Choxi.com habitually fails to deliver timely and correct goodsThey "guarantee" certain shipping deadlines and then do not deliver and provide no restitution or compensation for their gross incompetencyThey also send incorrect merchandise and then place responsibility on the buyer to return those items and subsequently re-order the correct itemI strongly advise that you pay a reputable company for the goods you are looking for rather than deal with this pathetic excuse of an online retailerTheir customer service associates are provided with pat language and cannot provide any real assistanceThey have no idea what is going on elsewhere in their company and have significant delays for useless responsesOverall, avoid Choxi.com at all costsYou will pay for it if you don't

I while back a bought a necklace from Choxi I like the necklace and have received a few compliments when I where it However they are very very deceptive when it comes to the retail price You think you are getting a great deal, but like the saying goes "If it is too good to be true, it probably is The necklace was advertised having a retail value of about $ I realized when I bought it that was probably a huge exaggeration It cost me maybe $ I finally got around to taking it to a jeweler to have it appraised He said is was a shoddy and cheap piece of junkSo just a warning - beware, especially when it comes to jewelry They are very deceptive and are sometimes outright liars!

When this company was nomorerack there were never any issues Since becoming choxi I have had issue after issue with their products as well as their customer service This last time I placed my order May **, It is now August *, and I still have not received the sheets I ordered Yet I can go online and still place an order for the same product I have contacted the company more than times and only get a cut and paste response that orders take to days to process..(hello we are almost months passed my order date) This is the second order for the same productI cancelled the first order after weeks I cancelled my order today and demanded a refund to my credit card as I do not want any store credit Do not use this company, the products have changed and are no longer quality materials The last sheet set I purchased shredded after washes

I have been ordering from this site since last year but of late they are not fulfilling their order on time as promisedI had at least three experiencesThe first came finally and the second I asked for a refund and they refunded me but not to my credit card instead in a form of a store credit to my accountSo I have no choice but make a purchase on Aug [redacted] and the item has still yet to be shipped or neither did I receive a notice to say it is shippedI made two complaints to them but they gave their standard answers to check the site for my order without any help at allThis is a company that does not care about their customers at all as I have been ordering from them online for some time until of late they have become such a bad business
