Over a month ago I have listed a day pass ticket on StubHub for the Formula event in [redacted] After the event was over I got notified that StubHub is charging me back for the ticket as well as a penalty fee because I did not include [redacted] for the event, and I was of course very surprised! When I called in to see what has happened one of their reps told me that I uploaded only the first page [redacted] of the event but I explicitly remember uploading and tagging all threeHe then told me that the reason the pages I uploaded were silently dropped from their system was because I was supposed to have specified that I am selling three tickets instead of one ticket, but this doesn't make sense because in the purchase page for the 3-day pass I could purchase one ticket (for example if you look at 2-day [redacted] you can see that I can buy ticket so ticket = a 2-day pass: [redacted]

I chatted with their customer service, but they declined to help me and just repeated my information back to my like a robotAnd I think the person might have insulted me by calling me a "fgudrk ." Whatever that is, but I think it's a sort of expression to blow offAnyways, tickets are usually available to print hours after purchase and in this case they are notSo, it seems they have changed the rules and I asked for a refund and they declinedI ordered under: [redacted]

Attempted to sell tickets through them for a festivalUnfortunately I received my tickets after the garaunteed delivery date, which was two days after my required shipping dateI contacted StubHub the day they scheduled for me to mail the tickets to let them know what's going on [redacted] assured me that it would not be an issue, she would make notes on my account, nothing to worry aboutTwo days later I'm being charged by Stub HubI call to ask why, she says because they had to buy new tickets for the buyerWhy wouldn't you use the money that you've already taken from the customer, but not issued to buy new tickets instead of making me responsible for them having a good timeIf I was paid upfront before mailing the tickets, I fully understand requesting what I was paid back or even charging met the difference in price between the set of ticketsCharging me for a itic reason is unacceptable, I can assure you I will never do business with them againThey're your stereotypical business hiding behind claims of "we care about the customers"

I tried to sell student football tickets to the UM vsOSU football game for the seasonThe Stubhub site is not easy to navigate, and as a result, it was not obviously apparent to me that 1) student tickets cannot be sold and 2) that tickets that are not directly next to eachother are not permittedWhen I went to list my ticket, the site reminded me to make sure they were in the same row (which they were, just seats apart which is not an issue in the student section at these games - everyone stands and not in their actual seat, just the correct row)When I went to scan the barcodes, I received an error message, so I contacted customer service who basically told me I was locked into the sale no matter what, and I would be charged up to 40% of "replacement tickets" for the buyerThe first customer service rep told me to relist the tickets as individuals (however, I started digging after realizing there was a problem, and saw a statement in fine print that said that student tickets were not allowed)So not only did I feel tricked into signing into this sale and getting charged money for tickets I WASN'T EVEN ALLOWED TO SELL ON THEIR SITE and when I asked for help, their customer service told me to violate their policy, even after I mentioned the tickets were student tickets and that I saw it wasn't allowedWhen I asked to talk to someone "higher," their customer service rep told me they'd refer me to a special team to handle the request who would email me within 24-hoursThat was a [redacted] way to cut communication ties, leaving me defenseless, and I received an email with the EXACT same information that the customer service rep mentionedIn short, do not use Stubhub unless you would like to lose moneyThey intentionally trick you and try to make you feel bad about itCompletely dishonest and dirty business model

Stubhub is charging me a penalty fee of $ [redacted] because the two tickets I sold were voluntarily and unilaterally cancelled by [redacted] on the day of the eventAccording to the laws that govern the country, I cannot be forced to pay a penalty when not at faultThis is also in line with the instructions I've received from Stubhub when I voluntarily called to report the problem with the tickets on the day of the event after uncovering the problem with the ticketsI completed my part of the sale as confirmed by the tracking numberThe event was a "final sale event", which means there were no refunds/cancellationsThereby, given the impossibility of cancelling such tickets myself, and in conjunction with screenshots and other documentation, I feel confident that I have proof to attest for 'no fault' on my behalfThe unilateral cancellation of the tickets by [redacted] is at fault, and, therefore, what Stubhub should be going afterStubhub as an intermediary/broker should have

I placed Order No [redacted] I was not able to download the ticketsI called customer service for helpI was not helpedI placed Order No [redacted] I was not able to download the ticketsI called customer service for helpI was not helpedTheir customer service told me I'd have to download the tickets a few hours before the game, then print themI told them I am traveling and will not have access to a printer within a few hours from the gameThey told me I can sell the tickets through there service at a feeI will never buy from them againI want them to refund my money $or mail me the tickets a few days before the gameThey are wasting my timePoor customer service

Original Order placed on *** with promised delivery date of Thursday 4/When order was not delivered by 530pm I contacted Stub Hub customer service and was promised the equivalent item, but rather then being mailed/shipped, the wristbands would be available for me at a stub hub pick up location in [redacted] on Friday 4/due to the event starting on 4/The original order was shipping from [redacted] so items were "stuck in customs" according to UPS customer serviceContacted Stub Hub customer service while driving to location from [redacted] on 4/Was informed they would not have the wristbands available because UPS shows I was to pick up wristbandsI informed Stub Hub customer service that UPS notified me of the delay and the package would not be delivered until Monday 4/(after the event would be over and the wristbands would not be valid)After asking for a manager several times and put on hold several times, I spoke to a supervisor who was completely unpleasant

I ordered tickets for a concert [redacted] *** The concert is on 8/I soon saw on the app that my tickets were ready, but could not find them anywhereMy stubhub is linked to my facebook account which uses my current email, somehow Stubhub provided the seller with the wrong email address to send the ticketsI contacted Stubhub to inform them and make sure they had my correct address and to contact the seller to have him resend the ticketsI have called them repeatedly, they have "contacted" the seller, but no sign of my tickets which cost $The first representative I spoke with told me that in the event that I was not sent my tickets, they would find me similar tickets to the event, now I am being told that if I don't receive my tickets there is nothing they can doDespite them having a ticket guarantee, I am being told I will be unable to receive tickets OR any kind of refund at all

I purchased a pair of concert tickets on 5/15/After I had already physically received the tickets I was refunded and told my purchase was no longer validI was given a $credit as compensation automaticallyThe credit will only cover about 10% of my new purchase, which they would easily make $on fees back onI reached out to customer support, was told a supervisor would contact me in an hour, was ignoredOn my second try I eventually received a voicemail hours later, only to be ignored my next two attempts at discussing [redacted] has a 100% fan guarantee, replacements or a refundIn my case they had over tickets available to easily replace mine, however chose to give me a refund (tickets are much more expensive on site now)I was essentially told that no transaction is ever fully complete, although not advertised, a seller can call back and cancel the dealIn my case the seller decided to cancelNow I am left with no concert tickets, and a measly credit which I d

I use there site frequently to sell tickets to games I cannot attedWell I listed the following game: [redacted] at [redacted] on [redacted] I also had them listed on [redacted] siteWell the tickets sod on the [redacted] site, so I went on the Stubhub site and removed themThen about to hours later I got an email from Stubhub saying they sold my ticketsSo I immediately got on the phone and told them they had sold and I removed them from their siteIn their email to me they admitted I contacted them about the issueI had no problem with them taking the $ [redacted] for the sale, since I did not have the tickets any more, but on top of that they charge me a monetary penalty $20.00!! That is a 59% fee from the sales proce which is absurd

I bought a pair of international event tickets on stubhubThe tickets turned out to be of the wrong timing allocationI called stubhub right away saying I want to resaleThey tried to relist with it success about TimesThen they say their international team will help meA few days pass and then that team responds that the tickets cannot be relisted!!! How can this company even expect someone to use this app when they have no sense of how these events have to be sold and tickets have to be delivered with relisting capabilitiesThey wouldn’t help me nor refund this is absurd and a bug in their system

My advise is to NEVER use Stub hub!! These guys are basically scalpers When you order tickets through their website or call them on the phone, they will take your money and then call you the next day to tell you that there has been a mistake and change your seats to less desirable ones This happened to us when we bought Hamilton Tickets for the Boston tour We paid over $for tickets and the next day they called to tell us our seats will actually be rows back Not too bad, but then the very next day they called us again and said oops!they made another mistake and that now they would have to move us back more rows!! I have never experienced anything like this before We said ok because we didn't feel like we had a choice The next day we got nervous that they would just keep calling us to move the seats further back as we got closer to the show date we didn't trust them at this point, so we called Stub Hub to say that we thought it would be best if we got a refund as they had called us twice before to move our seats They said that they could give us a refund When we asked if we could possibly get another call from them to move our seats back again, they said that it could happen again!! Bait and switch is what you'll get if you use Stub Hubdo NOT ever use themThey show you a good price for decent seats to get you to pull out your credit card and ten they switch you to seats you would never have chosen This seems unfair to say the least They are NOT trustworthy and customer service is terrible!! They do NOT care about their customersthey care more about the original scalpers who have originally sold them the tickets that they're trying to to sell you!! Go to Ticket Master or directly to the box office of the show you'd like to seeI wish we did : (

Worst customer service I have ever experiencedI was speaking with a supervisor named [redacted] ** in the Carribeans who disconnected our call by saying "have a nice day" while I was in the middle of speakingI will never use StubHub again and am so disappointed in this terrible customer service

I was interested in purchasing a parking pass for the [redacted] * [redacted] preseason game on [redacted] While trying to purchase a ticket I received a site error during the payment portionI tried a different credit card, different payment option [redacted] and different ticketI then contacted a StubHub chat representative for assistanceDuring this conversation I was asked to try a link they providedThe link worked, but was $higher than multiple parking passes available at that timeI told her I was "frustrated that it's almost $more (taking tax into account) and their response was, "Oh ok I understand"That's it - no corrective actionThe next day I chatted with [redacted] During this conversation she not only said there were no notes of a prior conversation, but also said she couldn't do anything because other customers didn't complainThis was strange to me, as I'd guess the only customers complaining about a site issue would be those who ended up payin

I purchased tickets on [redacted] Beyonce concertI never received those ticketsI called on the 25th to get the ticketsStubHub could not locate these ticketsThey gave me tickets for other seats at the same venueI went to the venueGot inWent to the section and the seats were covered with a tarpWe moved from seat to seat the entire concert without ever being given permanent seats from First Energy Stadium or StubHubThe seats that were given to me were not available to be sold and should have never been soldI want a refundStubHub wants s to give me a couponI wish to never again in this lifetime purchase another ticket from StubHub

Do not do business with Stubhub! They have the absolute worst customer service and completely take advantage of the sellers! I listed [redacted] Comic Con badges are non-transferable, meaning that if they are not in your name you are not allowed to enter if they find outBefore I sold the badges on Stubhub I verified through a Stubhub rep that both they and the buyer understood this and that their was an inherent risk involved because their name would not be on the badges and the rep agreedMonths later I get an email from Stubhub stating that the buyer was not allowed entrance into Comic Con because they checked their ID, and that they would be charging meNot only for the amount the tickets sold for ($1962), but for an additional 50% of the price $981!!! So not only am I out the amount I originally paid for the badges, but I’m also out the additional $that they charged me! I talked to customer support stating that I asked about all of this before I

[redacted] received an e-mail from [redacted] stating my ticket sales had been canceled and that my PAYPAL account would be charged $as a result of itOn [redacted] I received a bill to my BANK ACCOUNT with the charge of $Apart from the issue that the account that was charged was misrepresented, I was also awarded an overdraft fee as a result of this companies negligence as I did not have sufficient funding for this surprise of a chargeTODAY the 16th of JULY I called customer service complaining of the surprise charge and about the issue with the [redacted] mistake they madePrior to explaining my bank account issue the customer service rep, [redacted] advised me she was only able to return 50% of the charge that was given because it was a first time listing and I was not familiar with the company policy and chat service but after explaining the mistake made on their part that resulted in an overdraft fee I was offered an extr

I sell tickets via StubhubI buy tickets directly from vendors like [redacted] and resell via [redacted] I bought tickets for an event [redacted] event date June 24, at [redacted] directly from [redacted] in March and May and I sold those tickets via Stubhub [redacted] cancelled my tickets last minute without any notificationsThis resulted in fans not allowed into venue and resulting "Denied Entry claims" by buyers who bought tickets via Stubhub sold by meStubhub is charging more than 100% penalty fee as punitive charges which is extremely highIt is not disclosed with proof how much compensation was actually payed out to affected buyers by StubhubFor Stubhub order number [redacted] my payout amount was $and Stubhub is charging me a total of $which includes punitive penalty fee of $As you can see penalty fee is % the amount of my payoutThis kind of charges are part of unethical business practices that big corporatio

I sold ticket to a [redacted] through stub hub on June 9thThe event took place on July 1stI was promised the money as soon as the event took place and tickets were confirmed by buyerEvent passed, tickets were confirmedIt has now been month and days since the event I sold tickets to took placeFollowing this, I was promised my money within days after the event took placeAnd then this date got pushed back to the 2nd or 4th working Monday after the event2nd and 4th working Monday’s both passedOn July 25th I was told congratulations! Your payment has been approved, you should expect your $in your [redacted] account within the next few daysdays have passed since thenI have been emailing back and forth with them for the past months, each time getting a response from a different employeeAt this point, they have stopped replying to my emails completelyThis is the most frustrating transaction I have ever dealt with in my entire lifeI’m dissappointed w

Dear Revdex.com, On August 15, [redacted] I listed two season tickets for [redacted] football on StubHubThe tickets were in "Lower Sideline", as I later found out from StubHub, although it doesn't actually say that on the tickets, Section 10, row I clicked on StubHub's seating chart in the only section labeled as StubHub's system automatically registered the seats as being in "Stadium Club 10"Being unfamiliar with the stadium, I did not realize that there was a distinction between the two sectionsThe tickets were purchased the same day, and shortly afterward, StubHub informed the buyer that there was no such thing as row in section Stadium Club 10, and the buyer cancelled the purchaseStubHub immediately charged my credit card an exorbitant fee of $***I am in no doubt that I am on the wrong side of the law, because I signed a services agreement upon making my StubHub accountMy issue is an ethical one: I made an honest mistake, and StubHub's system is designed to
