I had packages stolen on July **, They had all been shipped from ChoxIThey were delivered while I was at workThey don't give you any optionsIf you aren't home, the driver is to leave the packages at the doorI obtained a police report and was going to provide an alternate shipping address where the packages could be signed forInstead of working with me and keeping my business, they deactivated my account and I can no longer order from themThis wasn't my fault!!! How is this customer satisfaction, which is their main goal?! Something just isn't rightMaybe they had something to do with the theftSomeone did call to verify the orders, which never happened on any of my previous ordersJust know that I was a VIP customer and this is how I was treated

I have ordered several items from choxi and the majority of my items were never deliveredI had to reach out after a month on several occasions to have my money refunded to meAlso I ordered a blue tooth speaker and did receive that item but can't even use it because it's extremely fuzzy when it playsComplete waste of money!!

I purchased a laptop in mid October, good price, good reviews Delivered via ***, however received wrong product Immediately contacted Choxi explained did not receive ordered goods and received a prepaid return label that day Returned to *** However, it is now late November Choxi claims their depot has not received the returned product and thus they cannot issue a refund The prepaid return route did not have tracking, so no proof on my end that the package was ever received If you return to Choxi, buy the tracking or they will deny receipt of product Or better yet, don't order from them, they are not reliable and do nothing to guarantee you will receive what you paid for Avoid this company

I have bought from ' no more rack' - now known as 'Choxi' for yearsI have not received my last orders ( one from June, two in July, one in August )I have written to them times- and asked them what is going on?So far, haven't received a satisfactory response! They respond just with- they'll refund my money, no explanation as to why the orders havent been shipped I'm going to get my money backIt sounds like they aren't paying their vendors

In June2016, I ordered some items from Choxi & I've received everything except a bracelet & necklaceThey however, took my money right awayI have called them times & was told it should ship anytimeI have sent emails asking hem to cancel this order & no responseI call their [redacted] and it keeps saying they are closedI just want my money back!!! I ordered from Choxi and they shipped the wrong color and it looks like it has been used before I think the just closed their eyes and picked a box without looking at the color The choices are return and not have the item for Xmas or keep and exchange after the holiday...when they could be sold out or my son doesn't get to use his Xmas gift for a month They will not issue a credit for the error (well they did issue a $IN STORE credit....like I would care to buy again) I ordered a ring, size and got a size in a size package (maybe it was to specify it was a $kids ring??) Then they didn't have any more to exchange for the correct size....doubt the next one would even be right You can not talk to a supervisor Not real happy...Bah Humbug Choxi

My order number is [redacted] placed on for items totaling $and only received items I never received the other items totaling $ I have tried calling customer service numerous times and got voice mail and also have sent emails to customer service with no response at all I paid total amount through my debit card

We have been doing business with Choxi for years nowWe shipped all customer orders on time, and haven't been paidThey owe us $50,for orders that we fulfilled and haven't been paid forThey first started by dragging us outNow they don't even respondI like to first submit this complaint before I go ahead and take legal action

This company is horrible!! I'm so disappointedI had no issues with Nomorerack in the pastbut since Choxi took over it's been terriblei still have not received my order, it's been over three weeks, I tried calling their customer service on a weekday eastern standard time and a recording that states they're closedI am so pissedi'm calling my credit card company and putting in a request for a refund immediatelyI am also uninstalling app....pitiful!!

I have the same issue many others on here have I placed an order a month ago & the item still has not shipped I have sent many e-mails & receive a " [redacted] " response, but no idea of when the item would be shipped I have requested a refund, but judging from what others have said it appears this will also be a long drawn-out process
