I don't have the original paperwork from No more rack. Everything I had I supplied to you when I complained about this company. As of to date I have never received my refund. I did contact the post office to track it. According to the post office it was delivered to them

I loved Nomoreracks, but once they changed to Choxi it has been a fightFirst they tell you that once your order has a tracking number you can not get a refund, but that give you no choice, because I had a tracking number that I was unable to track for a monthNow almost anot her month I'm still waiting for my refundThey have nice things, it's just making sure you get themLittle advice If ordering for xmas, do it now, and you might get it in timeNomorechoxi!

Purchased printer 1/**/- verified by choxi 1/**/ I emailed them on 2/*/asking what was the hold up and I received a response my order was being "expedited" (4-business days) - well today is 2/*/and no printer days (with "expedited shipping") - they have my money for days now - and I do not have anything but a headache I believe they may be defrauding the public - selling items they do NOT have available for shipping I just sent final email - then will file complaint with ***

I just want to say I had nothing but positive experiences with nomorerack AND ChoxiI always received my products in a timely manor, in perfect condition and were always quality products

I placed an order last year and only part of it arrivedI called *** and told them about the problemThey gave me the $credit for the rugs I never receivedI went to place an order and the website is gone and the phone number is no longer in service

Choxi does not pay its suppliersThey accept payment from customers but do not send the productBEWARE

I went on choxi.com for the first timeI purchased a voucher today for $After an hour of trying to figure it out, how to use it, because the website failed to give efficient directions, I realized that it was not what I thought it would beI then after called customer service, who was, in fact rude and unhelpful and was told no I could not get a refund because it was final saleI tried several different times where I requested a credit on my account and was offered $creditOnly $on a $transaction I didn't accept it I then went online chat where I was told if I cancelled it hours after order I could of gotten a refundAfter speaking to several agents all morning no one told meThe part that makes me mad the most is that I can not even use the voucher and no one in the company cares or even attempted to helpMoney down the drain

You order from this company, but never receive your items, then they want to give you store credits as a refund, I can't believe the Revdex.com IS LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS, it's time to shut them down, in this day and age, it's highway robbery Come on Revdex.com do something about this

I have dealt with Choxi for the last three years and all of the products I purchased have met or exceeded my expectations Their customer service has been outstanding and because of the quality of their products and their willingness to stop up to the plate to resolve issues when they arise makes this a great company to do business with

I ordered some pet stairs from this company on April **, The company says to allow weeks for deliveryI first inquired about the status of my order on May *I was finally told on May ** that it was not availableI was given a refund as store creditThey apologized and added an additional 20% On June * I applied that to a tricycleI had not received it by July **I stated that I wanted a refundI received an e mail on July ** saying that I would receive my refund and to allow to business daysIt has now been business days and I have not received my refundThis company is a jokeI know that your order comes from the manufacturer, but, they should not sell items that cannot be delivered
