I ordered from here almost a month agoHave tried to call their customer service number to be told they are closed, despite calling with their "supposed"operating hoursI also have emails that have been ignored except to send an automated message that staff will contact me but never get a callNever shop here again!

I have spent hundreds of dollars for merchandise on this website; however, I never received the items that I orderedWhen there was an opportunity to actually speak to a representative from Choxi, she assured me that I could and would receive store credit for the money that I lost They said they had no control over the businesses that distribute merchandise ordered on their site Suddenly, the entire company and website disappeared; leaving consumers like me deplete of merchandise and the money we spent

On 7/**/I placed an order with Choxi and never received my orderMy order #***I received several emails from their customer service but in 10/they stopped responding to meI had asked for a refund of my $and never heard from them again

When Choxi was *** it was great now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy still waiting on an order from 5/**/** it is now 08/**/** still don't have it no contact from Choxi and there customer service is closed going to challenge it on credit card

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the bras and ankle socks you received Upon reviewing your account I see that the items were from different vendors and that you instructed to return them to the respective vendors in order to receive a
refund The reason the socks were not refunded is because these instructions were not followed I also see that the credits are on your account and available for use at any time I also do not see any notes about you contacting customer service to report any problem with said credits That being said it is no problem to remove the credits and issue a refund to your original form of payment Also, I will go ahead and make an exception for the socks and issue a full refund for them to your original form of payment also The refunds will take to days to be reflected back onto your account Please note that for any future orders, all items must be returned to the vendor from or we will be unable to process a refund for those items If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know

I placed an order with Choxi.com over a month ago for a purse...I have send four customer service requests as to when I would be receiving my product They do not respond I don't know where to turn? I am extremely disappointed in this company!! I also requested a refund if they weren't able to send my order and still have heard not a single word from them Feeling utterly frustrated!!

I bought a Tourmaline Cermic Hair straitened frim Choxi and never received it nor was I credited for the purchaseI have emailed them several times and still noting Now I see that the websight is down and the number is no longer in Service, not sure what to do to get my money back but will be weary of sight such as they were

Placed three orders between 7/**/and 8/*/for a sum total $ The orders are for shoes and purses I had received a store credit for some other order before but have tried times to call customer service phone # ###-###-#### and after doing some further research also tried phone# ###-###-#### to no avail

I didn't receive my order as described online I ordered a pack of playing cards which were listed online containing a display box When the cards arrived I didn't receive the display box When I contacted customer service they made me feel like I didn't read the product description online well enough They said the cards did not come with the display box I know for a fact what I read online it said that the cards came with the display box Customer service offered no resolution to my problem, and were unwilling to resolve the issue It took them days to respond to my email All they wanted to do was give me a $off coupon off a $or more purchase This company and website needs to be shut down!!!

Have ordered around items and not received any of them They wont respind to any calls.or emails

I placed an order with Choix about a month ago and have not received my item even though they billed my credit card I tried to contact customer service and they are closed not matter what time of the day I call I also emailed and have not received a follow up I would not recommend purchasing items from this company

The world today has better means of verification of billing/shipping address confirmation to ensure those that are ordering are also being shipped to without the use of asking for personal private informationAs a computer security engineer with over years experience, the informtion I was asked for is what is being used on the black markets obtained by such manner as you have requestedThis in return is being used as identity theft which can be and ghas been far worse off than the credit purchaseAsking an individual for a copy of their drivers license or a bill with their information on it has been deemed in many states to be an alert for identity theft
My ask is that you reconsider your security practices and better align to that of the current working electronic worldThis will boost sales (I'm sure), and it will also provide confidence in your consumersCurrently your site does not even describe the information being asked and the purpose of said informationThis would make asking for the information illegal as it is not clearly stated the purpose of and what informationPlease once again accept that you are using illegal practices to obtain verification of your consumers identity
