I ordered from the website on 10/*/I have sent them two emails to customer service and have not heard back from them

I ordered products months ago and they never shippedThey gave me a credit and I tried placing several orders and most of them would never shipWhen I contact them they always say to wait two weeksThen the second time I contact them they issue a creditThis last time, I received one item I ordered but not the otherI sent over emails and called onceOnly my first email got a responseI was told to wait the full two weeks they had said was the shipping windowWell now it's been two monthsNo one will respond to my emails anymoreI tried calling and the first message said business hours are Monday through Friday 9-I called around on WednesdayA second recorded message came on and said the office was closed and to call back during business hours (repeating the same

On August **, 2016, I place an order online with Choxi I did not receive any shipping information for my items and the charge successfully cleared my bank account on August **, I e-mailed customer service on August ***, August ***, September ***, September ***, and September *** I attempted to call the customer service line on September *** at 2:CST, which is during their advertised business hours of 9:a.mto 6:p.mEST When I call I get a recording saying I am calling outside of their business hours I am frustrated due to them promising shipping information within days and their promise to return e-mails with hours I have not received any type of response to any of my requests for information regarding my order

At this time, I have been contacted directly by NoMoreRack.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has

I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the bras and leggings which you received All final sale items have this information listed in the item description on our site in bold text Also, we do allow returns on defective items if they are final sale as long as the problemis reported to us within the designated time period At the time of purchase that policy was days from the date of arrival Do you mind letting me know why these issues were not reported when you first received the items?
Though these items were not reported within the required time frame, I will go ahead and make a 2nd exception for the return of the Pairs: Fleece-Lined Seamless Leggings I have already processed an RMA for this item You will receive two emails, one with the return shipping label and another with instructions for the returnOnce the item has been returned I will process a refund back to your original form of payment Please note that for any future orders, I will be unable to allow the return of any items marked final sale which are not reported within the the required time period If there is anything else I can do to assist you please just let me know

Unbelievable....On April **, I ordered itemsThe only reason that I ordered items was so that I could try out your company one more time and also use up my credit from having to pay additional postage from my last order that was completely messed up
I received one of my items in a very timely mannerThe other item, I never received a shipping notice so I had to contact customer serviceApparently, this item was no longer available so I requested a refund immediately
This item cost me $plus $for the shipping so $totalI received a credit of $
This is absolutely unbelievableI have had issues with every order that I have ever placed with this company Orders have not been shipped on time My orders have changed in color or style without my knowledge I have owed postage due upon receiving my orders which they then only gave me an instore credit so that I had to order from them again
This company is horrible

I placed an order with Choxi, after weeks of never receiving my product I contacted customer service They told me they would contact the distributor and get back to me They never did I contacted them again and told them I'd like my money back They told me they credited my account and I could use those credits with my next order I told them I wanted a REFUND of my money considering it had been over a month and I never received the product I ordered and they were not proactive in their customer service They then said they would issue a refund that would take 5-business days to receive It's been business days, I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service and their website seems to be non-existent Like they moved shop and took my money with them
