They have poor quality products and do not stand behind their items

Choxi is deadApp will show no products [redacted] page is goneThey just up and closed with no notice while taking orders tll the last minuteIf you have not received your order file a charge-back with your bank and/or credit card explaining what happenedIf you try to look up the domain owner you will not see anything except they purchased domain privacy so no way to contact them unless I am sure a class action lawsuit is filed

I ordered frequently and was always satisfied when this company was nomorerack.com but since choxi took over it has been horrid My items take forever to arrive if they even do Customer service gives scripted answers that are of no help (A friend and I were on customer service at the same time for unshipped items and were getting literally word for word the same responses) I have had items that were never shipped out and when I called I was told the items were no longer available and all they could do was offer a refund but yet they were still offering those SAME items on their page The last straw was when I was on with customer service for well over an hour over the 4th item they could not ship out and could only refund I made it very, very clear that I was not interested in a refund what I wanted was my item shipped as advertised at the price I paid I was told if she could get the item for me she absolutely would buy it just was no longer available and there was absolutely nothing she could do All she could do was offer a refund and a credit I refused the credit, what is the use of a credit if you can't get the item??? The NEXT DAY I checked the website for that item and it was still listed on the site to order This company apparently is the epitome of advertising and fake customer service Never doing business with them again and warning everyone I know!

I ordered a set of metal bowlsThey were laminated with different colors The large bowl delaminated upon first washingNow another bowl is delaminating upon second washing I contacted Choxie for an exchange they wanted me to pay to return, with the original packing Who keeps the original packing? What good does the original packing do anywayThey can't resell defective parts

I placed an order for Christmas on 12-*-for a Fitbit HR charger and was told any order placed before 12- [redacted] would arrive by 12-**-Immediately my credit card wS charged the $for the item but After a week of no shipment notifications I called 2-times the next two weeks to obtain a status updateEach time I called I got the same canned response that I was guaranteed shipment by 12-**On 12-**-I received an email telling me my item could not be fulfilled!!! After talking to a manager they just said sorry - but there was nothing they could doSo I had no gift for my daughter Christmas Day

Order few items together and one was not delivered sent severs,e mails and asked yogi even refund constantly replying and asking to wait after they contact supplier and at the end item was never delivered I am still waiting for refund And the wrist particular applied any discount you loose your discount since you spoiled towards purchase so refund is goung yo come with discount and I lost the promotion Secondly they are luring customers to buy the cheap sale item and not deliver So I mgoing yo stop buying from this site

Beware of CHOXI.com I ordered a PAW Orthopedic Super Foam Large Pallet Bed -(my cost 29.00) and Evelots Adjustable Electromagnetic Ceiling Fan Duster ( my cost 15.00) my other item a dog tie did arrive about weeks after orderingnever received the other items After my asking was informed could not deliver Ok request a refundWell, whoever does their math does it completely different to mineMy total order was minus the for the dog tie and shipping for it left that I paidBUT chioxi states they are refunding only I have not received an answer yet why they are not refunding the that I did pay ? no wonder they can stay in businessyou pay the amount asked and they pay what they want when not deliveredSo, they are getting rewarded for not delivering on their promisesI think I need to go into business if that is how it worksThey claim with my discounts that is all I get backTHEN WHY DID I PAY 34.00? I did have a off couponbut I paid out of my pocket a total of for the entire order and now they are telling me I only get back with all of my discounts where were all these discounts when I paid the money?

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM BUSINESS Nothing looks like the pictures and is COMPLETE GARBAGE I ordered items for the Holidays and THEY WERE ALL TERRIBLE I actually have to pay to get them returned and they take a return fee out of that too! They also want me to send everything separate which drives up the shipping costs and makes itso no one will return anything STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS

Nomorerack sounds like a fraudulent companyI never ordered from here but I was so excited to startI made an account December Days later...no even a week of having the account it deactivatedI was instructed to email customer serviceBut when I emailed them I was instructed to email something elseI changed my passwordThen tried to orderStill my account is deactivated At this point I'm frustratedSo I left it aloneNow a month later I decided to try againOnce again I was given the run around through emailI decided to callUnfortunately with my issue I can only deal with customer service onlineShortly after I received another email stating in order for my account to be reviewed I have to scan my ID along with proof of address to verify my credit card informationNow tell me WHY THE *** DO I NEED TO SEND MY PRECIOUS INFORMATION TO VERIFY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO ORDER???? Then they had the nerve to tell me that they deactivate accounts when they suspect fraudulent actsNOMORERACK IS FRAUDULENT!!! After today I do not trust themI don't recommend ANYONE to use this siteI am highly disappointed

We have been doing business with Choxi since They paid us on time as what's agree on the contract for the first few monthsHowever, they started delaying the payment since last yearWe email them every week for a few months and went to their office in NY a few timesThey promised $25000/week payment plan before, but they broke the promises, and still owe us approx $163,for products we shipped to their customersOur attorney advised us to open a complaint here before we take legal action

[redacted]  In November, I ordered some furniture covers from NoMoreRack.com I ordered what I would consider a matching set A sofa cover, a loveseat cover, and a chair cover All in the same color and style It took longer than I expected to receive the shipping confirmation, about a week But I figured, hey, it’s getting close to Christmas and they are probably crazy busy…no rush The shipping confirmation listed all three covers as shipped Yay! Upon receiving my box, I took it home (I always ship to my office so someone can sign for it…too many people having boxes stolen from their front doors these days), and opened the box I took out the 1st cover, opened the package (one of those nice vinyl zippered things), tossed the paper insert, kept the vinyl zippered thing for future use, and put the cover on the couch I did the same with the love seat cover next Then I went to reach into the box for the chair cover….Uh oh! No chair cover to be found Hmmmm… Oh well, I thought, I guess it must be in a separate boxI am sure it will arrive tomorrow or the next day But it didn’t Nor did it arrive the day after that, so I emailed NoMoreRack.com I received an automated reply that they would look into the issue and get back with me within days The reply I received FIVE days later stated that they would not be able to fulfill my order and that they had processed a refund for the missing chair cover Naturally I objected because, in my view, I had ordered a SET of covers for a reason I wanted them all to match I received a reply to return the covers – including ALL the original packaging – and if, when they received the items, they were in complete original condition with all the original packaging, they would then process a refund Well, do you remember up there ? where I said “tossed the paper insert”? I was concerned that this would affect my refund I emailed, I called, I waited on hold for extreme lengths of time for a supervisor, I emailed, I emailed, I emailed…over and over and the only response I could get was that it had to have all the original packaging to guarantee a refund They kept sending me the same form letter telling me to send them back and they would let me know if I had a refund coming Keep in mind that NONE of this would have been an issue if only NoMoreRack.com hadn’t LIED and said all items had been shipped If I had known that there was any question at all of me getting my 3rd item, I would never have opened the packages until all three items had arrived OK, enough of this…time to contact [redacted] You know…[redacted] that offers “buyer protection”? Yeah, that one Well, another month of back and forth and still, I could not get anything in writing stating that those missing paper inserts would not be a problem [redacted] ‘s “Buyer Protection” is a joke Automated reply after automated reply They parrot information from the vendor and refuse to actually read emails and respond appropriately Once they respond to send the products back in original condition, there is no way for the buyer to respond back online I tried calling and sitting on hold forever to speak with someone and they reversed the “ship back” order online and said they would look into it A week later, same thing As far as [redacted] ’s resolution center is concerned In my opinion, it was a complete and utter waste of time It’s a great service to get your money to vendors without actually giving them your credit card info, but don’t count on them when you have an issue like this with a vendor So, bottom line, I have furniture covers, no way to get the matching 3rd cover, and the only option to get my money back is questionable due to the missing paper inserts My view was that I would send the covers back (at my expense by the way) and they would have the covers and my money and then they would refuse to refund my money because of the missing paper inserts This is what NoMoreRack.com says about customer service: “Customer Service is a top priority at nomorerack and it's our goal to make your shopping experience the best possible by keeping it quick, informative and fun! We're always ready to answer your questions, take feedback and assist with any concerns - so feel free to get in touch!” Don’t believe it Their customer service priority stops when they have your money It doesn’t matter that they LIED about shipping all my items All that matters to them is that they have your money and they aren’t going to give it back even when they have failed to meet minimum expectations….like those of actually delivering your order as promised

I have been a choxi customer for many yearThat was before it was choxi and nomorerackI there were numerous times that I bought items and they were not what it was advertised to be on the websiteBut the last staw was when I bought a smart watch for times the price that was listed on [redacted] I felt like I was dupe! I call and tried to return the watch and it was a nightmareThey could not refund my moneySaid that they would give me a store credit insteadThey sent me a Shipping label which did not workPost office told me the label has not been paid forMy advice to you stay away from choxiThey are fraud
