Purchased [redacted] tickets through stubhub.com for $Arrived to the game and gained entry to the venueUpon arrival at my seat another patron was sitting in my seatCalled security who then told me my ticket was a duplicate seat meaning mine was invalidThe patron who was in my seat had a ticket purchased through [redacted] I Was asked to leaveCalled stubhub as soon as I left and was guaranteed a refund by which they confirmed through emailI figured I would just be out the time spentHowever, their investigators did their own inquiry and deemed there was no refund to be given after I was already promised a refundI was promised a refund but not told there would need to be an investigationI would have gathered more info from the venue in writing if I knew this ahead of timeI was guranteed a refund and have proof of that

I used their ticking listing [redacted] to list my tickets for sale then uploaded the tickets (or so I thought)Very quick process and easy, maybe a bit too easyOne day I receive a call from a strange phone number (no voicemail)I called back 20minutes later (when I noticed the missed call) and it was stubhub, it turned out my listed tickets sold (great right!? WRONG) stub hub called to inform me that I hadn’t loaded the tickets correctly (even though the [redacted] gave me the green light on ticket verification) so they were canceling the ticket sale transaction which results in a 40% fee of the final sale priceWOWAll because I couldn’t answer the phone right away to resolveI was on an important business meeting and could not drop that callBecause of this (no grace period), I’m being charged a non-refundable feeThis was a first time offense and I still could not get any assistance from stubhub after numerous attempts to resolve

My first attempt at selling tickets on Stubhub resulted in me being charged $as a result of improper ticket images being uploaded to [redacted] The company indicated clearly that you could upload ticket images from your phone and I did so with the barcode accessibleThere was no mention that hard tickets were not acceptable and would need to be delivered to the person

I had purchased tickets from StubHub.com for [redacted] tickets in September of for a show in [redacted] on October 19th [redacted] has postponed his show due to illnessTherefore, The show was postponed until further noticeI kept in contact with StubHub to see about my refund of the tickets I had purchasedThey would just give me the run around answers of “we can not refund you due to a postponement.” However, about a month ago [redacted] announced his new tour dates and cities that he will be attending toNone of which include [redacted] venue. To add, I can safely say that [redacted] is not coming down hereTherefore he has canceled his showStubHub even said they would pay back money for a show that is cancelledAlso, I watched a news report of a lady in [redacted] who was going through the exact same thing I was with StubHub for the exact eventShe got all her money back for the tickets she had purchasedSo, my question why is it that they refunded her alr

never using @StubHub ever again, nothing but a scamthis is the second incident I have had with themI listed my tickets on there for $but when I got the confirmation email of the sale, it said they were sold for $70, which I never approvedI called customer support and they said I made the change to the price today, where I know for a fact I haven't changed the price since yesterday, I didn't even log into stubhub todayWhen I logged in while on the phone with customer service, the page where my listing was appeared and showed my listed price at $77!! Never changedI sent the screenshot to them, and they said nothing of it other than "thank you for sending this information"I was transferred to a supervisor after an ungodly amount of time, to which finally I had a supervisor that essentially just said word for word what the support agent saidAnd when I expressed that their business practice was illegal and I am willing to take legal action, they told me to "Think about what I'm saying"I am astonishedAfter reaching a standstill in the conversation, the support agent eventually stopped talking, just out of the blueI remained on the line for another minutes, nobody talking, but I could hear the background noiseI kept asking if anybody was there and what was going on, to which there was no responseEventually, they hung up the phoneThis was a minute call of nothing but covering up an issue on their end, resulting into illicit business practice, and further taking advantage of their clients [redacted] @StubHubNever use their service, and spread the word, this is not okayThis is my second incident with them

Stub Hub sold the incorrect seatsThey had the correct section and the correct row but, sold the wrong seats in that rowI tried contacted them numerous times to correct this issue for the buyer because of their errorThey finally contact the buyer the next day and still fail to resolve this issue as they said they need to think about itI do not understand why they would need to think about itThese seats are closer to the aisle and in the same row and section from stub hubs error to begin withI spend a good hours of the next hours trying to resolve this situation for the buyer and Stub Hub shows me zero support even though they made the errorOn one of the calls the customer service rep admits that I deactivated Loge Row 5-seats and left seats 13-available on Monday April 18th for [redacted] playoffs game On another call they told me the name of one of my buyers and the section, row, and seat of the buyer that switched out of my seatsThere was definitely dish

My wife was selling a pair of [redacted] tickets for September on StubHubThe tickets were sold and she received an email stating that the transfer was complete and the amount was paid by the buyer [redacted] She received an email the next day saying that the transaction was not complete and that she needed to re-transfer the ticketsShe has never sold anything on StubHub before and had originally purchased the tickets on [redacted] in JanuaryShe immediately called StubHub customer service and after explaining the situation to the agent, he put her on hold for several minutes, came back and told her that he had handled the transfer from the original sellerMy wife asked if there was anything she needed to do and was assured that everything was taken care ofOn September 21, StubHub sent an email saying that the sale did not go through because the tickets were never transferredMy wife calls StubHub again and speaks to [redacted] in Marketplace Investigations to find

I purchased tickets through stubhub for a concert that was supposed to happen on [redacted] about weeks prior the show was announced as postponed, and all tickets refundedStub hubs policy states that tickets to shows that are cancelled are refunded, and that tickets to shows that have been postponed are valid to the rescheduled showI personally reached out to the venueThe [redacted] in [redacted] They stated that all tickets have been refundedMeaning my ticket is no longer valid to a future show, with this my interpretation is that I should receive a refund from stub hub since I no longer have a valid ticketI have reached out on multiple occasions trying to remedy the problem directly, and am no taking action to launch a formal complaintI have documentation of the conversation with the [redacted] about the tickets being refunded

Stub Hub is a house of thieves Attempted to sell tickets through them, found a buyer, buyer downloaded my tickets, Stub Hub sent me an e-mail saying everything is fine, and payment is on the way I go to the show, and check my e-mail several days later to discover they cancelled my order and charged me $ So I lost my tickets, which were used, and they charged me $ All this happened AFTER they sent me an e-mail saying everything is fine crooks

I want my refundIt has been a year since yesterday, Sept 7th, when I purchase tickets for the [redacted] concert schedule for January ***The tour was canceledI asked Stubhub their policy for refunding my ticket money since the concert was no longer going to be availableThey said that if the concert is canceled they refundIf postponed to a later time and date then not refundedThe concert was postponed to July ***And then CANCELED! There is no NO later time and date therefore that is not a postponeIt is CANCELEDI want my money back or I'm contacting my law firm next

[redacted] I wanted to buy concert tickets for August 6th,, in Raleigh, NC, where my husband and I live, for Foreigner and Cheap TrickWe had bought tickets and sat in VIP Section and clicked on StubHub and saw Foreigner Tickets for sale in that SectionI bought those tickets and belatedly realized I had purchased tickets for that Section but for the Charlotte concern of Foreigner on SaturdayI had googled for Foreigner - Raleigh, NC and got StubHubStubHub allows for no mistakes! If you do make a mistake of this kind you are on the hook for these tickets and NOW must resell this (if you can) for a loss because StubHub takes $or more of each ticket you have to resellI realized I made a mistake about minutes after I made itIn every business, you have a right to rescind a transaction within a certain given amount of time - and that amount of time should be reasonableThis is a scam operation because of the misdirection to the Charlotte concert - and then no recourse to undo a sale once it's madeBut the real issue is that reselling the tickets COSTS you money because of the exorbitant fees that STUB HUB charges for the resaleWill not do business here again!

I purchased tickets for Romeo [redacted] concert on 11/21/after not being able to log in to ticketmaster because tickets were selling like crazy and I was having trouble getting inIt was my first time purchasing on Stubhub and it has gone horribly wrongI paid over $for two tickets that were listed as being in the second row right in the middle, when in fact they were tickets far away to the left side of the stageI only found out because it dawned on me to check with ticketmaster about an hour later just to feel excited that I was going to see romeo up closeWhat a disappointment when I saw where I would beI immediately called Stubhub and let them know that the seats I paid for were not the same seats on TicketmasterThe rep checked and confirmed and said he would report my issue so that either I get my money back or they give me seats close to the ones I paid forNo one contacted me until 12/27/after I had made calls insisting on this issueThe case manager called me a

I needed a parking pass for an event at [redacted] On July 20th I saw a pass for sale on Stub HubThe only information that was available BEFORE purchase was the available date and the location of the parking garageIt was only after purchase that the exact time of day the pass was good forThe time frame on the pass didnt give me enough time to eat and make the start of the eventIt is even questionable if there was enough time to park and make the start of the eventI immediately called Stub Hub customer service and tried to reverse the transactionAfter explaining to the CSR the details, Stub Hub wouldnt void the transaction or at least waive the buyer fee of about $I never used the pass
