I ordered from here almost a month agoHave tried to call their customer service number to be told they are closed, despite calling with their "supposed"operating hoursI also have emails that have been ignored except to send an automated message that staff will contact me but never get a callNever shop here again!

I placed an order with this company on August ***, The company's website states 10-business days for delivery, sometimes soonerWell, today, August ***, makes business days, and if you count weekends, it makes day The status for my order has not changed since the day I placed it At first the company was chatting "live" with me as I expressed my displeasure in the length of time it was taking for delivery I asked for my money back and they told me I would have to wait until I got the products, then return themWell, I can't even do that because I haven't gotten my products, and after reading the numerous complaints from consumers and vendors alike, I just may never get them, but I do expect my money back! Now they don't answer the phones or "live" chatting

I have ordered products from Choxi Got one of them They assured me a refund on the other products after I patiently waited more than weeks for my item Now I have been waiting almost months for my refund that they told me would take 7-business days

On February **, 2014, customer service issued an RMA to you so you may return the product to vendor for a replacement/refundYou stated that the credit card you used for the purchase expired and asked if we could refund to a different cardWe stated that our system does not allow for that type of refund, but there are different ways of issuing (iestore credit, pay pal, etc)To date, the product has not been received the vendor and therefore no action can be taken on the account

I had previously placed orders not because of the price but because no one else had the item When I placed the order it took almost months to ship the item
This time I placed an order on June *** They TRY to ship (they say) within days On about June ***, I sent an email requesting when my order would ship They responded that it is processed through an outside company so they do not have a tracking number that, of course, lead me to believe it had shipped They also offered a refund but if I could only cancel before I got a tracking number I said no I didn't want to cancel they had my money for almost a month, what would cancelling get me? So I waited weeks and emailed again I got the SAME exact response They didn't even read my email So I waited I sent another email today, July *** and got the SAME email I went to the "chat" told them to cancel my order, refund my money and not to ever contact me again We are at weeks and it hasn't even shipped They said sure and GAVE ME A STORE CREDIT! Really???? After that fiasco they want me to order from them again??? I said no, cancel the order and refund my money They offered me a store credit with a 10% discount?? Really? I said no, refund the money means refund not credit I want a refund He finally agreed I actually don't think they even ship anything until you complain a couple of times because this has happened on every order The thing is that by they time they finally ship the items, I have found them on ebay cheaper This was a spinning mop, they gave me a discount of $so it came to $ This is on ebay now for $18, free shipping Save yourself a stress headache and do NOT buy from these people

I did NOT ask for a refund or replacement. The handle fell off before I used it for the first time. I wanted them to pay to get the handle fixed and they refused
