Frankly, you should have to pay for the replacement sheets I had to buy due to your negligence! Choxi has been SPAMing me for monthsRepeated unsubscribes and emails to their customer service team result in nothingI get bogus reassurances that my case is being "escalated" and the problem will be resolvedAll of this is obviously a total lieI tried posting the horrible experience to their [redacted] page and they banned meI have taken to [redacted] and [redacted] to leave negative feedback on every post and item I can findAt this point it is the only thing I can think of to get them to stop SPAMing me

I have ordered several things from this company, but my last four orders have failed to be fulfilledPerhaps I was foolish to order as many times as I did after having an issue, but I hoped things would improveTwo orders were refunded, one I was given a credit for and the fourth order (which I bought with the previous credit) I am still waiting for after three months! I'm sure they will cancel this order and offer another "credit" but what is the point if I never get anything! DONE with this business

Choxi cannot fulfill my order for weeks already I placed my order on Apr **, They charged my credit card on the same dayToday June *, there is still no tracking numberBut their website states that the orders will be fulfill in – daysI think it is illegal to charge it before shipping

Horrible! I will NEVER EVER EVER order anything from this company again! I took a chance on ordering from them in the past and mostly had positive experiences, however this last time I ordered will be the last time EVERDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $worth of products to qualify for one of the promotional codes they had at the time (spend $50, save $25)Upon putting in the code, it showed that the code was applied, however at the time they billed my debit card for the full amountUpon contacting the company they accused me of not using the correct codeHow would I be able to use the code without you sending me the email with the code attached? On top of being billed full price for the items, they were NEVER RECEIVEDI have attempted to contact the company at least times now, only to never recieve ANY RESPONSE from the companyI didn't want to believe the Revdex.com reviews when it was [redacted] , but now I seeThis place is a scamDon't waste your time or money
