This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced I tried to use a discount code with my order, which was accepted during checkout However, once the order was placed, it removed the discount and charged me full price When I contacted the company, they said the code was not good on sale items and that it was a snafu on their end, promising me a full refund They canceled the order but then disputed the refund even though they never shipped any items I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit company They now have locked my account despite it being their error and could care less about losing a customer Shoppers beware!

My initial experience began in June when I place an order for several items but didn't receive of them (Order No : 24341485) I finally was able to cancel it but only received a store credit Then I placed an order using the credit in July (order number is 24399520) and to date I haven't received that order Customer service is non-existence and even when you call Customer service during business hours you get a recording that they are closed!!! I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business based upon its lack of response!!!
