I ordered lots of things never received not one of themI still don't know I have recouped all of my money They know they have not sent the item via the vendors yet don't refund the money voluntarily It has been a nightmare since they changed to choxinomorerack was very good

I placed an order several months ago from the Choxi website, it was my first order since it changed over from 'nomorerack'Sadly, I did not think to check this site prior to doing business with them as I expected the same level of service as I had received under the previous ownerThis was not the caseI ordered a ring from Choxi and was quite patient with the shipping as usually it does take some timeThe ring never arrivedI tried contacting Choxi multiple times via phone and emailIt took emails to even get a response back, I was never able to get through on the phoneThey take days/weeks to respond to emails and have yet to resolve my issueI am out the money for the product and have no product to show for it

Like so many others I see here I too have had the worst experience ever with this companyI placed an order on June **, for two items After four weeks I contacted customer service to find out where my order was From their scripted answer this is what I was told: "*** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***
weeks later I still don't have the merchandise and they stopped answering my requests for information until I threatened to get the Revdex.com involved
I was offered the chance to continue my wait or cancel my order I opted to cancel my order but specifically requested a REFUND, NOT a store credit
Today I received an email from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled and that a STORE CREDIT had be added to my account!!!
Seriously! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked in retail!!!
Never! Ever! Ever order from this company It should be forced to close

This company has the worst time frame on line right now I placed my order August *** of this year Today is September *** and my items still show as processing I sent a complaint and was told that most of my orders should ship "this week"That was last week and still not shipped The customer service is horrible and they just keep leading you on with their "Any day now" responses This is the last time I will ever use this company!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITEIt is a complete and total scamRevdex.com should not have accredited themI purchased a sheet set that was never shippedWhen I talked to customer service, they told me they would "escalate" the order and have an answer in 3-business daysI got fed up of waiting for them to answer me so I called the number and asked to speak with a supervisor; Ralph, the hapless supervisor, went in circles telling me a million excuses and saying they'd offer me a refund and that it's first come first serve for the items but that I'd have my order cancelled whether I wanted to or not because of some nonsense excuseDO NOT USE THEMYou will regret being scammed by these lowlives who claim to sell authentic itemsThey don'tThey have a manufacturer that copies the items and then sends them out

I placed an order on 7/** with choxi.com and waited the typical lengthy period (10-business days) they state for delivery No delivery was received within a month, so I sent an email on 8/** and followed up with numerous phone calls I did not receive any response for nearly weeks, until 9/* when I was informed I would not receive a refund, but rather only website store credit I don't know the exact timing, but as of today choxi.com no longer exists and from investigation, it sounds like Choxi has closed up shop, of course without refunding any of my money

The website is down for quite sometime nowI had returned a product and was expecting a refund of $plus, but instead gave me store credit which I didn't even realize until I went to order another item in OctoberThe last response I got from them was on 10/**/and didn't hear from them again when I e-mailed them on 10/**/They didn't even give any signs that they are closing shop but their website was down since the 1st week of NovemberIf this is any inclination, then they need to return my money back

My initial experience began in June when I place an order for several items but didn't receive of them (Order No : 24341485) I finally was able to cancel it but only received a store credit Then I placed an order using the credit in July (order number is 24399520) and to date I haven't received that order Customer service is non-existence and even when you call Customer service during business hours you get a recording that they are closed!!!
I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business based upon its lack of response!!!

I have ordered times in August -Order # *** and Order # *** I also have a credit of $ The total of the orders not received is $ I have emailed them several times I have tried calling them only to be told by a recording that the office is not open I have noticed there are several customers in the same position

My name is *** ***, I have be working to get an issue resolved for the past monthsOn 04/**/I placed an order which contained a hammock the order number was - ***After about a month I called to determine the status of the order as your site promises to ship with in to daysI was assured multiple times that they were working with the manufacture to get the product shippedI told the sales person to refund my money directly or keep the order openThey cancelled the order and gave me a store credit plus 25% for my troubles as store creditThis is not what I asked for as I clearly said cash refund
On 05/**/I placed the order again as my instructions were not followed and I was told I could not get a cash refundThe order number was ***
On 8/*/a ticket was opened (***) on the zendesk systemFrom there I corresponded with Janelisa T for a few days until *** when I was told an eRefund would be processed totaling
