Review: The issue involves an improper handle of a return.

The company sent a prepaid label to be used for a return. However, the USPS label was no good because the package was over 75lbs. When I contacted the company, they refused to send a prepaid label that would work. The company mailed the package through UPS for $2 but chose to send a Post Office prepaid label, which was deducted from the price of the purchase ;all I wanted was to return a refurbished TV that did not meet my expectations. I communicated through emails numerous times in vain. I suppose they rather lose a loyal customer than send a label that worked.

NMR did offer to refund the cost of the shipping once I brought to their attention that the TV was defected because it did not have a good sound and the electrical cord was improperly connected, which is one reason they will pay for returns. Needless to say, they suggested I contact the manufacturer instead since the TV had a 90 day warranty. I had no desire to contact any manufacturer. It was my right as a customer to return the TV back to NMR within 14 days. They were wrong for not initially sending the appropriate label. Most of their emails were redundant and passive. They fail to be fair even after I informed them that I would file a compliant.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to send a prepaid label that can be used with a package that weighs over 75lbs, so I can return it to them and get my refund. The final day to return the package is 1/**/14. They have really been giving me the runaround. Time is running out.

Review: I ordered 2 pairs of boots, for my children, from Nomorerack on November [redacted], 2013. Order number [redacted]. I was charged for the boots and never recieved them. The tracking emails I received said that my order was in White Hall, MD but my address is Rock Hall, MD. I contacted the company on December [redacted], 2013 telling them that I had been charged but had never received my order. I promptly received a reply email from someone named Ruby at Nomorerack who said that my complaint had been "forwarded to their escalation team" and that they would "look into it and get back to me." This same email from Ruby also informed me that since they had "forwarded my complaint, my case had been marked as closed." 3 days later I received an email asking me to "rate their service" although I still have not received anymore information about my order and they have not refunded my money.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered an item from Nomorerack and was sent something totally different. I tried to contact customer service and after several attempts they finally contacted me. They stated that I should send the item back to them, with my money, then they would refund me my money. The one stipulation they will not refund my return shipping, only give me store credit. Review: I found this website thinking this was going to be a way to save money. I ordered a total of 4 products. Only 1 was to me satisfaction. One showed by the tracking number that it was delivered. However, I never received anything. I no must go file a police report and check with the post office. The other product was misleading and the other one was falsely advertised. Plus, I had to pay more for shipping then the company ever did at my own expense and I never got everything refunded. Every time I went to go check the website. Review: I purchased a Stuhrling watch from Nomorerack.com that worked when I received it but since then will not keep time. It starts and stop periodically. I contacted NMW.com with the issue but they said I cannot get my money back because the 14 day grace period had passed. They suggested I contact the manufacture to get it fixed by warranty. Stuhrling watch company said they will not warranty the watch because Nomorerack.com was not an authorized dealer.On the product description is says the watch comes with a two year warranty. I also bought two iRola tablets and now one will not work at all. It just freezes on the start up screen. They are also past the 14 day grace period. Spend over $100 on an item that arrived without outer packaging. The box had been written all over and it was marked and dinged all over. It was supposed to be a gift. Their supplier was also unable to ship another item I ordered. I was emailed a week before Christmas - a little late to replace it at that point! I was offered a $5 coupon for my troubles.

Review: I have ordered twice from this company online and both instances I have had my credit card information stolen and unauthorized charges processed and had to have my cards cancelled and replaced.

I know that it had to do with this company because that last instance I had not used my credit card for over 6 months . Nomorerack.com was the only place I used it and with in a week of my refund I was compromised.

I contacted nomorerack.com to request a refund on December **, 2013, and received a reply shortly after. Review: I placed an order with nomorerack only to find out afterwards how poorly they are with their customers. Not even 24 hours after I placed my order I tried to cancel my order. My first attempt at communication was through [redacted], which they told me I could not cancel my order because it was after 9AM, then they deleted the correspondence. From there I emailed them at least twice, I got scripted responses, and then was told that they may have been the ones I paid, but they do not ship the product so it was not their problem. I filed a dispute with paypal, as my items have not even shipped, yet they still refuse to cancel. I then filed with [redacted]. At that time, Nomorerack sent an email back with the same scripted response, saying that they couldn't refund me, and that I needed to refuse their items, which I will be doing, IF They ever get to me. They have taken my money, not shipped my items, can't tell me where my items are, and are refusing to work with me.Desired Settlement: I want my $118.00 for two MID Android Tablets refunded NOW!.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company looks like they are interested in satisfying the customer- until it comes time to return something. Their returns policy is buried in their FAQ and it states that you will be responsible for paying the return postage. What it doesn't tell you is that NOMORERACK will determine how you return EACH item individually- and charge you a return shipping fee of $10.20 on EACH package. You will have to speak to a representative to obtain your RMAs - who will at no time mention that you will be responsible for the return postage. You may receive an email once your merchandise has been received. It may state clearly that you will receive a full refund- but do not be deceived. You will receive it less the return shipping charges of $10.20. Next they may seem to hear you- and ask you to send them a screen shot of the email they sent you showing the promised full price refund. But instead of refunding you the postage- they may offer to appease you by giving you a store credit for the $10.20 - but you will have to purchase $30 in merchandise with in 48 hours in order to take advantage of this store credit. BOTTOM LINE- be absolutely CERTAIN that you will want to keep the item you ordered from this company. Otherwise know that it will COST YOU $10.20 minimum to return EACH and EVERY item you purchase. Needless to say- I'm taking my business elsewhere- and I'd suggest you do the same.

Review: I originally purchased several of the same items on 11/**/13 from nomorerack.com, and received a shipment conformation; however, the shipment never left the facility. After waiting several weeks, and then contacting the company regarding when my shipment would be received because these were Christmas gifts, I was told they did not know what the issue was with their supplier, but they would refund my money. I had to keep contacting them to get my refund back! They ended up only refunding some of the amount, and after contacting them again, I finally received my refund in full, along with a statement that I could still keep the packages for free as a gift due to my issues with this order/company. I don't understand why they keep advertising these items for sale, if they could not even ship my order? I am starting to think there is a discrepancy with this company. Attached is a conversation I had about why my package was delayed and never was shipped out in the first place. All I wanted was my sheets, your company is still advertising these for sale. Yes, I did get a refund after countless times contacting your company. I was never told why I never got my packages. If I where to order these again, how do I know this will not happen again? It was documented in this conversation, that I could keep my packages as a gift. I am very upset with this company and will be warning others about my experience. I was never informed, contacted, nothing, about my packages. I was the one who had to keep calling to get my full refund, which also took a few different calls to get it in full. PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I called to them, they didn't pick up phone. When I sent an email regarding that shipment of an item Dec **, they said that it was still processing. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They didn't send the item until it was passed a month after they had received the order. They didn't respond regarding this matter for a month.

I made the complaint on Revdex.com, and I notified this complaint to Nomorerack.com. With your notice, they sent the item.

I'm sure that I didn't receive my item without Revdex.com. Also, they didn't respond nor apologize about this.

I would like to hear why they didn't send the item for a month. I would like to hear their apology.

Review: Do NOT order anything from Nomorerack.com. Tried to order online last Sat but kept getting an error message. Checked my email and had 8 confirmed orders! Called to cancel all orders immediately – confirmed cancellation. Two orders shipped today (Tue). Emailed complaint to customer service; they responded that I could return for store credit. Review: I paid for two tablets and they sent one. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve but no tracking info available. They admitted a vendor issue but wouldn't guarantee me any resolution. Review: I placed an order through there on line site over a month ago now on 11/**/13. I never recieved one of the items in the order which was a 6 pack of socks that I paid $15.00 for. I have contacted them 4+ times to get this resolved and to date nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I would like to either know exactly when my order is going to be here or a refund for the $15.00 they have already taken.
