I placed an order with CHOXI on August *, Payment was taken from my Discover card, yet no items have been shipped I have attempted to reach them by phone and am not able to I received an email from an alleged employee indicating that the company is going bankrupt and that I should contact the Revdex.com and my bank to attempt a redfund

This is my second order in a row that Choxi has failed to send meThe first time (June -July time frame) I did finally get a so called "store credit" after many trials, tribulations, and contacts (phone and E-mail to customer service) This second time around,I ordered a different product on 8/**/(same price as the first) using my store credit for total paymentI received my conformation order # ***Since then, I have received no product and no further information about the orderI have tried multiple times by e-mail to contact customer service but have received no replies at allEach time I get an automatic message received by e-mail in return , so I know they are getting my inquiriesI have also tried to call Choxi but each time I am told by a recording that they are closed even though it is in the middle the day of a weekdayIt seems they are ignoring me (and others?) completely They of course they still have my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for itI have never experienced such a blatant disregard for a customer in my entire lifeI have given up on receiving my item that I ordered in good faith but I do believe others should be made aware of such deplorable business activitiesThank You

I did receive the shipping label and then contacted the business right away to see if the vendor will mail a box to ship the product backFinally after a month of trying numerous times to get an answer to this I was told that I could not return itThis is unacceptable customer serviceBy this time the label was expired

I placed an order with this company back in the beginning of July, I waited a few weeks bsending them a email asking about itSent one back asking me to plz give them more time they changed owners, I said I wouldAs of this weekend I still have not received my orderI tried to log on to the site and it says the site is down, try laterWell from seeing other people's posts on the site, they have closed doors, but was still accepting money from people as of a week or two ago

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Choxi.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT
been resolved because:
They offered to take the iPad back after telling me I could not return it in the condition it was inMy iPad ended up being replaced at my cost so I am not willing to return it to ChoxiThey have never acknowledged that the iPad was sold as new when it was usedI have confirmation from *** that the original purchase date was in I bought it from Choxi in May

I ordered several items from choxi.com and they either have not shipped, do not work, or are of very poor quality
Several orders of gigantic vacuum seal bags have not shipped with some of them ordered on 4/*/ It is now 7/*/and they are still not shipped, I ordered them on two seperate occasions the other was 5/**/ I have been offered a credit to my account, but not a refund I also ordered a fondue fountain, that the motor did not work, and a bug screen for a door that simply was so poorly made that it will not function as it was designed to do I do not want the credit, because I will not be shopping there anymore I already received a credit for socks and a different type of vacuum seal bags that they said they could not ship and I used it on these items I described above which either will not ship, will not work, or are of extremely poor quality
I would not recommend this online shopping site to anyone ever!

Do Not shop with choxiI ordered three sets of bamboo sheets from themTheir site says shipping takes to daysI waited a month with no contact from themI contacted their customer service and they either wouldn't answer my questions or said that they didn't have any informationWe went back and forth via e-mail for over a weekThey wouldn't refund my money and they never offered anything to change my experience with them except for free shipping ($2.00) off my next orderHorrible company, horrible experienceWill Never shop with them again

I ordered some items from the company on 7/**/The website claims that items will ship out to business days after the order is placedI tried contacting the company three times via email as well as calling the 1-number provided on the websiteThe number provided is only a recording and you do not have the option of speaking with someoneIt also claims on the recording that they are open from a.mto p.mbut then clicks over and says that the office is closedNo one from the business has contacted me and they took the money out of my account already

I have placed an order since July **, it's over months now, I've tried to contact customer service, over and over, I couldn't find anyone to talk to, I sent them email, they finally answered my emails back after days, they said that they refund me my money, there was no refund until today I called them, I finally got a chance to talk to them, when they check my account they couldn't find the refund on my account, me and my friends and my family, we've been ordering merchandise from choxi for over years and never received them, and choxi will never call you to let you know that your order will be late, that's why we've been loosing a lot of money from choxi, because when order stay out for that long, we end up forget about them, because we have been placing orders everywhere not only choxiSo I don't think choxi should be in bussiness anymore, it looks like they don't have the merchandise, they just trying to rip off the customers

I ordered a tablet on 4/*/and to date I still have not received notice that it has been shippedI called today and was told that they have not received a tracking number from the company that shipped the productIt has been over weeks and according to the website, ordering to delivery should take weeks

I have ordered from this company and each order is not delivered or fulfilled I get credit and try to order something different and that does not get shipped Now you cant reach anyone from their customer service line and emails go unresponded to Order number *** I have had to order and reorder multiple times hoping I would get something, but in the end nothing is delivered and my money stays in their pockets

They charged my account $plus shipping 1//*/ You can't reach anyone live Very poor customer service!
