This company has the worst time frame on line right now I placed my order August [redacted] of this year Today is September [redacted] and my items still show as processing I sent a complaint and was told that most of my orders should ship "this week"That was last week and still not shipped The customer service is horrible and they just keep leading you on with their "Any day now" responses This is the last time I will ever use this company!

I have dealt with Choxi for the last three years and all of the products I purchased have met or exceeded my expectations Their customer service has been outstanding and because of the quality of their products and their willingness to stop up to the plate to resolve issues when they arise makes this a great company to do business with

Dealing with choxi is frustratingI ordered an item and never received it after weeksThing is that they gave me a tracking number but it turned out to be falseI contacted them asking where my package was and they had me call [redacted] and [redacted] before informing me that the package was never sent and that they will be sending my item promptlyWhat a waste of timeIts been almost a month and still no packagei keep asking for a refund and Choxi just sends me a generic email response saying sorry and that my package is on the way

I ordered a pair of boots from this company on My [redacted] account was charged the $sales price on December *,but I never received the product I contacted them on December **, was told my order had been cancelled Several emails later, I was notified that a refund had been posted to my credit card that had been charged for the purchase No explanation was offered regarding this unsatisfactory experience

Dear [redacted] , I have reviewed the correspondence and the email stated that a refund had been processed to your original form of payment When the email was sent the refund had already been processed When a refund is processed it is not immediately available to the card holder There is a processing period for the funds to be transferred from one account to the other The to day period noted in the email is in regards to this processing period Again, I am very sorry but since a refund was successfully processed to the original form of payment no further refund is possible Regards, Ryan

Dear [redacted] ,I understand your item had already been delivered but I was trying to convey that it may take up to business days to process this return which had not happened yet Looking into your return further, I see the return was actually processed on the first day it was received You should have received an automated email on that day confirming your refund but it appears you did not receive this email Refunds may take up to business days to be reflected back onto your account In this case, since the refund was processed on Jan [redacted] it should have been reflected back onto your account no later than Jan *** In regards to the cost for the shipping materials, I do see a note on your account from the social media representative you spoke with I had this money transferred to your [redacted] account and it should be available immediately.Regards,***

I ordered a product back in May that has not been delivered and they have not responded to emails, [redacted] , and their phone number does not involve anyone answering

Purchased printer - verified by choxi I emailed them on and no printer days (with "expedited shipping") - they have my money for days now - and I do not have anything but a headache I believe they may be defrauding the public - selling items they do NOT have available for shipping I just sent final email - then will file complaint with [redacted] (they will get action when we can't) Suggest future complainants do the same

I have placed orders with them in the last months - I have had to cancel each order due to non-shipment after days Each time the want to give me a store credit On the last order that I placed on I have again asked it to be cancelled and this time requested a refund to my account They do not respond to emails, the phone calls leave you on hold for forever and I was eventually told a week ago that they could refund my card, but as of today the order is still showing as processing I am very dissatisfied with their all around service Before the name changed I never had a problem with orders or customer service

we are a vendor to nomorerack / choxi and wasnt get paid for over days, we fulfill all orders from them daily and keep getting the run around as of payment, we have no one to contact at accounting, they signed a payment plan agreement but did honor it
