Choxi refuses to remove me from it's email list despite my repeat requests both by clicking "unsuscribe" and by emailing Customer Care which receives a response that action is being taken. This results in the equivalent of spam. If this is the company's customer service idea of "customer care" woe be anyone who purchases from the site and has a problem.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM BUSINESS
Nothing looks like the pictures and is COMPLETE GARBAGE
I ordered 7 items for the Holidays and THEY WERE ALL TERRIBLE
I actually have to pay to get them returned and they take a return fee out of that too! They also want me to send everything separate which drives up the shipping costs and makes itso no one will return anything

contacted directly by NoMoreRack.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They did not offer any further solutions besides keeping the phone with no refund or sending it back to me for an additional $10 in shipping costs so they got money either way. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they have refunded the cost to me instead but NoMoreRack.com did not offer a reasonable resolution.

We have tried contacting Choxi and working it out with them. Haven't gotten a resolution from them or any closer to getting our issued resolved. Our lawyer informed us to post here first to see if Choxi will step it up in resolving their outstanding balance, before we move forward with legal action. We would love to get this issue resolved and closed out this complaint as much as you do.

Yes, my item did get delivered, WAY after the delivery date YOU provided on your website. Since when is it acceptable business practice to delay a shipment by WEEKS, provide no updates as to when or even IF the order would be fulfilled, and not allow a customer to change or cancel an order after the aforementioned problems. You wasted my time repeatedly, every time I had to call and email to find out if I was even going to get my item. Not to mention, I had to buy another set of sheets because YOU took significantly longer than your website states to deliver my item!! Frankly, you should have to pay for the replacement sheets I had to buy due to your negligence! Just because you delivered my item WEEKS after the fact does not make this situation acceptable.

I've been waiting over two months for an order now. You know what I got in response to my numerous inquiries? Once they finally started responding, I received conflicting information, robots customer service that ignore any request for compensation or to speak with management, and after even more emails from me, a $5 credit (how generous) I should also point out that I'm a VIP member. If that's how they treat VIPs I can't even imagine how they treat other customers. I still have no information and a $5 credit that is basically no good cause it's $5. Every other email states it either can't be fulfilled or that it's on it's way so no one actually knows. What I do know is that they are very quick to blame the manufacturers instead of taking any sort of responsibility and have zero empathy. I've been a long time customer even before the new branding and they simply don't care. I used to love this company but it just keeps getting worse and worse.

This company is a ROYAL PAIN IN THE BUTT! I don't know how they got my e-mail address, but they did. And they spam it many times a day trying to sell their products. I have clicked the "unsubscribe" button at least 5-6 times. I have emailed their customer service department at least 5-6 times. I have even called their customer service department 3 times. They still inundate me with emails! If I get another email from them, I'm gonna file a complaint and seek compensatory damages!!!

This Company {Choxi} customer service and management suck.
I order some Haynes Brief and the Coleman pet stairs from this company in March of 2016. I was told that it was going to take two weeks for delivery. A month went by and I still have not received my package nor a phone call telling me something was wrong. So at the beginning of May I called to see what had happen.I talked to a CSR of Choxi and she told me that they didn't have the Haynes Brief and they was waiting to get then from somewhere else. I was made because they didn't let me know what was going on with my order. The CSR told me at that time they did have the Coleman pet stair and they would send me an e-mail when it ship out. I got an e-mail on May ** 2016 saying that they was going to give me credit because they didn't have the Coleman pet stair , it's going on two month and now the won't to give me a credit on there company for the money that they took off of my credit card that is unacceptable.

NoMoreRack Ruined our Christmas! We purchased 18 items on 3 separate orders and all but 2 arrived? One item broken and the other the wrong color? The other 16 items were either lost in transit and or never sent? Nobody at this company can give straight answers or appear to be just reading off a Q-card? This Company sucks! Do Not Trust! I have just spent 3 full days running around trying to re-buy all the gifts this Company promised to deliver! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! - [redacted]

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This company looks like they are interested in satisfying the customer- until it comes time to return something. Their returns policy is buried in their FAQ and it states that you will be responsible for paying the return postage. What it doesn't tell you is that NOMORERACK will determine how you return EACH item individually- and charge you a return shipping fee of $10.20 on EACH package. You will have to speak to a representative to obtain your RMAs - who will at no time mention that you will be responsible for the return postage. You may receive an email once your merchandise has been received. It may state clearly that you will receive a full refund- but do not be deceived. You will receive it less the return shipping charges of $10.20. Next they may seem to hear you- and ask you to send them a screen shot of the email they sent you showing the promised full price refund. But instead of refunding you the postage- they may offer to appease you by giving you a store credit for the $10.20 - but you will have to purchase $30 in merchandise with in 48 hours in order to take advantage of this store credit. BOTTOM LINE- be absolutely CERTAIN that you will want to keep the item you ordered from this company. Otherwise know that it will COST YOU $10.20 minimum to return EACH and EVERY item you purchase. Needless to say- I'm taking my business elsewhere- and I'd suggest you do the same.
