I ordered from this company on May [redacted] and have yet to receive any information regarding my orderThey ran and charged my credit card that same day and all I received was a confirmation numberI have ordered from this company before with no issues and received my order in about weeksEvery time I request information they send me a email with what looks like a standard issue about my order

I placed an order for items with Choxi on August *** I never really received the tracking info they were supposed to provide and finally after calling in on Sept [redacted] receiver two of the three items They lured me in this time with a $off $coupon The customer help link was basically useless and I never did get the Faith Hill Perfume I ordered back in august As other people said their site seems dead and luckily I'm only out the $for one productThe were up till this order and were n=much better when they were No More Rack.COM I notified my Credit Card Company and they put their Fraud Deptin charge of trying to track down the owners of Choxi The one time I did get in touch with their customer service department was back in Sept and they were definitely not professional or polite Since then and before I called my credit card company they never answered their phones or E-mails which I sent them

I shopped with Choxi.com quite often, but the last time I never got my order so I was had a large credit on my account and now Choxi.com no longer exists?? I am really mad about this because I had over $in credit

I ordered items from Choxi.com weeks ago and still have not received it I checked my account it says still processing I called their number during their regular business hours EST and I got a voicemail saying that their office was closed and to call back during regular business hours??? WTH??? So I left a voicemail, emailed them twice and until now two days later still no response from their Customer Care

Do Not shop with choxiI ordered three sets of bamboo sheets from themTheir site says shipping takes to daysI waited a month with no contact from themI contacted their customer service and they either wouldn't answer my questions or said that they didn't have any informationWe went back and forth via e-mail for over a weekThey wouldn't refund my money and they never offered anything to change my experience with them except for free shipping ($2.00) off my next orderHorrible company, horrible experienceWill Never shop with them again

This is really a horrible businessI have finally learned my lessonI didn't really have any real issues when they were 'nomorerack.com' If you get your merchandise within days of your order, consider yourself luckyIf you don't, then you will never see it and you will never receive a reply from any method of communication you attemptForget about calling You will have to dispute the charge through your credit card companyI won't ever recommend this business to anyoneOnce I clear up this mess from my last order, I hope to never hear from them again

The service was much better when they were "No More Rack" They do not ship promptly If they do not have the item that you purchased, they issue an account credit and not a refund I will never purchase from them again I am on my third order from my account credit and days later, the item still has not shipped and the only reply from "customer service" is it takes 2-weeks to ship Stay away from Choxi if you want prompt shipping or decent service

The refund was issued in the amount of $39, $for the item as well as $for the shipping

They never fulfill your order they send you an email statingstating they are not able to ecen though they took your mo ey already then they give you store credit just to go through the same [redacted] again and they never ship this company is a rip-off it needs to be investigated and shut down better yet let's file a class action

I placed separate orders over a month ago and I still haven't received my productsI've sent emails and they state that they will contact you within hoursI'm still waitingNo matter when you call they are closedI JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I keep getting Choxi emails ever after unsubscribing numoerous times I am not sure how my email address hot on their mail list
