Placed an order on August ***, my credit card was charged for the order at that timeI waited more that business days for my orderI emailed the company (as instructed on their web site and when calling their customer service number) and have not received a response to date (Sept***)I have called numerous times to different customer service numbers during their hours of operation, and got a message that no one is thereThis is ridiculousI will NEVER order from them again!

Horrible online business Placed an order in June 2016, waited three weeks and called customer service I was told Choxi was not the distributor and to wait a while longerA month went by and I again called to say order had never shipped Order was cancelled and I was told the money would be credited to my account Ordered a different item, a month later this order never shippedI called and demanded my money back I will never use this company again

Bad service I will never shop there againThey send you stuff you ordered but once you get you find out shupping is more and you have to pay unless refuse the package and then they send you wrong package on accident and ask you to send back even if you have to pay out of pocket if the post office charges for packageWaste of time and hassle

I have purchased different items from this company without any complaints They have been fast, efficient and correct in the orders, but have never had to return or interact with customer service I have been pleasantly surprised with the products for the price

I ordered a Christmas gift on because they guaranteed delivery by If time we're not of the essence I could have gotten the same item from EBay at half the price What kind of guarantee is that, "you will receive it or maybe not", either way they have your money and now your stuck sending it back Their customer service is very good at lip service I will never buy another item from Choxi again!

Yes, this is a total scamDo not bother to even look at their web siteYou make think you are saving a few dollars but in the end you get nothing and lose every red cent you spendIt is a proxy service to nowhere, they can't even give you seller informationThe computer generated response is a riot if seeking help Just don't bother wasting your time, however is was fun asking the computer stupid questions and waiting for the scripted reply that didn't address the original question

Terrible company does not provide product you pay for and makes it impossible for refunds Stop credit card payments and do not pay with debit card Lousy way to do business

I ordered merchandise through My credit card was charged, but the merchandise was never delivered I used numerous avenues to contact Choxi, but was never given a resolution, and they would not respond to my e-mails I called their 1-800# for a week and each time received and automated response that they were currently not open (even though it was during their posted business hours) Beware, this company is unprofessional, and maybe a fraud

I ordered sheets that took over a month to be delivered and then discovered there was dirty finger prints all over them inside the packagingTheir customer service representatives barely spoke English and didn't offer anything but a $credit for a future purchaseAlso they explained that the return policy would further inconvenience me and they could only get me new sheets after waiting another monthThey were rude and the complete opposite of customer service
