Order few items together and one was not delivered sent severs,e mails and asked yogi even refund constantly replying and asking to wait after they contact supplier and at the end item was never delivered I am still waiting for refund
And the wrist particular applied any discount you loose your discount since you spoiled towards purchase so refund is goung yo come with discount and I lost the promotion
Secondly they are luring customers to buy the cheap sale item and not deliver
So I mgoing yo stop buying from this site

Ordered a Waist cincher months ago and has still as of yet not received it I had to reach out to customer service times before I was acknowledged That was weeks ago, and I still have not received my purchaseDon't waste your time with these people

Ordered a purse on 4/**/and to date have not received it Emailed them three times and did not get a response Did the online chat and I was told I would have a refund back to my account in to business days I do not believe that will happen and this company is an online scam and should be shut down Thousands of negative reviews that I did not think I had to research because of the great website they falsely present, so I ordered and to date am out my money and I am not confident I will get a refund after reading so many other reviews about not getting refunds

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I would've read the reviews on this company BEFORE I ordered from them, because obviously there's a long history of the same ongoing problems
I ordered a watch over weeks ago from ChoxiI received a tracking number from *** within a weekI was tracking the package since I hadn't received it within the 2-weeks and suddenly the package just disappeared! *** said they never received the items from the merchant so I contacted ChoxiFirst of all, nobody spoke English so I asked to speak with a supervisor...Big mistake! The original order was broken up into different shipments and they lost BOTH of them! This company is a joke!

Do Not shop with choxiI ordered three sets of bamboo sheets from themTheir site says shipping takes to daysI waited a month with no contact from themI contacted their customer service and they either wouldn't answer my questions or said that they didn't have any informationWe went back and forth via e-mail for over a weekThey wouldn't refund my money and they never offered anything to change my experience with them except for free shipping ($2.00) off my next orderHorrible company, horrible experienceWill Never shop with them again

I use to order from nomorerack.com and choxi.com, I always received my orders and usually within a week from orderingI order 100's of dollars from them ranging from electronic's , clothes, sheets, jewelry, ectI miss them, wish they would have treated everyone as good as they treated me
