Buyer Beware!!! I would not order anything from this company as their products are defective and or fakes not the real thing such as their ugg boots they are imitation!! Then when you contact them to return they give you the run around for weeks and if your lucky they might issue you store creditThey are scamming people big time I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from ordering anything from this companyYou will regret it

I placed an order on October **, 2016, order # [redacted] and my order has not yet shippedI have tried to contact the company by email, phone and website, and it appears they are no longer in businessI would like a refund for items purchased immediately

This is my second order in a row that Choxi has failed to send meThe first time (June -July time frame) I did finally get a so called "store credit" after many trials, tribulations, and contacts (phone and E-mail to customer service) This second time around,I ordered a different product on (same price as the first) using my store credit for total paymentI received my conformation order # [redacted] Since then, I have received no product and no further information about the orderI have tried multiple times by e-mail to contact customer service but have received no replies at allEach time I get an automatic message received by e-mail in return , so I know they are getting my inquiriesI have also tried to call Choxi but each time I am told by a recording that they are closed even though it is in the middle the day of a weekdayIt seems they are ignoring me (and others?) completely They of course they still have my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for itI have never experienced such a blatant disregard for a customer in my entire lifeI have given up on receiving my item that I ordered in good faith but I do believe others should be made aware of such deplorable business activitiesThank You

I was a regular customer with nomorerack and decided to order from the new company choxi It has been a nightmare They take your money ASAP and send nothing for months I'm beginning to think its a scam to collect interest on our money and then tell us the item in unavailable We waited weeks for our bedroom curtains that never came, after several phone calls they have told us the item is no longer available They offered store credit, we said no and demanded our money back , if you order anything from this company it will take months and after waiting months they will say it's out of stock I'm currently waiting on items I ordered in March/ [redacted] I call weekly to find out when they will ship, the tell me every time to wait another week and they will excavate the order, (yah right) I ordered many birthday gifts that come and gone and still waiting, I thought I would get them anyway if they ever come My advise is to stay away from this company They do not ship in a timely matter, if you have months to wait then order I no longer will order from them To bad nomorerack is gone, they were great
