I have got to say that choxi has gone downhill tremendously from NoMoreRackI have had problems with my last four orders about receiving items extremely late or not at allTheir referral program is a farce it doesn't work at allI have referred people through their link and have never received a credit and neither have the people I've referredRight now I'm fighting with them again about a dress that I ordered months ago and and it still has not been shippedThey need to step up their game if they're going to be anything comparable to NoMoreRackWhen you file a complaint with customer service they don't even respond to you and if they do it doesn't resolve your problemI am done with this company and I will not tell anybody else to order off of it and they need to get their act togetherI'm now going to contact the Revdex.com as well as the corporate office and file another complaint to get my refundI don't want to store creditI want my money back because I don't intend to buy anything else thereSo buyer beware before you order off of this site!!!!

I have ordered different orders in March and AprilThey took my money right awayTheir site states to wait 10-days for processingAt this time, they are over a month for and days for the otherThey keep telling me there is a cancel button, but there isn'tWhen I email them to cancel, they give me the story of it's cancelled and wait 5-days for the refundThe 1st one, I should have received $and only received back $2.97! They just keep telling me it's refundedI am ready to see if the bank can assist me in getting this back and note them as a fraudulant companyNever had problems with NoMoreRack...just when turned to Choxi

Very bad people to deal with I ordered watches before Christmas I received and mailed out for Christmas presents I was told they didn't work so I returned the other in the same box I received them in, with authorization numbers inside attached to the packages They stated they only received watches so they only paid me $ There is no way they could have overlooked the other packages inside the box Either they have a thief working in receiving or they are just crooks They have their merchandise back and my money Buyer beware These are bad people to deal with

Worst place I have ever done business with now invoice says "nomorerack but people I'm getting emails are from "Choxi.com". Received 3 pr of gauze pants, 1 wrong color, all hideous material, just all around terrible pants for $29. each. Emailed for a return authorization and didn't received one in a week. I sent the pants back to the return address that they came from. Make a long story short they played hot potatoe with the package for about a week after it was delivered. They told the post office a week after it was delivered that address was vacant and they had no way to access it. How in the [redacted] did you send it back then if you had no access to it? As long as I didn't call about the package they were going to keep it but the minute I called it was a vacant address and the business had moved. Thinking about using them as a prop for a huge garage sale with the story. Probably could reach about 500 people and save them the trouble of doing business with this company. Problem being cost me $87 to do that.

I have placed an order since July **, it's over months now, I've tried to contact customer service, over and over, I couldn't find anyone to talk to, I sent them email, they finally answered my emails back after days, they said that they refund me my money, there was no refund until today I called them, I finally got a chance to talk to them, when they check my account they couldn't find the refund on my account, me and my friends and my family, we've been ordering merchandise from choxi for over years and never received them, and choxi will never call you to let you know that your order will be late, that's why we've been loosing a lot of money from choxi, because when order stay out for that long, we end up forget about them, because we have been placing orders everywhere not only choxiSo I don't think choxi should be in bussiness anymore, it looks like they don't have the merchandise, they just trying to rip off the customers

This company seems to no longer be in business There phones state that the offices are closed and any attempt to email them just results in a generic"we received your request" but it is never follon The recording at the customer service number ###-###-#### clearly sates that any email will be answered within hours, sometimes even as short as an hour I currently have three orders with the company, one order placed I am afraid that I have lost the $I have spent The reason I am complaining is that the company is still sending out e-mails to subscribers that they are offering free shipping on all order for hours This email blast is sent out daily People that are not aware of the company status are still ordering and giving them money and they will never see the product I can provide proof of the e-blasts if needed I will be saving them as well as the e-mails I have sent the company re: wanting an update on my orders

I ordered from Choxi in October, never received product They charged my credit card and I just found out that they closed up shop and left thousands like me hanging

products are fine but the shipping can take over a month That is unacceptable
