I ordered several times when this company was NoMoreRack, and the service was exemplaryHowever, that has not been the case since they became ChoxiMy first order with Choxi went as planned, but my last two have been disastersI waited weeks for my second order (with no followup or feedback from Choxi) before I had to cancel for a refundI waited weeks for my 3rd order, again with no followup from themWhen I contacted them they said is was a supplier problemAfter weeks, I complained again and they issued me a "store credit." Why? So they could keep my money in limbo forever? I will never do business with Choxi again

I use to order from nomorerack.com and choxi.com, I always received my orders and usually within a week from orderingI order 100's of dollars from them ranging from electronic's , clothes, sheets, jewelry, ectI miss them, wish they would have treated everyone as good as they treated me

I have had nothing but problems since choxi took over nomorerack.com, I never receive my items!!! I've had to keep cancelling because it's been months and nothingThen they give you credits on your choxi account instead of refundong your original form of payment when you cancel and then make you have to use them to order more stuff! Not right at all!!

In early December 2015, I ordered a battery driven riding car for When I assembled it, there was a danger message attached to the battery that said if the battery overheated, it could cause a fireA FIRE IF A CHILD RODE IT TOO LONG!!!!!???? I sent it backThey paid for the postageMy credit card was credited Then they recharged my credit card in April

I placed an order on and I just got off the phone with Choxi I was told, "my order is being processed." That's all that she could say No further information was given Last week, I had placed a call and asked for a supervisor I spoke with a Gideon and he could not help me at all He could not give me any details about the status of my order Just simply stating that it takes 2-weeks to process an order Today is weeks (which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oder!) So, as of today, I still don't even have a confirmation that it was mailed out I will NEVER order from Choxi again I hope there is nothing wrong with my order if I ever do get it I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my orderI never would have ordered from this company! :(

I would go with another online company if your wanting you products in a timely mannerI ordered a small digital thumbprint safe which was supposed to be delivered between 2-weeks or 10-business daysweeks or days later and I'm still waiting for my productCustomer service said please have some more patience and give us another daysI'll be ordering elsewhere for now on

Did not fulfill 4 out of 5 previous orders. Too bad I ordered near the same time period or I would not have placed second order upon not receiving first. Keep getting credit after credit with nothing actually shipped to me.
