I bought a days ticket on StubHub for EDC Las Vegas When I tried to register my ticket (which was a wristband) prior to the event, I wouldn't work so I called the costumer serviceThey told me that as long as I had the wristband I was fine, even if the previous owner had registered it to his name before selling it, and that I would be able to enter the festival no matter whatThe wristband worked fine the two first nights, but I couldn't get in on the third nightI was told that the original buyer cancelled the order and got a refound, and that the wristband I was carrying was worthlessI had paid dollars of hotel and shuttle just for that day, and I paid dollars of services on top of the dollars of ticket to StubHubAll that to have a ticket that didn't guarantee me access to the festivalNowhere was it said that the wristband was already registered to another name, or that it could be cancelled by the original buyer when I bought itSince it was 10pm on a Sunday night I couldn't reach costumer service and had to take the shuttle back to my Hotel aloneI called their costumer service the next day and had to wait at least 15min before I got transferred to someone who took all the info and told me I would get an estimation of my refund within 48hrsdays later I called again since I had no news, and they told me they had no trace of me calling the week before! The people who work at the costumer service are nice, but that's the only good point! No organisation and no good tracking of problemsFinally they got me to talk to a manager, who said they were waiting for information from the seller to proceed to refund 1/of the ticket price to meThe seller who scammed me in the first place! And they don't care that you spent a lot of money and that you travelled two states to get to the event, they only refund 1/3rd of the ticket, even though they say they are 100% guaranteedI will NEVER use StubHub again, and I suggest that you use other sites that truly guarantee the integrity of the tickets

I received a notification on my [redacted] of a promo code for [redacted] tickets before 9/9/The code was [redacted] I purchased tickets on the website, entered the promo code, the code was accepted, then when I hit purchase, the 10% discount was not appliedI called and was told the promo code was for the app, not the websiteI have one log in and one accountI had no way of seeing this based on the notification of the code that popped up on my phoneThe order number was [redacted]

My daughter posted concert tickets to sell on Stub HubWe were both first time usersShe listed the tickets to be sold at $per ticketWithin a couple of hours we were notified that the tickets sold for $per ticketWe immediately called Stub Hub to cancel the orderWe knew a mistake had been made because we listed the tickets for $a piece and had know idea how the price could have been loweredWe spoke first to [redacted] then we spoke to [redacted] (supervisor) who both told us they could see on their end that it was a user error on our end and we had clearly changed the ticket priceWe were also told if we cancelled the sale we would be charged 40% of the selling price which would be $totalWhen we hung up, I had my daughter pull up Stub Hub's website to see where we went wrongShe walked through the entire process of listing tickets and inputted the exact pricing as stated aboveMy daughter said she then clicked on the LISTING tabOn that page is a huge E

Bought concert tickets for a concert in September back in April, printed out my tickets once they were emailed to meWhen I printed the tickets out the seats were different from those that I actually purchasedWhen realizing this I called stub hub and spoke with customer service representative and explained that the tickets that I purchased weren't not the same tickets that were emailed to me to printThe representative looked into it and went on to tell me that actually the tickets that were emailed to me were actually better than the tickets that I purchasedHe went on to say that I should go with the tickets that were emailed to meI explained that I found it weird that the tickets didn't match and that I was worried that the tickets wouldn't work when arriving at venueRepresentative explained that the tickets were good and that I wouldn't have any issues with the ticketsToday [redacted] I traveled far to get to the venue and paid for a hotelI arrived at the venue and had my

I sold my tickets on StubHub and then the venue failed to email me tickets so they asked me to pick them up at will callI contacted stubhub and they said that's against their policy and that I'll be charged the difference in price or 40% of my ticket value whichever is *GREATER [redacted] (IF they find another ticket)I was already selling my ticket at a loss and now I'm shafted because of something that was out of my controlWaste of a good ticket and of my moneyI informed them that I did not agree to those charges and they responded with "If you do choose to open a dispute with your credit card company, once we receive the chargeback we will deactivate your account immediately." This is no way to run a business and resolve issuesAll I asked was that I not be charged any additional fees because this is a known issue with the venue email ticketing system

I have season Tickets with the [redacted] ***I am going home for Christmas, so I decided to post the tickets I will not use while out of townYesterday at the [redacted] Announced on Bleacher Report that his retirement jersey ceremony on bleacher reportMy seats were sold out from under me within minutesMy issue is why is there not anything to protect me the sellerWhy is there not a hour cancellation policy for tickets being sold a month out? I understand no cancellation within business days of the event or a rule like thatHowever, they have nothing to offer me other than: if I cancel I will have to pay the difference to replace the ticketAt this time the tickets that were sold have a going rate of about $ [redacted] each so If I want my tickets back I have to pay [redacted] dollars at least

[redacted] I had to report this oneHorrible experience selling tickets with StubHub I said that I had tickets in hand (meaning that I had physical hard tickets) Tickets sold, then I was told to download a pdf, which was weird because I had hard tickets I called, they said I could UPS them (which I thought was free because I had hard tickets), and charged me $ I asked them to call the buyers to make sure that they knew that I was UPSing their tickets The buyers then refused the tickets, StubHub said that it is because I selected "Tickets in Hand", and that also means electronic tickets (????) Then they charged me nearly $because the buyers backed out Absolutely terrible experience, and I will never do business with them again BE CAREFUL!

We purchased tickets for a football game (order [redacted] )During the purchase, we were signified EXACTLY what we were purchasingHowever, upon reciept, the seats were not listedAs a result, we reached out to confirm the seatsStubhub stated they didn't own the seats (after charging the ticket fee and collecting $ [redacted] for themselves) and did not require for the seat numbers to be disclosedThis is very misleadingAs a result, we requested to cancel the purchase less than hours after

This company is trying to make me pay dollars for an event I never went tooI was never told about the OUTRAGEOUSE fees associated with reselling tickets-----Original Message----- From: [redacted]  To: claimsupport [redacted] Invalid Ticket Claim None of this was explained to me and I am formally making demand for the additional money that I am dueFirst, the person on the your end that contacted me (times) did not explain to me the current ticket hold upI explained to him exactly what I had seen on the screen and he agreed there was nothing more that I could doIf he was to explain the situation, (like the second person I had contacted did) the issue would have been resolved immediatelyyou're training and employee monitoring is poor at bestSecond, your website is not explanative for sellers to follow though to complete the transfer and I must say, very misl

I purchased tickets for a “ [redacted] Gallagher ” concert at The House of Blues in Boston totaling $for November25,The show was cancelled due to illnessStubhub has the cancelled show under their category of ”Postponed”Mr Gallagher subsequently finished his North American tour and returned to England where he is now touring Europe through September I contacted Stubhub and The House of Blues regarding this matter to no availStubhub insists the the date is “Postponed”Since the date of cancellation in November to September is almost a YEAR! I would consider that “ Cancelled”I seriously doubt that Mr Gallagher is going to fly back to Boston with his entire band and entourage for one and a half hour show in BostonI feel that that would fall into the CANCELLED categoryIf the price involved was to dollars or so I would just chalk it up to an “ oh well”, but $is another storyThank you for your assistance concerning this matter

I listed orchestra tickets on Stubhub, and realized when I received a purchase confirmation that I had accidentally listed the tickets under the wrong event seriesI immediately called Stubhub to cancel the order, before payment was receivedI also inquired as to whether I would be charged a fee for this cancellation, and I was assured over the phone that I would no be charged a feeStubhub took two days to cancel my orderThis was problematic for two reasons: my tickets may have been viewed/downloaded, and the payment was processed through paypal by that pointWhen Stubhub did cancel the order, they charged my credit card back for the amount of the tickets (fine) AND not one but TWO service fees of [redacted] (total $**)I called to get the charges reversed and I was told that I could not speak to a complaint manager directlyThey had a customer service rep walk me through a form that they submit internally for reviewThe next day, I received an email notification that I would

I was trying to sell tickets to Hamilton in San Francisco, and I listed the tickets in DecemberThe show was in July, so by the time June came around and the tickets had not sold, I decided to try to sell them myself on [redacted] I ended up selling them within a week, and cancelling the Stubhub availabilityThree months later, I get a charge from Stubhub saying that I owe them $because I listed tickets with them and they were sold and never fulfilledI tried to call in twice, but both times their support phone number only had a message that said they were too busy, and for me to call back at another timeI finally got connected to a chat agent and they informed me that they had no idea where the $number came from, and also that they had no further action they could doI will never try to use them again, what a horrible experience and a useless support line

Back in January and February, over six months ago, I purchased tickets to three [redacted] over Labor Day weekend - on August 31, September 2, and September These tickets have still not been deliveredWhen I contacted StubHub by phone today, they stated the tickets are not made available to the sellers until hours before, which is simply untrueI have purchased tickets from the Nationals directly before and they are availble immediatelySome teams don't make them available until hours before, but the Nationals are not one of themGiven it has been over six months and it is possible the seller simply forgot about the tickets in that time, I asked StubHub to reach out to the seller (who they mentioned is the same one for all 3) and they refused so they would not be "bombarded" by messages from StubHubThey said they would reach out to them hours beforeHowever, given that the games are over Labor Day Weekend, it is possible the seller will have limited o

We purchased two tickets from Stubhub to [redacted] for a show on [redacted] We were told that we had seats in [redacted] **I downloaded both tickets from the appHowever, when we went to go in, one of the tickets worked (seat 13) and the other came back as declined (seat 12)The attendant tried seat multiple times -- along with seat to see if something was not working -- however seat kept showing up as declinedThe box office supervisor came over and tried to scan seat in as well -- it kept registering as invalidIn other words,, four people (me, my wife, the original ticket handler, and the box office supervisor) all checked the tickets to ensure that we had tickets for seats and and were witness to the fact that seat was ringing up as invalidWe tried calling Stubhub's help line but it was closedI then tried contacting them via chat and that was simply not workingwe had to basically beg the box office people to l

In July, I sold tickets to a theater show in [redacted] (order # [redacted] ) on StubHub, which I purchased through [redacted] (but were not yet received in hand at the time of the StubHub transaction)At the time of listing the tickets, I marked the tickets with an added disclosure on StubHub as having a "Possible Obstruction" as [redacted] noted that obstructed views when I purchased themSubsequently, StubHub cancelled the order noting that I had used the incorrect disclosure and should have selected "Limited or Obstructed View" insteadAs a result, I had to return the funds received from the transaction and was also charged $ [redacted] as a cancellation charge by StubHubSince then, the ticket price that I can resell these seats for has declined resulting in lost profits on my end as well

I purchased tickets for a baseball game and learned that I could not attendSo I placed them for sale on Stubhub's siteI uploaded the tickets and sold themThen closer to the game time, I received an email from Stubhub stating the same tickets were soldThey didn't remove the tickets from their websiteThey charged me $***/US for what they stated was my error (what they accused me of is impossible to do as there is an error mechanism that will not allow you to do so)I called and they stated that the charge would be reversedThen days later they send me an email that I will be charged $***.00/US and I am losing the $ [redacted] I sold the tickets for and they will be charging my credit card (which I don't approve of)To add "insult to injury", every time they charge and refund my credit card, I lose money on the exchange rate
