I place the order on December ***, but I didn't recieve it until December ***,2013.I was never told about the return policy on the product at all.I didn't place the order with the manufacturer I placed it with Nomorerack.Why should I contact the company that makes the product when I didn't buy it from them,I bought it from the supposedly reputable company called Nomorerack.Why is it so hard to return my money if I didn't know about the return policy from the start.On there Facebook site they have over million subscribers, but if you post one negative thing about them it's get deleted and you're blocked.This company is scamming people out of there money and don't want to return it back to them.Now,they want me to contact the manufacturer where they got the item from and deal with them instead of returning my money themseklves.They(Nomorerack) are the ones who got the item in question from the manufaturer,so why do I have to summon them on an item I bought through Nomorack.It seems to me there trying to dump their responsibility off on the manufacturer,so they(Nomorerack) don't have anything to do with what happen,in which they sold me a faulty tablet In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Last three orders have not been fulfilled/ no notification from either choxi or the vendor where order should been sent from / then you only get credit / money not returned as given / meaning you still have to place an order with choxi / plus the awards amount cause you to spend more

You order from this company, but never receive your items, then they want to give you store credits as a refund, I can't believe the Revdex.com IS LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS, it's time to shut them down, in this day and age, it's highway robbery Come on Revdex.com do something about this

Placed a $order on August *, Called several times looking for order and told it was on backorder but should ship within days Order never received Website closed and not answering phone

I've ordered several times from themI've always received items faster than expected, and always in excellent conditionOnly once did I need to return something, a cellphone battery & charger set that didn't work with my phoneAlthough not their fault, I was treated politely on the phone and promptly received all I needed to return it, including pre-paid postageI have recommended NoMoreRack to friends and will continue to buy from them

I used to order from this company fairly regularly Since January however their services are terrible I've only attempted to place two orders in that time and in each case, after a very long delay, weeks or more, I ended up having to get a refund rather than my items The company is extremely frustrating to work with as they just respond with form letters and no information I had to get Google involved to finally resolve my most recent dispute and it left me furious and frustrated I would never recommend that anyone use this company for anything It is not worth the frustration Use [redacted] The prices are about the same and you'll actually get what you order and get fast resolution if you do need to contact [redacted]

I have had a return since 10/ [redacted] /16and I can not get in touch with this company to returnThere is just no response I am stuck with a non-functioning "Smart watch"

Oh, my...what a story I have! Bought a MFK handbag from Choxi, they sent a defective WRONG color bagI returned it and had to fight for my refund/exchangeThen I made ANOTHER mistake and ordered another MFK bag.....got it and the zipper was defective!! Sheesh! Should have known, right? Well, I got the return authorization, then the manufacturer was stating they didn't receive their garbage backSo I sent proof from the ***FINALLY, got the credit(oh no! NOT the money back) for the handbagSo I placed an order for the EXACT SAME THING to replace the one with the defective zipper, on February ***As of today's date, March ***, my order states "Processing" and after numerous emails with their ridiculous customer service, this is the latest response I've received; "I'm sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your orderUnfortunately, the details for the order you mentioned have already been sent for fulfillment to our manufacturing partners and we are now unable to cancel this orderWe will be contacting you with the updatesWe appreciate your time and patience on this matterAgain, My apology If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me knowAt Choxi, customer satisfaction is our main goal." What a waste of time, money and sanity! What a load of frustration!! (Oh! And this is just the latest of my orders to get screwed up by them!!) (I just don't learn apparently!!)

I placed an order with Choxi, and I never received my orderI never received an email or any correspondence regarding the status of my order, not even upon several attempts with phone calls and via email to the companyThe next thing I did was keep a check on the website regarding my order status and that is when I found that the site was not working

Stay away they hold your money for months and can't provide any information on orders or care less about you after the nightmare

I ordered an item on I have not received it, nor a tracking numberI have sent inquiries, have asked for my money back twiceThe company just keeps responding that I will have a tracking number as soon as my order is processedThey processed my payment right away, but can't seem to get my item to me

I have a $dollar credit on my account for a long time and found a coupon for $so I went to site and found items for a total of $but the payment site would not take the order with out my credit card.....Even tho the balance show on the billing page they would not send me the items and then told first time I called them I could not get my credit unless on my credit card that I do not have any more after several calls and they keep checking with their SupvThey told me to call back Monday and they would cut an Echeck? I don't trust them

I went on choxi.com for the first timeI purchased a voucher today for $After an hour of trying to figure it out, how to use it, because the website failed to give efficient directions, I realized that it was not what I thought it would beI then after called customer service, who was, in fact rude and unhelpful and was told no I could not get a refund because it was final saleI tried several different times where I requested a credit on my account and was offered $creditOnly $on a $transaction I didn't accept it I then went online chat where I was told if I cancelled it hours after order I could of gotten a refundAfter speaking to several agents all morning no one told meThe part that makes me mad the most is that I can not even use the voucher and no one in the company cares or even attempted to helpMoney down the drain

We have been working with Choxi since November We provided Choxi with a low cost for each unit so they can bump up the price and sell it to their customers in which we then drop ship the products directly to Choxi’s customersWe invoiced Choxi every month and they have confirmed receiving the invoicesAccording to Choxi’s contract they agreed to pay us on timeHowever the invoices we have submitted since we started with Choxi, has not been paid at all and has been delayed month after month and has now accumulated to approximately $155,We have been emailing them every few days for the past month now, however they have been really hard to get a hold of and kept giving us the round aroundNow they inform us that our only option is to continue to selling on Choxi with new extended payment terms in order to possibly get small payments of what was rightfully owed to us in the first place, since we fulfilled our end of the business contract and drop shipped the units to their c
