Just spent $75 at Choxi for backpacks and a steam iron. They did arrive. One backpack had torn satitching. Three of them (different brand) looked great in the photos. However they are only 5 oz each. Ridiculous - very thin fabric - you can see light through it. Kind of like taking garbage bag material and sewing it so it looks like a backpack. The steam iron ($22 on sale) was awful - the sole plate never heated enough, so the iron would grab at the cloth instead of passing smoothly over it. The cord was just heavy duty lamp cord and was stiff and got in the way while ironing - a good cord should be super flexible. I was going to throw it out but decided to give the iron to the local thrift store. I do not have time or energy to box stuff up and return it. I have learned a lesson. I will not buy from them again.

Review: I order a product from Nomorerack.com on December [redacted], 2013. It was supposed to be a red MID google Tablet. It was intended to be a Christmas present to my Son-in-law. After waiting for three weeks for the delivery, it arrived on December [redacted], 2013. I looked at the package and was shocked to see that the package contained not a red tablet, but stated it was pink. I did not trust the wrapper and opened the product and indeed the tablet was pink. There was no packing slip in the package stating what I had purchased or the correct color. Nothing to indicate that I had not ordered pink. There is a contact phone number on the only piece of paper there was in the package. It only states that we needed to send the complaint in an e-mail, which I promptly did. I have received no response to this e-mail. With no solution for a return of the merchandise. After having this problem, I read other peoples reviews of this website and noticed that they were having similar issues. I wanted my issue added to their list of complaints. BUYERS BEWARE!!! [redacted] is the shadiest, most fraudulent company I have ever done business with in my entire life. My husband and I have had so many problems with them, I really don't even know where to begin, but I definitely want to warn other people away! First off, I ordered an iPhone for my parents (they don't do online shopping, period.) along with a phone cover. I realized I had ordered the wrong phone right after I placed the order, so I cancelled it and then ordered the correct phone. I had to speak to customer service to make sure I received the correct phone and that the other phone order was cancelled. I made it clear that I still wanted the phone cover from the first order, and the representative assured me that I would receive the correct phone and the phone cover. The correct phone arrived, but the cover never did. However, a few weeks later, my mother receives a charge for almost $700 on her credit card, which means they charged her for both phones and the cover, when only one phone was ever received. It took me DAYS to clear this up, and in the process they accused me of fraudulent activity. They deactivated my account, and said that in order for my account to be reactivated or looked over, I would have to send them a copy of my ID and credit card, and that I had to have a valid address that matched my billing address. WHO DOES THAT?! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Why would I ever want to give up my private information, including a SCANNED COPY OF MY ID, to some online store? Who do they think they are, and what in the world are they thinking?! This is only half the story, though...

My husband wanted to order an iPhone as well, so he ordered one at the same time I ordered the phone for my parents. Well, he ended up ordering the same phone 3 (yes, THREE) times, and it was never received. However, the credit card was sure charged! They took it upon themselves to cancel the order every single time, but did not bother to let my husband know that it had been cancelled. He had to find that out for himself. Then, when we were disputing the charge to the credit card, they again deactivated his account, and then again requested that he send a copy of his ID, his credit card, and to make sure that the billing and residential addresses were available and matched. Needless to say, we never ended up receiving a phone from them. The credit card had to dispute it themselves, so we did get the money back eventually. My mother had to do the same- let the credit card company take it up with them. When we did this, they asked that we cancel the dispute and said they had paid the money back.

I don't know why this company is so difficult to deal with, or why their business practices are so bizarre, but the only thing I can say is that they have every appearance of having fraudulent practices and you should be very careful if you want to buy something from them. I will never deal with them again, and I will try to warn as many people as I can to protect your money and your information and save yourself a lot of time and trouble! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they handled these orders. They tried to use the excuse of "protecting their customers from fraud" and "protecting the security of their customers", but in reality they are dishonest, shady, and will take your money without giving you anything in return. You will have to go through a lot of trouble to get that money back. For people who don't have money like that to throw around (which is the majority of us, I think), that is absolutely inexcusable.

Review: I purchased a Christmas gift from NoMoreRack.com in early November. However, the gift I purchased was too small for the recipient and needs to be returned. I have reached out to Nomorerack.com but only receive automated responses which takes DAYS for them to respond. Despite my need to return my item, one of the email responses from nomorerack states that a return needs to be done within 14 days of receipt of the product. The problem is I purchased the product a month before Christmas so that I would receive the product in time to be wrapped and gifted for Dec. [redacted]. Regardless, considering the response times, how is it even possible to make a return within a 14 day time frame when it took 14 days to find out the refund policy from the automated emails I receive. Nonetheless, I was given a phone number to call, however the number is an automated machine as well which states they will only deal with customers via email!! This has been an extremely difficult process just to return a product for a bigger size.Desired Settlement: All I want to do is return the item for store credit so I can purchase a larger size. Or it would just be better if I could get my money back at this point.

If you could, please review my complaint from when I first contacted your company, you will see that the product was purchased as a gift for someone, it was not for me. According to the recipient of this gift, I had purchased the wrong android, it was too small. I did not ask to return, I asked to exchange for a bigger one. My frustration stems from not being able to get a direct response from your company or to get anyone over the phone. And your return policy is extremely REDICULOUS considering YOU CANT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. Even if I wanted to return the product for a full refund, it would take me days just to figure it out. I'm not going to follow the instructions of an automatic reply from someone in god knows where and ship a product back to you within a few days for a refund not knowing what's going to happen. At this point I'll give the gift to someone else and just never purchase from your company ever again.

Review: I purchased a tablet for my daughter on the nomorerack website on December **, 2013. The item arrived quicker than expected, which was nice, however I only turned it on to check it out and then put it away as my daughter was due home from school shortly. The next time I saw it was Christmas morning when she opened it. She was over the moon! She used it a while and still wanted to play when the battery got low (which happened quickly) so we plugged in the charger that I found to use with it because the one it came with did NOT work. The tabled drained completely while on the charger! I tried again to get it to turn on and it wouldn't. I plugged it in and left it for quite a while and then went back and it had charged enough to turn it back on. Apparently it can't be charged unless it's off and even then it takes a ridiculous amount of time and it can't use the provided charger AND that's just not how it's supposed to work! She gets to play for a short time then it has to be turned off and placed on the charger. It's junk! I emailed them, the first time on December **, 2013, after not being able to use it correctly for 24 hours. I tried the live chat with no success. The email was supposed to be answered, going by what they state on the website, within 48 hours. I waited. Still nothing 48 hours later. I tried to call and there's a message stating that due to the high shopping traffic this holiday they will not be answering the customer service line and all cs issues will be dealt with by their "friendly customer service representatives in 24 to 48 hours". I'm still waiting on an email reply. I've since found several groups whose intent is to shut these people down. I know 2 women in town who have ordered from them. The first woman ordered boots, specified size and color, read reviews. When they arrived they were too small. The 2nd item she ordered, read reviews (she's starting a blog so she's big on that!) made sure the size would fit, waited, and when it arrived it was 2 sizes too small! The 2nd lady here in town ordered 3 of the same item I did, the Zeepad tablet, and 2 of the 3 are complete trash! She has tried, to no avail, since December [redacted] as well. I'm fed up and their 24-48 hours has long passed. I am disappointed for my daughter, which is the worst part and I'm out the 60 dollars, which to us is a LOT of money. I used my Greendot (reloadable Visa) so I can not call my bank. I hope that all the time and effort all these people with these groups to shut this company down, succeed. They are thieves. I can also send a picture of the serial number. Review: I ordered 3 items. 2 items were supposedly shipped together with the same tracking number. The other item was shipped separate. Both tracking numbers arrived the same day with one item. The missing item is a tablet. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I've tried to reach the company by email and [redacted] about 10 times over the last week. I keep getting generic responses. I got one email that said to call USPS, so I did. I gave them the tracking number and they said the package was delivered, and it was, but it did not include the tablet. I also received an email today that said to wait another 5 days. They obviously don't have a clue or are trying to scam me becaus one person said it wad delivered and another saidwait 5 days. Review: yesterday was contacted by my banks fraudhotline about unauthorized charges being made. they flagged my account but it was after a total of 5 chages totaling over 700.00 were made. I contacted Nomorerack and wanted all of my private information deleted from their database and the man who answered the telephone told me he could not find any information on me in his system. I had purchased in the past so he was completely lying to me and then hung up on me. I'm a a [redacted] customer who had brought a Zeepad from NoMoreRack.com as a gift for someone in my family. It was supposed to have warranty but the piece of crap company never disclosed to what extent the warranty actually covered, wants me to pay half of what that crappy tablet cost plus shipping fees. Something needs to be done about this because quite frankly this was frustrating and misleading, AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR ANY OF THIS. I want a resolution to this issues ASAP with the company because the issue was initially filed in early February. Not to mention the first initial tablet I thought I was purchasing the company had bait and switched on me. We also had a tiff and they took a while to fix that issue as well. I will not be paying for damages and I'm not paying for shipping fees. For all not nonsense I'd buy another toy tablet from your company for the same price they are trying to charge me now.

The company is NOW basically disclosing to me the cover nothing under their "warranty" and want me to come out of pocket for repair and shipping costs, which as I've stated before I'm not doing. I'm not paying for something that while in its carrying case still managed to crack. They think I'm going to pay for damages and costs for shipping and handling and this when they should be held accountable for the product that was flimsy and poorly made to begin with? Because this wasn't a "wear and tear" issue, it was barely used.

Review: We ordered a Keurig for a Christmas gift on Black Friday 11/**/13. When my mom opened her Keurig gift from us on Christmas we tried to set it up and it would not dispense any water at all. I received an email on Saturday, January **, 2016 with an offer for free shipping. I placed an order totaling $17 and then was charged $34 in shipping. After repeated contacting the company regarding this issue and their deceptive online marketing I must warn other consumers about them. I want to warn all consumers about this horrible company.

Review: Was a first time customer of the company and ordered many items for the Christmas holiday. After receiving the merchandise I was disappointment because I noticed they were represented as good quality merchandise. This was not the case. The first issue was I had ordered a watch and it was never delivered. I repeatedly emailed them to let them know I had not gotten the ordered watch and at that time I did let them know that the cuff link and necktie I had ordered was not as represented the cuff links didn't match at all. I had purchased several items of various toys for my grandchildren and all items received were of very low quality. I ordered a hat represented as a angry bird hat and once received it was not in fact an angry bird had the package said cardinal hat it was only one of many items that were misrepresented. After numerous of emails I was finally credited to my account the purchase amount for the watch. Secondly I had also purchased 4 motorized ride on.s for my grandchildren for Christmas upon opening the boxes a few days before Christmas to have them put together. My crew informed me that there were missing pieces and one motor bike was actually broken right out of the box. I tried calling the company and the message said the same message as it does today that they are not taking calls and every issue is handled through email. There was a lot of back and forth emailing which seemed to stall and string me along for over a week. I asked that someone call me and speak to me about my disappointment of my order they emailed me and informed me that they had no out going calls. I have many email's of our correspondences if these are needed at some point. Once I threatened to contact the Revdex.com and the online watch Dogs a representative by the name on called me on the morning of December 24th. He first stated he would send me return labels and that I would get store credit for them all in 4-7 days after they were received. I let him know at that moment that I had absolutely no intentions of ever doing business with their company ever again and that I wanted my funds returned to my accounts. He stated it would take up to the 7 days to be refunded to my accounts.

After not having gotten my refund in over 12 days, I began writing emails yet again. Today I received 4 emails telling me that they had infact given me store credit for my almost $400 I was out raged as they have continued to string me along until today which is Friday January 10th and they are closed over the weekend and will not answer me until sometime next week. Nomorerack has continually strung me along with emails and double talk instead of just giving me my money.

I just want to recoup my losses from this company and I do think people should be aware of this shisty company in the way they conduct business. I have NO intentions of ever doing business with such a company ever again. The customer service is a sham and they are hiding behind email big time and just defrauding consumers out of their money

The other items that I purchased I kept even though I was very unsatisfied with the merchandise. Because they ruined my trip home to celebrate with my family and I had no gifts to give after traveling such a long way. I just want to be done with Noremorerack.

And just to be clear the smaller items that I choose not to send back had everything to do with my grandchildren and not wanting to disappoint them at Christmas. They were all small things in comparison to the motorized ride ons I had ordered with no time or money left to purchase more gifts. Nomorerack ruined my Christmas and my trip home. and they clearly has left a very bad taste in my mouth for ordering thing online.Desired Settlement: I paid for my merchandise with my debt cards and would like my funds returned the same way I have waited the allotted time as they stated and they still threw a monkey wrench into it by not giving me my money.

Review: Bought a tablet for my sister. It shipped in record time. I paid the $59.00 it said it cost and I believed I buying an new unit. My sister called me and said. "This thing won't hold a charge, the plug in to the unit is too big and it will not stay in, it keeps powering down, in the middle of a session it shuts off, curser jumps around on the screen, making loud noises, the cords can't be the one's that is suppose to go with it. It would not keep her passcode or the login on the unit. would not set the time nor would it keep the right time. The protective seal on the screen had been remove partially, so she never removed it. I had her send it to me. Difficulty accessing the internet.

The advertisement showed a tablet with the cover had the look of a metallic cover. It was a dull reddish pink color. The cord looked used and I had to use my cord for my phone for it to even began to charge. It was a bad unit. When she first told me what was going on I sent them an email, which resulted in my sending them several which went ignored and I did not get an email until I went into my account and proceeded to delete it. And still no one would address my issues until I found their online phone number and called. I let them know I was not interested in another returned item. "I believe they sent her a returned item" I did not pay for a already used item that they were pawning off on us. After all of that I was sent a return slip in which I had to pay and send it back. I let them know I do not want a repair on a "NEW" item I want a refund. And I won't do business with them anymore. I have told lots of my friends and up until this purchase everything was fine until I had a complaint! I won't buy from ones who are none responsive when I have concerns. I have written my credit card company to reverse the charges and I have sent them back their product. I am finished once I get my money refunded.Desired Settlement: No problem with my refund.
