Hi there, I posted tickets for a concert for sale on Stub Hub's site in [redacted] of this yearApproximately two weeks later that time, I changed my mind and decided not to use them for the resale and removed the ticketsIn ***, I received an email from them saying the tickets were soldI knew this wasn't possible so I called them and spoke to one of their customer service agent who confirmed with me that the tickets were NOT listed for saleI asked her to kindly double check and she said they were not listed for saleThinking everything was find, I thanked her and hung upLast week, I received another e-mail saying that I owe Stub Hub **% of the ticket prices (which equals $***) and that of I don't make payment arrangements, they will send the bill to collectionsI called in again and their agent said the tickets WERE on the site and they did indeed sellI shared my confusion and frustration with the new agent and she said there wasn't anything she could do regarding the payme

Stubhub is having technical issues since Friday of last week and I can still not access my accountThey cannot provide a timeframe of when the issue will be resolvedBe careful setting up an any listings to Sell as you may not have ability to modify them

My [redacted] card has fraudulent / Unauthorized Charge by this company for the amount of $ [redacted] . I reported the unauthorized/ fraudulent charge to my bank in the month of [redacted] and to the company Stubhub in the Month of [redacted] . Stubhub generated a case with the Listing # [redacted] / acct# [redacted] . Weeks went by without any resolution, so I reached out to them once again. Stubhub refused to reverse the unauthorized amount back to the victim as they stand by the criminal. I have never heard of any company that stands by the criminal and forces the victim to be victimized a second time. I have stated that this charge was not authorized, I never gave anyone permission to charge my [redacted] card and that is not enough for Stubhub.

Stubhub backed out on deal! I sold x tickets to a concert and sent the wristbands WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to the buyer x hours before the wristbands arrived, Stubhub allowed the buyer to cancel the order even though the tickets were enroute and delivered in the next hours All this was more than hours before the event started To make it worse, Stubhub charged me x times the current market value for replacement tickets In the end, the buyer ended up with x tickets for the price of and I was down $even though I sold tickets!

I told her that they needed to take a closer look at their practices with customers and sellers and make some changes because this is unacceptable for anyone to have to deal withThank goodness for the kindness of strangers as I was given a free ticket and was able to purchase one for $We were able to enjoy ourselves after this awful ordeal

I ordered tickets to a concert taking place in Oshawa, On for October 29, [redacted] on September 2, ***. I selected "receive via mobile" on the pre-purchase screen, and the tickets were supposed to then transfer to my [redacted] account. I did not receive them. I called StubHub, and they offered me a full reimbursement, plus a $ [redacted] discount code for [redacted] r. Horrible experience, do not buy tickets through Stub Hub. I spent $550 on Bob Seger tickets thru stub hub. The concert was canceled, they did not notify me and they will not refund my money! They are telling me if the concert is not rescheduled...I can get my money back. Just stay away from StubHub...go with ticketmaster!
