. Don't believe a word they tell you. You would think they would give me my sixty days so I could at least complete my semester, now I have to fight to try and get a refund... best bet is not to involve yourself with their business.
