Review: I placed an order on Nov [redacted] for three tablets and the 181.00 was taken out immediately. I received ONE tablet on Dec [redacted]. I was told by three customer service reps that I would receive the other two tablets within 5 days. It has already been five days and the other two tablets still have not arrived. All three have the same tracking number which makes sense. Since they refuse to send the other two tablets and have no way of telling me where they are, I need a refund of 122.00 which is the cost of two tablets and two different 2.00 shipping charges. I paid 59 for each tablet. I only received ONE. They will not resolve this with me because I just keep getting automated responses. I am very upset. I am not asking for the entire refund because I did receive one tablet. I am just asking for a refund for the other two plus the shipping charges which comes to be 122.Desired Settlement: I would like the 122.00 refunded to my bank account.

Review: I ordered two "iRola" brand tablets from NoMoreRack and neither one will charge properly. I want a refund.

I ordered two tablets for my children for christmas. They are "iRola" brand and run Android software. Neither tablet will charge fully, and both freeze. When I went to fill out the warranty cards, there was no address for me to send them to. I called the phone number for "iRola" and it is "not in service". The "iRola" company does not exist. I got no response from the nomorerack website, so I called and the rep told me that I could return them for a store credit. Firstly, I want a REFUND because the tablets arrived three weeks late and customer service wouldn't help me. I do not want to order from nomorerack again. Secondly, I read the fine print on returns and I feel that they would deny my refund because the tablets are not in their original wrapping. I don't want to mail them to the company and then my children will be without tablets and my money will be gone. I SIMPLY WANT A REFUND SO THAT I CAN GET MY CHILDREN BETTER PRODUCTS ELSEWHWERE. I received one earring on Saturday Dec **, 2013. I emailed customer service at Customer care at no more rack.com. Open request [redacted].

As of today there is no agent assigned to the case. I'm missing the necklace and an earring.

I tried calling the customer service number ###-###-#### located at [redacted] and the message states that due to high call volume I must email the company. The live chat is offline during business hours. The email option has no return. I went to their [redacted] page this morning and left a message to which I was replied requesting an order number be sent by private message. I sent one along with the complaint number . My open complaint was deleted as well as any other negative comments from other customers. I come back tonight and I can no longer send messages to them via FB nor can I see any of my previous postings. Any negative comments are erased and I can't communicate with them. The packing slip and package have two addresses, one is [redacted] which is a mail boxes and more address. The other is [redacted] is for [redacted] a wholesale group that distributes jewelry.

What concerns me is that there is no actual way to contact these individuals.

Once again nomorerack has lied. There was a request that was opened and its reference number is ([redacted]). I just had someone named [redacted] with Customer Care email me today saying the listing was for a single earring when it clearly states earring(s) in the listing. Then she states that shipments take a certain amount of days, on the website it stated clearly order before Dec [redacted] and there is a guarantee for Christmas delivery. I'd also like to point out that in the state of California if a retail item is misprinted with false advertising or misleading advertising as with the picture on the listing showing two earrings and the listing stating earrings , that the purchaser is entitled to the listing advertised. The retailer can't say "oh but what we meant was..." no. It had to be crystal clear. I have the invoice with the picture and the listing. I took screen shots of everything. I wouldn't have bought just one earring for my mother. She has two ears people.

To resolve this I want the other earring advertised, and I want my necklace by Christmas point blank. I am no longer dealing with these dishonest people.

I was sent the necklace however I still have not received the other earring. I still feel that the advertising was misleading. The way they attempted to resolve the issue was to lie about there being an open incident. Reaching out to me on [redacted] just for me to find out I could not respond to them because I was blocked. Having all my comments and querys deleted off their [redacted]. I only want my other earring and then I want nothing more to do with them.

Review: I ordered two tablets on December *, 2013. I still have not received any information as to whether the items have shipped, and I have contacted the company several times via facebook. I have only received generic answers to my concerns. I really needed the tablets by Christmas for my children, yet they could not tell me if this was possible. They simply say that they are still processing my order, yet they took the money out of my account immediately on 12/*/13. Also, they are stating that there was a lot of people who ordered the tablets which has caused a delay. If that is the case, why are they still putting up new advertisements for that product on their facebook page?? This is only going to make more people fall victim to this scam!! I have disputed the charge with my bank, and asked the company for a refund several times with no response. I do not see why they would not refund my money considering the tablets clearly have not shipped to me...Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund asap!

Review: I ordered a tablet from nomorerack.com. I could have sworn I was buying a new tablet, roughly six months after we got the tablet, it quit. I was told by nomorerack that they could do nothing, but that they could send the problem onto the vendor because the tablet is under warranty. They would not tell me who the vendor is, I had to send the tablet back at my cost to this vendor in California, and I had to purchase shipping to get the tablet or its replacement back. I sent the prepaid shipping label to nomorerack via email, and they said the vendor would be contacting me, that was two weeks ago, I am now out of the cost of the tablet and an additional 20.00 for shipping to and from this vendor in California. No the vendor stated that the return shipping would be 10.00 dollars, the usps does not print random 10.00 shipping labels. I asked for the shipping packages weight and the size of the package, I got the weight but not the size of the package. I purchased a shipping label based on the weight of the package, and emailed it back to nomorerack.com as I was instructed, and I heard nothing until I was told by nomorerack that the vendor needed to talk to me, I provided my contact information and the vendor never contacted me.

It seems that since company was taken over by CHOXI, it hasnt had any good reviews..I was worried there would be a fee so decided to check BB..glad I did before I wasted time & money. They wont be getting my business

Review: I ordered a bracelet from Nomorerack as a Christmas gift on December [redacted], 2013. Their advertisement guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered by December [redacted], 2013. I was also supposed to receive an email with shipping information which I never did receive. I sent several emails only to receive statements I would receive my item no later than December [redacted], 2013. And of course all correspondence is computer generated and you can never talk with a "real" person. I did not receive anything. I did go in and look at reviews with this company and wish I had done so before ordering. The bracelet I ordered was one of a kind and perfect for the person I ordered it for. Review: I ordered three tablets on 11/** from nomorerack.com. On 12/* a shipping label was created with UPS. Earlier this week I tried the live chat, email, and calling to find out status on my order. After not receiving a reply I purchased similar products from another retailed. I have been trying for two days to receive a refund for the products I purchased. When they email me they give me generated responses saying they are checking on my order. However, my emails have been to simply cancel the order and refund my money. I've even reached out through Facebook. Started posting on the wall about this. Received the same generated response. So I replied saying the by law had 30 days to ship the item unless the specify a different shipping time which they did (10-14 days) and if they say a different shipping time they are suppose to meet that. If they can't they by law are required to let me know. If not they are to issue me a full refund. Two days ago I received a [redacted] message stating that I would have to wait to get the product then pay return shipping for my refund. Why should I have to pay to have something shipped here then turn around and ship it back when it hasn't even left the warehouse yet? Now they have block me from [redacted] (messages, posting, and commenting on their wall) and will not respond to any of my emails to cancel my order. They only information they reply back with it that it is on it's way when it is not and still has not shipped yet. My orders shows complete when I check my status online however, when you click the tracking label UPS's site stil is saying that a label was created on 12/* and I placed my order on 11/**. lDesired Settlement: I just want my money back on the original debit card I paid with.

I wish I would have done my homework on this company before ordering from them. I ordered from Nomorerack several times in the past with no problems. CHOXI is now the current company and I purchased a "13 piece bedding set" and was charged for the purchase within 5 minutes of placing my order. I placed the order on 9-*-15, 14 days later (I waited for 2 weeks, as it is stated to "allow 10 to 14 days for shipping") and then placed a call. Was basically read a "script" of what to say if someone calls with a complaint and that I would "get an email within 3 hours" regarding the status of my purchase BUT, if not, "call back in 3 days". So I did, and was given a tracking number stating that my product had been shipped-it arrived, out of the "13 pieces" I should have received, AND what they have charged me for-I got 1 item. After reading all of these stories I'm pretty sure I will never receive the rest of my purchase or my money. Do yourself a favor-DO NOT do any kind of business with this shady company-complete rip off and scam!

I order a set of bras it took over three weeks for them to be delivered and instead of sending me 1 order they sent 2 orders when I contacted them set up the return of the extra order they told me that the bras was a final sale and that I could not return either of them. When you place an order you are asked how many? These were two separate orders and I was charged twice.

The customer service sucks! I even asked if I could return one package and possibly recieved a credit towards future orders and was refused.

Review: I ordered a Sharper Image humidifier on Nov **. Received it on Nov **. The [redacted] time I used it, it just stopped working - cannot even turn the power on. I emailed nomorerack.com and they said I was beyond their 14 day return policy for damaged merchandise and they referred me to the return policy. I responded saying that it wasn't damaged, it was defective - it stopped working. I don't believe they even read my emails. Every response was the same. I am beyond the 14 day return policy. There is nothing they can do. I haven't even had it for a month and it stopped working. They apparently don't stand behind their merchandise. Definitely won't order from them again.Desired Settlement: I don't think they sell them anymore so I don't think they can even exchange it. A refund would be nice but I don't want to have to go to the trouble to pack it up and send it back. I just wanted this on record of their horrible customer service. It has been nearly 30 days since I ordered a duvet set. The item has yet to ship. I've contacted the company, and they did reply that they have "escalated" the issue to find a solution. Review: I bought an item, never received it, filed a customer inquiry about not receiving it. I was told to call the carrier and check with my neighbors. I did both these things and all that came of it was [redacted] came to my door and had me sign an acknowledgement that I would not be able to receive packages without someone being home to sign for them. I felt like they were saying we don't trust you any longer. My front door is wide open to the neighborhood and they have left every package in a very visible area. I feel my neighborhood is a safe place but that doesn't mean that someone didn't take the package or [redacted] delivered it to a different house (they have delivered my neighbors packages to my house, I am an honest person so I took them their package). This is the only item I haven't receive out of ALL of the items I have bought through you or other companies that have delivered items to my home.

I still have not received this item (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift). I paid for this item, and I have been told in two emails a person over the phone and a supervisor that I cannot get my money back or receive a replacement item. Therefore I feel this company is just wanting my money and doesn't care about their customers or the service they provide to them.

Two other items I also bought for Christmas gifts. When I received these items I did not open them, I put them in my Christmas present hiding spot. When my children opened these items the Power Bank does not charge and the lights in the circle area do not light up like the other three I bought. The Dancing Water Speakers, the circle area, on one of the speakers, was punctured into the base of the speaker. I was told in two emails by a phone a person over the phone and a supervisor that I cannot get my money back or receive a replacement item. My items are not high priced items and will not break the company to make things right with the customer to keep them as a valuable customer that will talk good about the company.Desired Settlement: To receive the item I paid for that I didn't receive. Like I said from the very first time I contacted you (nomorerack). My son had a tragic accident which led to my current job treating me horribly, which ended up with me getting a new job (started January*) and I have had so much on my plate with these events that I haven't had time to contact you about these items. On Christmas Day when we realized these two items were broke I put them up and aside in a safe place so they haven't been touched since Christmas Day. I start Christmas shopping in August every year, so that is why the items from nomorerack were bought when they were bought.

Review: I ordered 2 Google Android tablets from Nomorerack.com on 12/*/14. The website advertised if ordering prior to 12/**you were guarenteed your shipment prior to Christmas or your money back. On 12/**I still hadn't received either tablet, so I called after checking my order status everyday and seeing no updates. Website also states they will send you tracking updates, never received one. On 12/**I was told by customer service that they sent my shipment in two seperate shipments. I would receive them on 12/*. I received one but not the second. I called customer service again and was assured it would be there and it was in transit. Never received the tablet until Fri 12/**. I called again and was told they would issue me a refund because it didn't arrive on time, but that wasn't the root issue, my daughter used the tablet for an hour and it hasn't turned on since. I callIed and was told that there was a one year exchange warranty on their products and they would escalate the claim. They also gave me a tech support number that when called says the number doesn't exist. When I told customer service about this all was said is we can escalate your issue to the vendor. I have emailed & called several times and have been told they are escalating it. I am getting no where with customer service and I have called the supposed Corporate # and it is a voice recording. I have emailed the vendor and Nomorerack and never got a response. I have copies of all my attempts. Review: I have overly met all the requirements to warrant a refund on a item I returned, however, they are continuously putting me off with excuses:

* They say I will be refunded 3-5 bus days after receipt of return - It was signed for on 3/**

* They say they haven't gotten it - I sent tracking number and [redacted] screen to prove it was signed for

* They replied that I never shipped it because their supplier said they never got it - Again I send tracking number and email stating the obvious.

* Again I resend proof and demand refund

* Now they're saying it will take 3 - 5 business days to prove I sent it. Then additional days to get my money back.

I sincerely believe they are purposely giving me the run around because I have been less than frustrated with them and it definitely showed.

Review: A while ago I purchased an electronic item which I returned because it didn't work with my MacBook (seller failed to disclose that item only worked with Windows computers). A credit of $15.63 was issued to my account (money was not refunded). Today I was going to buy another item ($22 + $2 shipping = $24) and upon applying the credit, I am told that I must spend $30 in order for the credit (MY OWN money!) to be applied!!!! This is absolutely absurd and unreasonable!Desired Settlement: I wish to have that amount credited to my purchase, regardless of the total amount, or refunded to my credit card, or a check issued.

I only received one of the two items I ordered. They would not respond to my emails. I finally found a phone number on a site containing hundreds of complaints about this site and was left on hold for long periods of time only to be told all they can do is contact their shipper and could not guarantee my item (that was paid for Nov **), by Christmas. I said I wanted a refund then, they told me they could not refund my money until the item I received was returned to them. Review: First problem: I bought headphones for my husband for Christmas that were defective. They told me they issued me a credit of $8. 2 days later it had not shown up. I asked today & was told they issued it to [redacted] account. I only have ONE account, I changed the email from [redacted] to [redacted]. I did not make a new account. So I do not know where they put my credit but it is not in MY account. The only one I have. They will not fix this.

Second problem: I bought an item I did not receive. They are supposed to credit my credit card this full amount. It has not happened yet. They said up to 5 days, so that may still happen. I only include this because based on history I doubt it will happen & want to make sure it does.

Third problem: I keep getting marketing emails from this company. EVERY time I go to their site I get a "thanks for checking us out" email. I have clicked unsubscribe multiple times and it takes me to their page to shop. NO PLACE in my "account" is a place for me to select where I can manage my emails. Only to change my name, password, and email. (which is where I changed my email in problem # 1). Today I got an email that specifically says: $10 for you because you are extra special. But Hurry, your credit expires in 48 hours! SHOP NOW

48hourcredit $10.00 activated January[redacted], 2015 @ [redacted] So I go to purchase an item & it says: To utilize your credit, your total must be at least $40.00. Please add another item to your Shopping Cart

NO PLACE in my email, credit, or on their site does it say to use the $10 credit you must spend any amount. This is FALSE advertising.

So I added this to my complaint with the rep I was emailing with, along with removing me from marketing emails (especially when said marketing are lies). This rep has yet to respond to me since he told me

I would like to ensure that I am properly credited for the item I did not receive. I would like to use my $10 credit without stipulations that were not mentioned in any way. (which expires in 48 hours by the way). I was under the impression this was offered to me because of my being a good customer with them for 2 years, not false advertising to coerce me into buying something more. And I would like to stop feeling stalked each time I go to their website by getting an email before I even leave their webpage. I would like to be able to remove marketing emails properly from my account settings.
