Review: I purchased a tablet for my granddaughter as a Christmas Present. I bought the item on 10/**/13 to make sure she got it on time for Christmas. Christmas morning, the tablet does not work. I have tried at least 10 times to contact the company and all they say is that the item is out of the replacement window of 14 days. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS present. Of course it was over 14 days of purchase, but not even 1 day of use. I have emailed so many times that I have given up and bought a diffferent tablet from a different company so my granddaughter would have something to play with. My communication with nomorerack has been going on for over a month. Now they say they will repair the tablet if I send it back to them. I pay the shipping to them, I pay the shipping back, and I include $10. I no longer need the tablet, and wouldn't want a fixed one when I paid for a new one. My frustation level is so high that I called them last night and talked to Rick. He said that the merchant would send me a pre-paid label and I could sent the tablet back and then get a refund. today another e-mail stating that this is not true. Everytime with the same quote "Always here to help". My refenence # is [redacted]. Ask them for a transcipt of our emails and you will see the lack of cooperation from the. I would also like to note, that last year I bought a camera from them that was supossed to be brand new, the box said refurbished. At that time they did refund my money with me even sending the broken item back.Desired Settlement: Refund of my credit card purchase of $51.00 and a formal complaint filed against company.

Review: I placed an order with Choxi.com over a month ago for a purse...I have send four customer service requests as to when I would be receiving my product. They do not respond. I don't know where to turn? I am extremely disappointed in this company!! I also requested a refund if they weren't able to send my order and still have heard not a single word from them. I ordered two two-pack "genuine [redacted]" brush heads. None of the four fit properly and were in very convincing "[redacted]" packaging. I compared them to the ones I have from [redacted], and there were noticeable differences. Nomorerack is selling a copyright infringing product, and this is illegal. They are profiting off of the [redacted] brand, and tarnishing the brand by selling subpar quality products. Their customer service seems to be making it very easy to work with them. However, they're asking me to send back both boxes in two separate packages. Even though they were sent to me in one, and obviously shipped from the same company. This is an assumed cost by the consumer for the additional box, and it seems like an unnecessary request. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from this fraudulent website again.

Review: I placed an order with no more rack on Dec *, 2013 for 2 items. I received one of the items the week prior to Christmas. The other I have been tracking because it was a gift, order #[redacted] Kindle Fire Leather Case & Stand. I was given tracking #[redacted]. Nomorerack's website guarantees that items ordered by December [redacted] would be delivered by Chrsitmas. It still had not arrived late Christmas Eve, so I sent NoMoreRack an email on December [redacted] (request #[redacted] via NoMoreRack auto generated reply email) and also attempted to live chat (#[redacted] via NoMoreRack auto generated reply email). The email said to allow 48 hours for a response. Today is Dec [redacted] and I have not heard anything back from the company. FedEx was showing my package as due to be delivered today. I received an email from them that the package that I had a tracking # for had been delivered at 3:11 today. After checking my porch, mailbox and my neighbors porch and mailbox, I discovered that there was no package. Researching a bit more, it showed my package as having delivered to Plano, Texas, not Missouri where I live. I emailed NoMoreRack again today (#[redacted] via their automated response email system). I then tried to call customer service # listed on their website, [redacted], however it too had an automated message saying they were unable to receive phone calls due to high demand for the holidays and that email was the best way to contact them. Since I haven't been able to get a response from NoMoreRack, I decided to contact FedEx. Spoke to [redacted], gave her the tracking # that I provided above as well as my name and address. She said that I had been given the wrong tracking # and that the tracking # for my package is actually [redacted]. She said that NoMoreRack had printed a shipping label for it but never sent it out. Basically back to square 1, but worse because I can't even get a hold of anyone at NoMoreRack to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Better business practices for starters, I'm shocked at the # of complaints against this company. An apology would be appropriate, as well as some sort of future compensation such as a credit for another purchase should I decide to make one or simply a refund for the item I already paid for. I ordered well within enough time to get my item in a timely manner, I was unable to give the item as the gift it was intended to be for Christmas, and there has been no form of communication back to me from the company. Let me be clear that I still want the item, we gave our kids Kindles for Christmas, one of them received a case, one of them didn't because of NoMoreRack.

Review: On December *, 2013 I ordered two Android tablets from Nomorerack's website. Upon checking my order's status the next morning I noticed that it still said pending.I called their customer service line and it took them at least 30 minutes to get on the phone and tell me that the transaction was pending. When I went to my bank they said the funds had been withdrawn and gave me a transaction number. After I called the customer service line for the second time I was told that the order had expired and that I would have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. I asked them how they had my money and had not approved a transaction? They were not able to answer my question and proceeded to tell me again that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I told them that I did not want a refund in the first place I wanted the mechandise that I had already paid for. They said the only way to do that was to wait on my refund then repurchase the items.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to have better customer service performance. By this I mean a shorter wait time with better solutions. I would also like for the company to not receive payment for items they have not approved for shipping.

Review: I bought a "refurbished" macbook laptop for my son for his Christmas gift and was told there would be a 90 day warranty after Christmas, the laptop immediately had problems with the power and not charging so I contacted nomorerack and was told I was out of warranty. While waiting on their response I bought a new battery and the laptop worked for about a week then same problem. Now it has had total failure and the mac store told me it should NOT have been sold as refurbished because it wasn't.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund and to be reimbursed the battery and repair charges a total of $355.00

Review: I ordered a watch from nomorerack.com on 9/**/2013 and when checking on the progress of the order every day it just says PROCESSING. My emailed receipt stated that the product would be shipped on or before 9/**/2013. I have contacted the company via email on many occasions (4+ times) and have gotten no results except emails saying that they are forwarding my complaints to the vendor. I informed them via email today (9/**/13) that I wanted a refund of the money that I spent because they are not resolving my issues and that I would never shop with them again due to their poor business ethics and poor customer service. I was answered with a reply saying that the monies had been refunded in the form of a STORE CREDIT and I could use it anytime I get back on their website. I'm not sure what part of 'I will no longer shop with you all' they didn't understand due to the fact that they gave me a store credit! Review: I ordered three necklaces that were of inferior quality so I shipped them back after requesting the required RMA numbers. They have failed to issue me a refund for more than 45 days. After repeated requests for a refund they still have NOT refunded my money. They indicate that refunded $10 but I have not received a refund to my credit card as requested. Review: On May **, 2013, I purchased a Zeepad 9XN tablet with accessories, which came with an advertised "1 year warranty" from NoMoreRack ([redacted] ). Since this was a birthday present, I did not open the box or attempt to use the tablet until July **, 2013. While trying to set the tablet up, I found that it would not connect to the internet, rendering it effectively useless. I went online to the manufacturer's website to see how it might be fixed, and tried all the different things suggested- I re-started my modem, did a factory re-set on the tablet, flashed the tablet, etc, but I was unable to fix the problem. I contacted NoMoreRack via email the next morning to ask if I could return the tablet, and received an email back saying I was outside their return window, and would have to contact the manufacturer for the warranty information. I went back to the [redacted] website ( [redacted] ), and found that the "contact us" tab cannot be clicked. I emailed NoMoreRack customer service again to find out what the contact information was for the manufacturer. They replied with the phone number ###-###-####. I called this number, left a message, and received no response. I did a search for the phone number, and found it was no a business number at all, but a residence. I contacted NoMoreRack again with this information, and they gave me another phone number ###-###-####. I have called and left several messages at this phone number but have also received no response. When I emailed NoMoreRack yesterday letting them know that I had no ability to use their advertised warranty, they responded that I again, I would have to contact the manufacturer, and gave me no more help or information about how to do so.Desired Settlement: I want for NoMoreRack to make this right. I did not pay the manufacturer or whoever belongs to the ###-###-#### number for the tablet- I paid NoMoreRack. I've been buying from NoMoreRack for almost a year and can honestly say what minor problems I've had {quite a few} were taken care of in a friendly and professional way. Response by email was fast. Calling them {no long wait} wasn't a problem either. I never had a rude customer service rep. They always found a solution that was satisfactory for both of us. I think a lot of the complaints filed were blown up. When you deal with a business, expect problems. I've dealt with worse and they don't get my business any more. I'm sure there are many more people like me that has a positive experience with NoMoreRack. It's a shame only the negative responses are heard and you can be certain the positive out weighs the negative.

Review: On Tuesday, November **, 2013, I ordered 2 sets of 3 skirts from nomorerack.com. I ordered online and paid via credit card. My card was charged $66 that day. $32 for each set of skirts and $2 for shipping. I received an email that the skirts were on their way on Friday, November **, 2013. I used the link in the email to track my package. For days it said that my package was en route, so I contacted the company to see what was going on. They gave me the run around until I finally sent a scathing email and someone actually looked at my account and told me some crazy story about the supplier being out or something. I promptly asked for a refund. The company wanted to give me an account credit but again, I screamed. Finally, on December *, 2013, my bank card used to purchase the skirts, was credited $32. I emailed asking where the other part of my refund was and got several automated answers, essentially that the refund would take 7-10 business days. I'm at the end of 12 business days now, and have asked 5 times for them to refund the full amount and they still have not. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund (if not more for my trouble) ASAP.

Review: 2 tablets were purchased the day after thanksgiving, one pink and one red in color. my wife and I decided to change the pink tablet for a purple tablet for my daughter, minutes after checking out. I then sent an email to the company which then responded promptly. Weeks went by so I started to question what had happen to our purchases. we finally received one tablet which was purple but was still missing the red tablet which was no change to. after numerous emails being ignored, I received a package. I opened the the mailing package to find a tablet box already opened and the tablet once again was a purple tablet. I have sent even MORE emails out now trying to get this figured out before christmas but it seems once again that I am being ignored… 4 days after sending out the emails about wrong tablet being sent, an email was sent to me stating its been sent. YES. its sent but its wrong item, and thats what I keep trying to explain to their customer service but still seems that nothing is being done and its been now another 4 days! I asked to send the item back in one of the emails so I can get the proper one, I have even tried to find out about sending both items for a full refund, but am worried now I may not get a refund do to a scammer business!Desired Settlement: this business has the responsibility of filling the right orders, and taking care of the customers that keep their business afloat!!!

It took 3 days to get a response form the company they requested I send them back it cost 13.10 to ship them. Review: I ordered products. They sent confirmation of order. They processed my credit card. The funds came out if my bank. Then, with no notification they cancelled orders. I emailed customercare and received almost an autoreply answer that my ticket had been resolved and to contact [redacted]. Multiple emails resulted in almost identical result. I continued to receive emails saying I had credits. Due to the large amount of orders They are processing thus could be quite a moneymaking scam for them. The interest alone while they use my money in their account would be astronomical if they are doing this to other customers as well. After 5 emails, finally they want me yo scan over my ID and proof that delivery address is same as on credit card. I just laughed. What it would order x-mas presents and have them shipped to themselves?? they clearly have a place where you select that the shipping address id different than the billing . There is now no time to have presents arrived in time for Xmas . I have ordered some if the items from amazon bug incurred shipping charges and having yo substitute products off what I originally ordered. I requested a phone call and provided number to resolve on 4 different instances. I called their customer service phone number.. Asked to bad teansferred to account help and was told they couldn't do that. I had to email shuck I had already done several times for several days. They should not be allowed to process card and then cancel with zero notification.Desired Settlement: Change the policies. Do not process credit card.. Send confirmation , then cancel.. Instead if they are not going to take order , do not bill credit card and use my money for over a week. Re-installment of my account without me giving them ID, I don't trust and will not send Id over email! My articles ordered shipped at no charge to me in compensation for all time spent on this! And if all of the above not possible, help in shutting thus fraudulent company down!

Review: I ordered a ring from nomorerack.com. on 03/**/13. On March **, 2013, I received Order # [redacted]. I received One - 3.50 Genuine Russian Chrome Diopside & White Diamond Ring in Sterling Silver @ $62.00 (Item # SKU R 11340). The stone in the ring was damaged. I contacted the company (Monique) for a RMA Number to return my ring. My written confirmation was to use Ticket # [redacted]: Order # [redacted] and mail the ring to: Shipping Department, NOMORERACK.COM, [redacted]. I mailed the ring back on April *, 2013, with USPS receipt # [redacted]. I did everything the company told me to do within their time frame for returning merchandise. However, the company will not help me, will not give me a new ring, nor will they give me a $62.00 credit. I have saved all my communications with the company for the past year.
