I have ordered a couple times through the site, and since the name changed its taking over months for any order to go outThere policy says 7-daysI ordered over months ago and the only thing they will give us a store creditI'll be going through my credit card to get my money back after all thisSave your time, stress level, and money and order elsewhere

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I understand that they say items were final sale However you really don't see that when you are ordering, but the problem with these items is they are unusable I did not accept the because it was for one item only and didn't want to accept anything accept what I felt I was due The bra I purchased completely wrong sizedand the leggings I purchase smell of chemicals and when they said I could not return them I washed them times to try and get rid of the smell and it did not work And then they said because I washed them I could not return them They are a terrible company, with terrible customer service It is rare in this day and age when you can not return defective merchandise In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I placed an order with Choxi, after weeks of never receiving my product I contacted customer service They told me they would contact the distributor and get back to me They never did I contacted them again and told them I'd like my money back They told me they credited my account and I could use those credits with my next order I told them I wanted a REFUND of my money considering it had been over a month and I never received the product I ordered and they were not proactive in their customer service They then said they would issue a refund that would take 5-business days to receive It's been business days, I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service and their website seems to be non-existent Like they moved shop and took my money with them

I don't understand why so many people have had Negative experiences with this company I shopped with them for years when they were No More Rack, and have continued to shop with Choxi I always receive my items in a timely manner and have been very pleased with each and every item I did, however, have one item I ordered that never shipped but when I brought it to their attention not only was the service rep very helpful and courteous, but they gave me a store credit of the exact amount I paid for the item The store credit was perfect as I had found another similar item at a greater savings and almost the exact same amount I can count on Choxi to stand behind this transaction, also, ii by some reason there is an issue with this order Thank you, Choxi for continuing to offer great products t wonderful savings! A happy customer

I bought an article, on May [redacted] and is still in process and everything they say is : wait to business days, and spent days and now they say: wait two to three weeks, but now is the 3th week and still in process, but from the first day I made the order they charged the amount to my checking account from May [redacted] to day May [redacted] they spent day and my article still in processing
