Choxi refuses to remove me from it's email list despite my repeat requests both by clicking "unsuscribe" and by emailing Customer Care which receives a response that action is being taken This results in the equivalent of spam If this is the company's customer service idea of "customer care" woe be anyone who purchases from the site and has a problem

Choxi.com doesn't have any customer service whatsoeverI received an email with "free shipping for the next hours" offerI used it immediately and the webpage kept promising that the Free Shipping would be applied after you submitI submitted and shipping charge was applied to my credit card Then I try to call their customer service, emailed them more than times, filled out their online form, tried all possible ways, but they don't respond on any channelIcing on the cake is that I didn't receive my product as wellSo I presume that these guys are fraudsters and their business is a fake oneI am planning to dispute the charge with the help of my bank and get back my moneyI advise customers to please be wary of this company

I ordered two items about four months ago but only received one, I finally asked for a refund with no response They stated that my issue had been resolved on the last email, and now I can't even get on line to pull up their site or contact them in any mannerThat is just so dishonest

This website is absolutely horrible with customer service / shipping Ordered an item on and the site stated that I would get an email notification within 2-weeks of shipping date On I had to contact them to see what the status was and they gave me a run around repeating that I would get an email when the item shipped and that it should go out that week By I still had not heard from them so( I meaning I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM , instead of them contacting me) And got the same runaround Today, 5/*/ I recieve an email from them stating that they would not be able to ship the item due to an issue (did not inform me of what the issue was) and they would refund me + 25% of cost as store credit I demanded a refund on to my method of payment which they said would take over a week to process and not compensate me for lost time as the item I needed was for business use DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I've worked in customer service for over years and I would never treat a customer so poorly, or have such a lack of communication If the product isn't going to ship in a specified timeat least contact the customer in advance to alert them CHOXI = SCAM

Will NEVER do business with them again I ordered some items at one time First was one dress...they sent - neither of which were the one I ordered I ordered two jogging suits Weeks later, after numerous emails, they said they didn't have them and it would take 4-weeks to see refund And I am still waiting for sunglasses My guess, they tell me those never came either When they were No More Rack, I ordered all the time, always got my order correctly and promptlyChoxi, never again!
