Both my account and the confirmation email I received for my order reflected a $credit on my accountBut the $was not deducted from the amount that my credit card was chargedI have since received several emails about the $"credit" on my account that will be "expiring soon." Since they won't issue refunds for items that are returned--they will only issue a credit against a future purchase--it seems that once they have your money, they have it and there's no way to get it back

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company looks like they are interested in satisfying the customer- until it comes time to return somethingTheir returns policy is buried in their FAQ and it states that you will be responsible for paying the return postageWhat it doesn't tell you is that NOMORERACK will determine how you return EACH item individually- and charge you a return shipping fee of $on EACH packageYou will have to speak to a representative to obtain your RMAs - who will at no time mention that you will be responsible for the return postageYou may receive an email once your merchandise has been receivedIt may state clearly that you will receive a full refund- but do not be deceivedYou will receive it less the return shipping charges of $Next they may seem to hear you- and ask you to send them a screen shot of the email they sent you showing the promised full price refundBut instead of refunding you the postage- they may offer to appease you by giving you a store credit for the $- but you will have to purchase $in merchandise with in hours in order to take advantage of this store creditBOTTOM LINE- be absolutely CERTAIN that you will want to keep the item you ordered from this companyOtherwise know that it will COST YOU $minimum to return EACH and EVERY item you purchaseNeedless to say- I'm taking my business elsewhere- and I'd suggest you do the same

I bought a Tourmaline Cermic Hair straitened frim Choxi and never received it nor was I credited for the purchaseI have emailed them several times and still noting Now I see that the websight is down and the number is no longer in Service, not sure what to do to get my money back but will be weary of sight such as they were

After receiving many email offers from Choxi advertising themselves as the new NoMore Rack, I recently gave them a tryI ordered the Buy get Bendable/Foldable Ballet Flats with caseWhat I received instead was one pair of bendable flip flops which came with a caseIt wouldn't have been so bad if they at least honored their "buy get 1" offerI sent the item back and was issued a store credit in returnApparently the bendable ballet flats are no longer available - very disappointingI did order two other items from them and received those particular items as promised - quality was okayThat said, Choxi's inventory and service is not the same as NoMore Rack

I placed an order with this company back in the beginning of July, I waited a few weeks bsending them a email asking about itSent one back asking me to plz give them more time they changed owners, I said I wouldAs of this weekend I still have not received my orderI tried to log on to the site and it says the site is down, try laterWell from seeing other people's posts on the site, they have closed doors, but was still accepting money from people as of a week or two ago

This company is a ROYAL PAIN IN THE BUTT! I don't know how they got my e-mail address, but they didAnd they spam it many times a day trying to sell their productsI have clicked the "unsubscribe" button at least 5-timesI have emailed their customer service department at least 5-timesI have even called their customer service department timesThey still inundate me with emails! If I get another email from them, I'm gonna file a complaint and seek compensatory damages!!!

After purchasing a sweater I received a confirmation email with my old address on it even though I changed the shipping address I even received a magazine subscription with my correct address with the purchase I called customer service and received a response from their agent, Helgia telling me that I would have to wait until the product shipped and contact the shipper to change the delivery address After contacting the shipper, I was told by them that the company would have to go into fed ex smart post and change the address which Choxi's rep refused to do I went back and forth with them, they even told me that if someone at our old address got the package I was going to be out the purchase This is unacceptable! They claim that customer service is their number one priority, what a joke! No wonder the Revdex.com in NY has had to go after them several times for their unethical business practises No wonder they had to change their nameI will be communicating via social media to boycott this company!

The website is down for quite sometime nowI had returned a product and was expecting a refund of $plus, but instead gave me store credit which I didn't even realize until I went to order another item in OctoberThe last response I got from them was on and didn't hear from them again when I e-mailed them on They didn't even give any signs that they are closing shop but their website was down since the 1st week of NovemberIf this is any inclination, then they need to return my money back
