I placed an order with them on June [redacted] of this yearIt is now august [redacted] and I have yet to receive even a shipping confirmation! I have contacted the company four times asking where my order is and why is has not been shipped yetWhen I placed the order nothing was said about back orders or anything of the kind that would delay my order, yet here I am no product no shipping confirmation! Everytime I contact customer support about my issue I receive an automated reply asking me to be patient and it will be shipped out as soon as possible....I am out of patience! I have asked them to refund my money so I can make my purchase elsewhere and have received no responseAt this point I feel like they took my money !! This site is awful! I told them I would not be shopping with them anymore and they proceeded to send me a coupon for free shipping what good is free shipping if a product never ships! I honestly feel scammed!

I wish I would have done my homework on this company before ordering from themI ordered from Nomorerack several times in the past with no problemsCHOXI is now the current company and I purchased a "piece bedding set" and was charged for the purchase within minutes of placing my orderI placed the order on 9-*-15, days later (I waited for weeks, as it is stated to "allow to days for shipping") and then placed a callWas basically read a "script" of what to say if someone calls with a complaint and that I would "get an email within hours" regarding the status of my purchase BUT, if not, "call back in days"So I did, and was given a tracking number stating that my product had been shipparrived, out of the "pieces" I should have received, AND what they have charged me for-I got itemAfter reading all of these stories I'm pretty sure I will never receive the rest of my purchase or my moneyDo yourself a favNOT do any kind of business with this shady company-complete rip off and scam!

I have several orders , that I paid for with choxi going back to april 2016, and have not received the ones missing , the orders said active , but nothing delivered,,, sent an email about this, they gave me a lame excuse, about a tracking number, I said no tracking number , cause it was not sent, still said active, now since 0ctober [redacted] ,the choxi web site , seems to be gone and I no longer getting emails on productsI just want my money back any ideas how I can resolve thisthanks

Like so many others I see here I too have had the worst experience ever with this companyI placed an order on June **, for two items After four weeks I contacted customer service to find out where my order was From their scripted answer this is what I was told: " [redacted] weeks later I still don't have the merchandise and they stopped answering my requests for information until I threatened to get the Revdex.com involved I was offered the chance to continue my wait or cancel my order I opted to cancel my order but specifically requested a REFUND, NOT a store credit Today I received an email from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled and that a STORE CREDIT had be added to my account!!! Seriously! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked in retail!!! Never! Ever! Ever order from this company It should be forced to close

I've been waiting over two months for an order nowYou know what I got in response to my numerous inquiries? Once they finally started responding, I received conflicting information, robots customer service that ignore any request for compensation or to speak with management, and after even more emails from me, a $credit (how generous) I should also point out that I'm a VIP memberIf that's how they treat VIPs I can't even imagine how they treat other customersI still have no information and a $credit that is basically no good cause it's $Every other email states it either can't be fulfilled or that it's on it's way so no one actually knowsWhat I do know is that they are very quick to blame the manufacturers instead of taking any sort of responsibility and have zero empathyI've been a long time customer even before the new branding and they simply don't careI used to love this company but it just keeps getting worse and worse

I placed an order with Choix about a month ago and have not received my item even though they billed my credit card I tried to contact customer service and they are closed not matter what time of the day I call I also emailed and have not received a follow up I would not recommend purchasing items from this company

TERRIBLEI've used them a few times in the past before and they had good prices but lengthy shipping timesMy past order was placed over a month agoThey told me "10-14" working daysIt's been over working days and still no sign of my order shippingI contacted them after working day 14, they told me "we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is being shipped directly to youWe will contact you as soon as we have any updates." Worst customer service ever! I ordered a children's laptop when it arrived it was missing a piece I contacted choxi right away and requested the part be sent After two weeks of back and forth with customer service they inform me that the piece can not be sent The touch function does not work without the part that is missing It is three days before Christmas so I felt a partial refund would be the best option They offered me a $credit! I am planning to return it, but after reading other reviews it doesn't sound likely that my money will be refunded even once the item is returned I will never again purchase form this company, and would advise others not to either

I made an online purchase on for $ I authorized Choxi to take $from my Debit Card I have not heard from them pertaining to my order I called them Monday, @ 2:PM & the recorded message said, the office is closed today & will reopen on Monday morning @ AM EST This is the 2nd time this year that I've had this experience with Choxi When they were No More Rack, there was never a problem with receiving my orders When I contacted them earlier this year, they eventually told me that the item I ordered was not available; they refunded my money & gave me a $credit (I think it was $20, may have been more) on my account I often order online from different companies & I have never experienced such poor customer service There's no way to even track my order, because when I go to the website, it doesn't show an order pending People need to know that Choxi does not provide the excellent customer service that No More Rack did
