It is impossible to respond to this message.  Each time I submit the message is dropped.  It is in keeping with the poor quality of service I received from the company in question.  Maybe this is the nature of all businesses under your guise. Don't contact me again.  This case was closed months ago. Your agency is as effective and as customer service oriented as this business is. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Upon reviewing your account, I see that on 9/**/12 a credit for this item was issued to your nomorerack account.  Around the same time,  a dispute was filed with your financial institution for the same charge.  Once a customer has filed a dispute their account is suspended.  This is the reason the credit was not available for your use.  As this charge is over 1.5 years old a refund to your original form of payment will not be possible.  The only way we would be able to refund this charge is via Paypal.  Please send me the email address associated with you Paypal account and I will send your refund there.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a children's laptop when it arrived it was missing a piece. I contacted choxi right away and requested the part be sent. After two weeks of back and forth with customer service they inform me that the piece can not be sent. The touch function does not work without the part that is missing. It is three days before Christmas so I felt a partial refund would be the best option. They offered me a $5 credit! I am planning to return it, but after reading other reviews it doesn't sound likely that my money will be refunded even once the item is returned. I will never again purchase form this company, and would advise others not to either.

Horrible customer service! After 2 months of waiting, emails, and arguments, they finally contacted me to let me know that my items are out of stock. They then informed me that they would be refunding $28 of the $55 that I spent. Friggin crooks!! I've ordered in the past and has similar problems. Decided to give them another try. Never again!! The items I HAVE received in the past were junk anyway. I wouldn't recommend Choxi to anyone! Buyer beware!

I ordered something 35 days ago ; haven't received anything yet! I complained 20 days ago & received an email apologizing for the delay! Thats it they just ate my money and never sent me anything till today I paid $46 for 2jewelry organizer but got nothing yet no email stating any delays or any reason for not sending my order till now.

I just got off the phone with one of your representative named [redacted] and her superior [redacted]. I am irate to say the least. After checking my account today I noticed a change from no more rack for $47. I made my initial order for a phone in the amount of $31 on 1/** and cancelled it.  That $31 was returned on 1/**. On 1/** I ordered a ring in the amount of $16. The was a change to my account for  $47 for a ring and a phone. And another for $16 for the ring. I wanted the ring but not 2 and surly not the phone I didn't want to begin with. I discovered this because I went to pay my light bill and couldn't. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do because the system wouldn't make an order I didn't want so I had to have placed this order. And if I wanted my money back then I would have to pay around $14 to send it back then a refund would be processed. I was told that I should have checked my order sooner. How was I to know to check on something I didn't order. And at no point did I receive an email telling me anytime about the ring I did order. This is going to cost me a reconnection fee on top of my original light bill and I have to pay to send the product back. This is unacceptable!  I need the entire order cancelled. I dont want any of it!

Order was approved 10/**/16. Three items ordered for a total of $78.00. Full amount charged to my card. In just a few days the least expensive item showed up. No tracking information was ever sent. Tried contacting customer service about the other items but they are "closed". Tried sending an email. No response. I wish I had read the reviews on choxi sooner. I had ordered from NoMoreRack once before without any problems. What the hell happen? One more company rip off. I'll wait to see if the rest of my order ever shows up, but I definitely won't hold my breath.

This is a TERRIBLE company to deal with!!! Placed an order, they took my money immediately and 1 month later NOTHING!! I called, they say they have no way of knowing when my product will ship. I cancelled my order and now I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my money!! RIDICULOUS!!
