We bought tickets for the Boston Celtics vs Orlando Magic game on January 21, The tickets were mobile electronic and would not scan at the gate, and we were unable to use the tickets due to thisThe tickets we purchased did not work therefor contacted Stub Hub numerous times and they are refusing to pay us backWe need this resolved as it is over $

I agreed to sell tickets on StubHubI was legally in possession of the correct type of tickets to comply with their policy at the time of my listingI had trouble uploading my ticket PDF file once the ticket was soldI contacted customer support for adviceI had their customer service try to make the upload for me and something went wrongHe advised me that my files were incorrect and couldn't be uploadedI contacted customer support more times, and was given different information each time about how to correct the problemFinally, I was advised to cancel the sale -- and assured that I would not be charged a cancellation because I had tried in good faith to deliver the ticketsI was then charged more than the price of the tickets that I was selling

This is also a customer service issueIn the beginning, I have advertised to sell tickets to [redacted] from December 29-31st [redacted] on the stubhub websiteOver a month later, a buyer inquired and I received an email that the tickets were sold on 10/26/***I called to inquire since I was having second thoughts about attending the event - therefore, I initially spoke with Lalana on the live chat service provided by stubhub and asked what the penalities were for cancellation and what stubhub's policy wereI was not understanding what she was stating through the live chat, so then I asked for a customer support service numberOnce Lalana provided the customer service support number, I called stubhub on 11/7/***From there I spoke with a Stubhub's customer service representative and asked what the penalities of cancellations were and what stubhub's policy wereAfter the conversation with the customer support representative (I think her name was Christie), I stated th

Stubhub has not honored their contract for services rendered. I purchased Janet Jackson tickets and now she is starting a family so the concert will not take place on the day I purchased the tickets for. Janet Jackson's promotion company live nation advised that the fans should get a refund and stubhub will not give me my money back I plan on being out of the country next year when the concert may resume so I have no need for the tickets. this is bad business on the part of stubhub and I will never do business with them again

Two weeks ago, I purchased tickets on the aisle for a [redacted] football game Today I received word that the seller no longer wanted to make the tickets available, so I was being given two non-aisle seats further back( Apparently, since *** has been winning, the seller decided he could get more for his tickets.) I believe I should have had the rights to these seats as soon as I paid Stubhub for them, and I have been screwed by the seller, and by Stubhub

I attempted to use the Stub Hub website o 5/9 for the first time to sell 2 tickets. I created an account on 5/9, attached my [redacted] information and I listed my tickets for sale and indicated that I had the tickets in hand, so that whoever was going to buy them knew that I had them and could transfer them immediately. I received two emails that day - 5/9 - indicating that my account was set up and my listing was set up ( [redacted] ). On 5/10, I checked my email to see if the tickets had sold. I had no messages, so I was a little disappointed, but I figured I'd check again on 5/11. That morning, I noticed that late in the evening, I received an email that my ticket sale was cancelled. I was confused because I didn't receive notification that any sale had occurred. I checked my email, my junk mail and my trash, and there were no sale related emails. I can prove this by sending you screenshots and full access to my gmail account. I thought that perhaps the person who had supposedly purchase

I uploaded tickets to a concert for [redacted] Orchestra for [redacted] at [redacted] showI followed the instructions and even called a rep at StubHub to make sure I was doing it correctlyThe site told e that my tickets were uploadedThe tickets sold shortly after and $was deposited into my bank account Now, days later I am notified via email that my tickets were not uploaded correctly and the buyer could not get into the venueThey charged my credit card the $which is ok because the tickets technically never soldBut the charged me an additional $for penaltiesI called [redacted] in Customer ServiceI asked him why they sold the tickets if they weren't uploaded correctlyHe informed me that they have no way of knowing if they were uploaded incorrectly or notYou would think that they should check that before they sell themSo because I never had an issue with them before, they" out of the goodness of their hearts" are o

DO NOT USE STUBHUB IF YOU ARE A SELLERTHIS SITE IS SET UP TO COMPLETELY SCREW YOU OVERI HAD MADE A POSTING FOR HOCKEY TICKETS I HAD HAD BUT SOMEONE FROM MY WORK BOUGHT THEM BEFORE STUBHUB SOLD THEMAS I WENT TO GO TAKE DOWN MY POST I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY TICKETS HAD SOLD- MINUTES (LITERALLY F.I.V.EMINUTES) LATER I HAD REPORTED THAT I NO LONGER HAD THE TICKETSSTUBHUB CONTINUED EMAILING ME TELLING ME TO UPLOAD MY TICKETS TO THEIR SITE OR REPORT THE ISSUEI HAD CALLED THEM TIMES STATING I REPORTED THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THATS A GENERATED EMAIL AND THAT THE BUYER WOULD PROBABLY BE GETTING A REFUND FOR THISTHE 3RD PHONE CALL THE GUY ADDS IN THAT I WILL BE CHARGED 40% OF MY TICKET PRICE I HAD POSTED FOR OR THE DIFFERENCE IN GREATER VALUE TICKETS FOR MY BUYERMINUTES AFTER THE 3RD PHONE CALL I GET CHARGED $FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TICKETS STUBHUB BOUGHT FOR MY BUYERI PURCHASED TICKETS FOR SOMEONE ELSE BC I WAS "TOO LATE" IN TAKING DOWN MY POST FOR MY TICKETSSTUBHUB ENSURES THAT THE BUYER GETS "EQUAL VALUE IN SEATS" NOT "EQUAL VALUE IN TICKET PRICE." MY POSTING WAS FOR $PER TICKET- MY PAY OUT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE $AFTER STUBHUB TOOK THEIR SELLING FEES FROM MEBUT SINCE I SOLD THE TICKETS BEFORE STUBHUB, STUBHUB KEPT THE CUSTOMERS $PLUS FEES PER TICKET AND THEN TOOK AN ADDITIONAL $FROM MEI WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THIS AND STUBHUB REFUSES TO GIVE ME PROOF OF THE CUSTOMERS REPLACEMENT TICKETS PRICE BUT SAYS THIS IS ALL STATED WITHIN THEIR POLICIESI STILL CANT BELIEVE I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ATTEND A GAME THAT I HAD BOUGHT TICKETS FOR BUT NEEDED TO SELL BC I COULD NO LONGER GO DO NOT USE STUBHUB THIS SITE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWNI HAVE TALKED WITH MY BANK AND LAWYER AND PLAN ON CALLING THE Revdex.com AFTER POSTING THIS TO MAKE SURE THIS IS BEING LOOKED INTO AND TAKEN CARE OFI WAS TOLD THAT NO MATTER WHAT THE COST OF REPLACEMENT TICKETS STUBHUB WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE DIFFERENCE FROM MESO $OR $THEY WOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN ITWITHOUT NOTICE, WITHOUT REMORSEANYTHING TO MAKE THEIR BUYERS HAPPY AT THE [redacted] COST OF THEIR SELLERSTHIS.IS.WRONG

Had an instance where I sold my Indians tickets on Stubhub and accidentally listed tickets w the same seats..I went back in to change the error hours later but the system wouldn't allow the changeTwo sets of tickets sold but they were the same seats and when I tried to correct the seating error to the correct seat Stubbum wouldn't convert the changeSo I had to pay over $for my error then I posted the same tickets on Stubhub which were sold..So in essence Stubhub got paid twice for the same tickets

I have had multiple issues with Stubhub. The first of which occurred approximately 15 months ago when I purchased a pair of season tickets to the [redacted] on their website. After my purchase was confirmed, I then made a number of other purchases that were reliant upon receiving the tickets that I had purchased, the largest of which was 2 train passes that would enable me to travel from my home in suburban [redacted] to the [redacted] Center for each of the [redacted] 41 home games. A few weeks later, I was informed that the seller had never submitted the tickets Stubhub so my order had been refunded and I was given a 50 dollar stubhub gift card. This was unacceptable because the Stubhub ticket agreement states that any undelivered tickets will be replaced with equivalent ones whenever possible and this still left me with hundreds of dollars in purchases that I now had no use for as the price for season tickets had climbed significantly to the point that I could not afford to re

On 9/1/I sold tickets to a concert on Stubhub(Note: these tickets were originally purchased from StubHub on 5/10/17)Instead of paying me $for the tickets, StubHub charged me $on 9/1/and then refunded me the same exact amount on 9/4/They have since claimed faudulent activity on my StubHub account and closed my account and now refuse to discuss anything related to this account with meI can provide email receipts showing that I was the original purchaser of these concert tickets and have the original credit card used to purchasae the ticketsI find it unacceptable that they will not even allow me to discuss the issue with the fraud team - they have completely ignored any and all attempts to address the issue with them directly

I purchased tickets from Stub Hub for a [redacted] concert for July 23rd in [redacted] Stub Hub will not refund our money due to the concert being postponedOur order number for the tickets is [redacted] The purchase was made by [redacted] for ticketsThis was the second time this concert was rescheduledEveryone know that [redacted] is pregnant right now and will be going on tour any time soon

NYC Broadway Tickets... DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB. Bought 4 amazing tickets to see Harry Potter and Cursed Child. Traveled to NYC just to see this show. Paid 2X+ face. Pick up at Stubhub outlet 2 hours before the show. Talked direct to Stubhub at least 4 times in advance to make sur ethe tickets would be there, including stopping into the outlet the night before the show. Later that night I got the call.. the seller didn't really have the tickets. But the seller was 'willing' to offer me crappier tickets at the same price. After hours of escalating and complaining to Stubhub, they gave me a discount. But I still had crappy tickets (by that night, no more seats were available). No more Stubhub for me.

This ticket company StubHub has violated their charge policy regarding selling of ticketThe ticket price was $***, and since StubHub did not accept a "Credit-Card entry" ticket for Adele concert, this company charged my debit card $***, even though their policy clearly states that they can only charge 20% off the ticket price (20% off $ [redacted] should be $***, instead of $***)StubHub refused my dispute, and only provided refund of $ [redacted] insteadI have also sent my charge dispute directly to StubHub, and they still could not provide me the breakdown of the fees they charged to cancellation of the salePer their policy (clearly stated on their website), a cancellation of sale should be charged 20% of the ticket priceThe ticket price was $***, so 20% should be $***, instead of the $ [redacted] that they charged! This charge by StubHub was clearly illegal and violated their policy (stated on their website)I've also provided StubHub with proof that the ticket was available along with my dispute

I bought [redacted] tickets in***After three concert date postponements, the tour has been indefinitely postponedOther companies have issued refunds, and Stubhub has issued them to certain costumiers who have threatened to sueThey have a policy that they only give refunds if an event is cancelled; however, they have made exceptions to this policy in the pastAlso, this policy opens up a precedent of events being indefinitely postponed for years in an attempt to extort money

STUBHUB did NOT fufill there side of our contract - per there AP and website I was supposed to have my tickets by 7am and I received them at 1:pmThis was after at least phones and asking for superviors with NEVER a call back after many times I asked I had to canel my morning vacation events to settle this issue - which was 100% STUBHUBs FAULT AT A MINIMUM - I want my $in STUB HUB FEES refunded ....THEY DID NOT LIVE UP TO THERE PROMISES AND CONTRACT THE SUPERVISOR STILL HAS NOT CALLED BACK UNACCEPATABLE !!!! MY TIME I LOST WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN NASHVILLE IS WORTH MUCH MORE THAN THE $

I recently listed a couple sporting event tickets on StubhubSoon after listing them, I decided to take them down as I had decided to give them away to a friendI went into the app and cancelled the listing, but not long after I received a notification that the tickets had soldI immediately called Stubhub to let them know of the issue (a completed transaction that never should have occurred after I cancelled) and to refund the buyer of the tickets and cancel the listing as I had originally requestedI then received an email saying I was hit with an outrageous $fee just for cancelling (new tickets were not even issued to the buyer)I called to explain the situation multiple times but was told Stubhub would not reverse the chargeThey told me it was my fault for not checking to make sure the listing was removed right after I had cancelledI believe most people would not check this--who would assume a cancellation failed? I do not ever plan on using their service to buy or sell

I posted a ticket for sale on their siteI sold my ticket through a different site so I attempted to remove it from stub hubI was unable to use stub hubs website because when I would try to login the page would freezeI tried this on multiple computersI then tried to call and had to abandon the calls due to long hold timesThey then charged me for the ticket selling when I had already sold it elsewhereThis is unfair since I was never able to remove the ticket due to their site issuesI've requested a refund and they have refused

I had an active account with StubHubI was contacted by them regarding suspicious activity on my account, so after speaking with them we agreed it was best to shut the account downI had open sales on the account which I had not been paid for via ***I received payment for one sale (***) but have yet to receive payment for the second sale (***) in the amount of $***I have spoken with StubHub via telephone on separate occasions regarding this issue, and have been promised each time that it would be resolvedI have also received two emails from StubHub showing payment has been sent to my *** account within business daysIt has been over days and payment has yet to be posted to my *** accountThe sale in question was made on***

I was sold a ticket that was marketed at a general admission ticketAfter viewing my ticket ( which you can only do after purchasing) I saw that it was a children’s ticketI contacted Stub Hub due to the 100% guarantee they claimI spoke with a person on Chat and sent them screen shots of the process and my confirmation emailAll of these things showed that it was a general admission ticketThe person refused a refund, and told me that they would help me re-sell them
