We tried to sell a event ticket via stub hubIt was a will call ticket not a paper ticketThey advised us they only do paper and we cancelled ticket NOW they want to charge us up to dollars for the replacement of ticket or more or 40% of ticket priceI can see charging a service fee of even dollars to cancel or for not reading agreement fully bit dollars is way too much and ridiculousThe order was cancelled within minutes and we did not know it had to be a paper ticket

I really feel obligated to say a huge thank you to Stub Hub for truly going above and beyond with their customer service and help making right an issue we had with tickets We purchased tickets for a VIP box to a Dave Matthews Band show The tickets ended up being mis-labelled by the seller and were not really tickets to the event Stubhub sent their research crew out to find comparable tickets and got us replacements for nearly double what we originally paid at no extra charge to us I am shocked and so grateful to have purchased through a company who cared so much about their customers I will always use Stubhub and recommend them to anyone who wants to be assured that you will be taken care of Thank you!! I attempted to sell two tickets through StubHubLater, I received a charge of $*** on my accountI called customer service and unbeknownst to me, the representative told me that my tickets had been sold (without any authorization from me) and because I had not delivered the tickets to the customer, I was charged a full $*** for tickets worth $***I was not aware of this because the notification that they had been sold was sent to the junk folder of my hotmail accountWhen I attempted to dispute the claim, they said they would refund me $** of the $***That is not nearly enough of a refund for something that is not my faultI did not receive proper notification that my tickets had been sold and withdrawing $*** from my account without any notification (besides an email in my junk mail folder) is an unethical business practice
