I was quoted $46.42 for the purchase of a text book. I never received payment, or explanation/expectation of non-payment. I sold a textbook to Chegg.com for $46.42. It was brand new text book when I purchased, and used only 1 semester. The text was delivered to the client on 12/20. I have had no further contact with Chegg and was mystified as to why payment had not been received. After many calls, I was finally able to speak to someone via "live chat" and found that they were not going to pay me for text, quoting "bad condition" of the text. I was not contacted and was fully expecting payment. Now it is too late for me to return locally. If they were not going to full-fill their end of the agreement, I should have been notified, or at the very least, it should have been updated on my account with their website. They claim to have textbook answer keys but the answer are incorrect. They won't refund customers. I subscribed to their service for answer keys. None of the keys are correct and the explanations for their answers are in English so broken it is hard to understand. I was denied a refund.

I was promised a refund for incorrect charges and haven't received it. I have a subscription to Chegg Study, which costs $15 a month. I was charged twice in two days, so I reached out to them to get a refund for the second, incorrect charge.
