This company takes your money in seconds and when they can't fulfill your order you get an E-mail. You are given a choice of an unwanted substitution or a refund. Be aware that the refund takes 5-7 business days. So they get your money in an instant and keep it for weeks.

This company took my money and failed to deliver the products Multiple orders They do not respond to email requests for information They do not answer the customer service phone

Have been buying from this company for a couple of yearsI have never had any problem with quility of itemsI did have a problem with usage of an item I contacted customer service right away they answerd a human being not a computerthey helped me through my issues and it was me not knowing how to use the device

Absolutely terrible customer serviceThey take no accountability if an item you ordered doesn't shipThey will just tell you over and over that the shipping is the manufacturer's responsibility and to rest assured that it should ship soonIn my case, the item never shipped and after a month and a half of phone calls to them, they finally admitted that the manufacturer was unable to ship itNow, over a week later, I'm still waiting on my refund

Do not use this websiteI went on to purchase a necklace and while purchasing an error came up about my credit card having the wrong expiration date, so I did it again It came up again and thought I better check my bank accountSure enough I was charged twice, as I knew my credit card expiration date was correctI called Choxi.com, which was Nomerack.com, and they told me they have no record of me purchasing anything So now I have a charge TWICE on my account and they have no record of me buying anythingI am very angry with this and I have talked to their customer service who says they will look into this matter and for me to send them the copy of the bank statement where they charged me I have done thatI am also making a claim with my bank about thisThis is a hassle and there is something wrong with their website

I have used Choxi - previously No More Rack several times over the past years, but my most recent two separate orders in July......have not even shipped! It's now THREE months! They told me they would cancel if I wanted, but I ordered these items BECAUSE I wanted them! However I am now filing complaints wherever I can and advising all of my friends to NOT use this site This is absolutely ridiculous I am now demanding my money back from them We'll see how that goes Probably another three month wait!

Just Dont! I have received perhaps 75% of my ordersThe other 25% is lost in never never land Choxi does not have any information from their vendors about fulfillment or tracking of your itemsAfter weeks you can cancel and if you get Choxi credit it's like a snowball of continuous missing orderspair of earrings arrived months after ordered I actually forgot about themSurprise! Prices are not that great compared to the question of maybe I'll receive itI have been ordering from them since there change over from [redacted] I am doneEven leaving dollars of unfulfilled orders Perhaps the items might show up someday

Choxi was never the perfect company to buy from, but there were fineThat is until this summer, I ordered several items and only a few arrived when I requested a refund they emailed saying that they were under new management and to give them timeA short while later they stopped answering the phone and now their website is no availableI am out about $and I do not expect to get it backNow I hear they are filing for bankruptcy

I have ordered probably twenty orders with both NoMoreRack and Choxi and see NO difference between the two I ordered a simple dog bed that I really neededI live in a hot place and don't want my dog laying on hot hard concrete They sent me some weird small "yippy-dog" 'playpen' and it wasn't even in a boxIt was in its regular plastic Then it took several emails to customer service and talking to one person higher for me to be told that I could have a refund (for a product I never ordered and could not use) and that I could not have the product I ordered because they didn't have any - anymore And they were doing me some kind of favor paying for the shipping backWhat a jerk-off Also....every bit of clothing, male, female, whatever, that I've ever purchased has run smaller and shorter than their charts and the usual American sizing Basically, the occasional electronic or handbag has really been the only thing they haven't screwed upfor me....yet They should not be allowed to continue to rip people offAnd, if they continue to screw up and change names, they should have to keep saying who they used to be
