Your account was set to fraudulent due to suspicious activity. There was conflicting information provided with the order address, delivery and biliing. Due to the high purchase price, the items were refunded and you were advised to work with customer service to prove the...

I had contacted the immediately when they emailed me the order was going to be canceled and that they were going to issue a refund. The email stated that there was going to be a refund posted in 7 to 10 days. I emailed them back within minutes of getting their email telling them of the situation that the card used to make the initial purchase was a prepaid gift card. I told them since the card balance was completely used the card was no longer useable that the acct was closed after the balance was used on the card. That the card was disposed of and I could not get a refund to the card. I told them to either refund it to my debit card or that they would need to issue me a credit. They did not respond at which time I sent that email again. Then 2 days later they sent me an email telling me it was too late that the pre paid gift card was issued the refund. When I told them that I wanted the information who the refund went to etc.. They said that information was not available. After they had told me I would need to contact the bank. The gift cards clearly state that once the card balance is used up that the card is no longer an open account. There would have been no acct. for them to issue the refund to!! I did not want to take a credit with their company but expressed that I would accept that.  Then a few days later they were saying it was too late that the card was credited. But would not give me information as to who was refunded or the card number which I no longer had as I disposed of the card once the balance was used up. Where did the refund go???

I have ordered probably twenty orders with both NoMoreRack and Choxi and see NO difference between the two. I ordered a simple dog bed that I really needed. I live in a hot place and don't want my dog laying on hot hard concrete. They sent me some weird small "yippy-dog" 'playpen' and it wasn't even in a box. It was in its regular plastic. Then it took several emails to customer service and talking to one person higher for me to be told that I could have a refund (for a product I never ordered and could not use) and that I could not have the product I ordered because they didn't have any - anymore.... And they were doing me some kind of favor paying for the shipping back..... What a jerk-off.
Also....every bit of clothing, male, female, whatever, that I've ever purchased has run smaller and shorter than their charts and the usual American sizing. Basically, the occasional electronic or handbag has really been the only thing they haven't screwed up.... for me....yet.
They should not be allowed to continue to rip people off. And, if they continue to screw up and change names, they should have to keep saying who they used to be....

Never got my order (twice). I will never order again. Took months for Choxi to tell me I wasn't going to get my order. Gave them one more chance when they gave me$20 credit. Never got that order either, I have unsubscribed twice yet still get the emails, and of course they had told me that I had "successfully unsubscribed." Yet another lie,

I have the same issue many others on here have. I placed an order a month ago & the item still has not shipped. I have sent many e-mails & receive a "[redacted]" response, but no idea of when the item would be shipped. I have requested a refund, but judging from what others have said it appears this will also be a long drawn-out process.

choxi has been a good place to order from. My items came fast and everything was what it was suppose to be. My sheets were wonderful and I want to order more of them. Bathing suit and other items were great. This is a good place to order things cheaper and what I ordered was cheaper and better. My sheets at Choxi's were $19.99 and J.C Pennys had them for $79.00.

Do not use this website. I went on to purchase a necklace and while purchasing an error came up about my credit card having the wrong expiration date, so I did it again. It came up again and thought I better check my bank account. Sure enough I was charged twice, as I knew my credit card expiration date was correct. I called Choxi.com, which was Nomerack.com, and they told me they have no record of me purchasing anything. So now I have a charge TWICE on my account and they have no record of me buying anything. I am very angry with this and I have talked to their customer service who says they will look into this matter and for me to send them the copy of the bank statement where they charged me. I have done that. I am also making a claim with my bank about this. This is a hassle and there is something wrong with their website.

Stay away they hold your money for months and can't provide any information on orders or care less about you after the nightmare
